EV spreads would be appreciated.

Anyway, I don't think Air Slash deserves merit on Charizard Y because sun-boosted Fire Blasts out damage it:
-Fire Blast
-Solar Beam
-Dragon Pulse/Focus Blast
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Mild/Hasty/Modest/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite Y

Venusaur is better off using offensive sets in Sun because it pulls off defensive sets better as Mega Venusaur (your Mega slot is already taken up, so count Megasaur out), while perma-weather got nerfed to 5-8 turns, giving Venusaur little time to completely stall the opponent before the sun ends:
-Sunny Day/Growth
-Giga Drain/Energy Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Sleep Powder/Earthquake
Nature: Modest/Rash
EVs: 24 HP/252 SAtk/232 Spe
Item: Heat Rock/Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll

Rapid Spin support is crucial in sun teams because of how vulnerable they are to entry hazards. I'd use Excadrill over Heliolisk because while the latter benefits with Solar Power, it's worn down easily, and there are better OU options out there because without Solar Power active, Heliolisk is a subpar attacker. It would've been better if Heliolisk had been introduced in Gen V or if perma-weather was still in Gen VI:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head/Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
-Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Air Balloon/Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
Ability: Mold Breaker

Ninetales should only use defensive sets because it's outclassed offensively by Charizard Y. No, Calm Mind does not count:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Flamethrower
-Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/140 SDef/120 Spe
Item: Heat Rock
Ability: Drought

or
-Flamethrower
-Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
-Substitute
-Pain Split
Nature: Timid
EVs: 248 HP/8 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Heat Rock
Ability: Drought

Klefki should stick to support moves only; it's too weak for offensive spreads:
-Spikes
-Thunder Wave
-Dazzling Gleam
-Foul Play
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/152 Def/104 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Prankster

or
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Spikes
-Dazzling Gleam/Foul Play
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/152 Def/104 SDef
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Prankster

Also consider Espeon over Klefki because it's another way to keep hazards at bay:
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Dazzling Gleam/Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce

Dragonite should use 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe as its EV spread.

Thanks for the advice.... really like the idea with Espeon

I didn't go with Dragonite getting Speed Evs, due to Dragon Dance and Extreme Speed

Dragonite still needs Speed EVs because without them, it's still slow, even at +1 Speed. At level 100, a neutral Speed Dragonite without Speed EVs has 196 Speed; this changes to 294 after a Dragon Dance. That's still slow. At 252 EVs, level 100 neutral Speed Dragonite is at 259; this changes to 388 after a Dragon Dance. Granted, you'll still be outsped by Jolteon, Crobat, Aerodactyl and some Choice Scarf users, but that's still better than not using Speed EVs at all.

You shouldn't rely on Extreme Speed as one of your sweeping tools; it's meant to pick off weakened opponents.
