Apparently this is how it looks like when a 9K22 malfunctions:

Well what you see being fired there are two 2A38M's which fire 30mm's at roughly 3800 to 5000 RPM, so I guess this thing might easily kill a building or something

Tsutarja March 6th, 2014 11:47 AM

I haven't really cared for FIFA, though I know that soccer is one of the largest international sports.

It is THE largest international sport, haha. What I love about the World Cup is that it isn't just a sport event, music and culture are very involved too.

Meganium March 6th, 2014 12:16 PM

hnngg I can't wait for the world cup! Mexico is extremely pumped up for it. This summer is going to be a blaaast. B)

TY March 6th, 2014 12:18 PM

World Cup... Not too excited for it as some others are, mainly because I know the Netherlands have the worst defense they ever had >_<

Yukari March 6th, 2014 12:42 PM

I honestly don't know what the big deal is about the world cup. ~_~

Meganium March 6th, 2014 12:42 PM

I tend to hold out some hope for Mexico. They can win the U-17 and the U-20 division champs but i haven't seen them make an effort in winning the ACTUAL world cup. They keep getting beaten by the best teams like Argentina and Brazil. lol

TY March 6th, 2014 12:44 PM

As long as they keep the ball on the opponent's half the Netherlands may stand a chance hahaha

Kanzler March 6th, 2014 12:59 PM

Considering that soccer (aka football internationally) is the world's most known sport, of course there's bound to be some hype :p

Gabri March 6th, 2014 3:59 PM

I think we will manage to make a decent World Cup. Our strong points are obviously Ronaldo and Moutinho, but we have no decent striker and sometimes our wing backs seem like they have constipated brains. If the former two are not in a good shape, our offensive power becomes zero.

My bet on who the champion will be would be on Brazil.

Sir Codin March 6th, 2014 5:49 PM

I think I'm starting to feel better. Went back to my classes and I'm super psyched for my club's Japan Town trip on Saturday.

Of course, they have home advantage :p

My day was okay. Despite the fact that it was a rainy day, it couldn't have been better. I applied for a job at school today to work on campus.

Sir Codin March 6th, 2014 7:27 PM

Great, now I'm putting Milton Friedman books into my Amazon cart.

Omicron March 6th, 2014 8:25 PM

It was a rainy day here as well. And as I've said before, I love rainy days. The sound of the rain is soothing and the smell of it is incredible.

Where I am it consistently was overcast and drizzling all day. It looked like it was going to storm, but never did. This is 3 days straight now. I don't get it.

Alexander Nicholi March 6th, 2014 8:39 PM

Oh weather, how I hate thee
You bring back thoughts of a stale memory

Oh weather, how I hate thou
You turn the DCC into a rotting cow

It was nice and overcast today, but actually somewhat warm for the sixth of March. I also got my PT uniform with AlexTheRose imprinted on the back of it... maybe I'll post pics this weekend. :3

I went down on Academy Boulevard with my mother as we jammed to Bruno Mars and Lorde on our pop station, which was fun. We ended up going to Captain D's for my birthday dinner, as per my pick. :P

One of the things I'm dreading though is tomorrow at 6:30 I'm going to see my father so we can "hang out" and have cake and presents. I suggested that maybe we could work out together instead, considering my mother just bought me a gym subscription. He seemed queasy about it, plus I just don't know what to do with him considering the way he treated me when I lived with him. Last time I saw him I ended up getting tired and crashing in my bed in the middle of the afternoon from anxiety. :/

El Héroe Oscuro March 6th, 2014 8:49 PM

I would take a rainy day over a frigid cold day any day. It's a snow-packed wonderland in the north where I am. Even though it hasn't snowed the last few days, it's been 20 degrees all this week :l

Sir Codin March 6th, 2014 8:52 PM

I've said it before and I'll say it again, California needs more rainy days because drought.

Just curious, but what's the temperature out there in California right now?

Well, it depends on where you are in California, really.

Right now in Monterey (where I live) it's about 56 degrees Fahrenheit, whist in someplace like Death Valley it's currently 76, whist Kirkwood (near the Sierra Nevadas) is 34 right now.

California has a large number of different environments bundled up in one large state.

Probably one of the only other times I wish I lived in California and not Massachusetts. There is no such as Winter in Cali. D:

Taemin March 6th, 2014 9:13 PM

Eh... snowfall is pretty to watch the first time or two, but after that all it does is make it hard to drive, and it gets so cold that you don't wanna go outside, but you have to because work and school often expects you regardless. So you have to thaw out and scrape off your car, and shovel the driveway, and etc. xD; There are some reasons to be glad you live in a place that doesn't get a typical winter.
