Milotic faces harsh competition with other bulky Water Pokemon for a defensive role. In OU, an offensive set is its best bet:
-Hydro Pump -Ice Beam -Hidden Power (Grass/Fire) -Recover Nature: Modest/Timid EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Life Orb Ability: Competitive Charizard X should only use physical moves to take better advantage of Tough Claws. Also, Inferno is way to inaccurate to be worth bothering: -Dragon Dance -Flare Blitz/Fire Punch -Dragon Claw/Outrage -Earthquake/Roost Nature: Jolly/Adamant EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Charizardite X Ability: Blaze or -Dragon Dance -Dragon Claw -Fire Punch/Earthquake -Roost Nature: Adamant EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/112 Spe Item: Charizardite X Ability: Blaze or -Fire Punch/Earthquake -Dragon Claw -Will-o-Wisp -Roost Nature: Careful EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe Item: Charizardite X Ability: Blaze Status moves with Choice Scarf are a bad idea (unless it's Trick/Spore). Having a Choice item limits the user to the last move it used while it's in battle: -Outrage -Earthquake -Rock Slide/Stone Edge -Fire Blast/Dragon Claw/Dual Chop Nature: Naive/Jolly EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Choice Scarf While Extreme Speed does give Togekiss +2 priority, it's very weak coming off of uninvested base 50 Attack (which is further lowered by the Bold/Calm nature). Togekiss is better off using paraflinch to fix its Speed problems: -Thunder Wave/Body Slam/Nasty Plot -Air Slash -Aura Sphere/Dazzling Gleam/Defog -Roost Nature: Calm EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef Item: Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace or -Nasty Plot -Dazzling Gleam -Air Slash -Aura Sphere/Flamethrower/Roost Nature: Timid EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Life Orb/Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace Since you already have a Fairy in Togekiss, I think that Espeon should be the one to use: -Reflect -Light Screen -Baton Pass -Psychic/Psyshock/Yawn Nature: Timid EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Light Clay Ability: Magic Bounce |
