Longest Battle Maison streak.

How far have you gotten without loosing? So far I'm only at 15. I know. It's lame.

XtinaIsMeLuvinWWE May 30th, 2014 8:23 AM

It's not lame at all don't worry! On my first playthrough for single battles I didn't do much better, I think I got to 18 or something - the best I ever got was 20-something on Double Battles (cause I know I beat the Battle Chatelaine and then lost a few battles after that) haha and I haven't reached the Battle Maison yet on my current playthrough :)

Major Logan May 30th, 2014 8:52 AM

Currently on a 32-win streak in Singles with Sensei(Male Blaziken), Priscilla(Female Dragonite), & Charizard.

Good luck on that second Playthrough!

Either of them using a mega stone?

Pendraflare May 30th, 2014 9:57 AM

I think mine is 56 in Super Single Battles. I've beaten the Chatelaines in Super Doubles and Super Rotation (at 50), but haven't gone past those points yet. I'll get working on Triples eventually.

Arc May 30th, 2014 10:35 AM

106 for Singles. Granted, I did use the Truant Durant method. But, I actually lost the match at 106 because the A.I got two lucky crits.

57 for Doubles. I was actually surprised that my team made it this far because three of my Pokemon were weak to Rock, haha. Salamence, Gyarados, Glaceon, and Musharna. A double Intimidate with Salamence + Gyarados, and a Trick Room set-up with Glaceon + Musharna.

52 for Triples. Used a team that most knew U-Turn/Volt Switch and had Intimidate. So, Landorus-T, Mega Manetric, Staraptor, and Luxray were the all stars for this team. I was actually surprised that this team worked somewhat decently, as this strategy is far more effective in Doubles than Triples.

Megan May 30th, 2014 10:51 AM

I got 50 in Super Singles using Mega Kangaskhan, Dragonite and Azumarill. Battle 51 unfortunately didn't go as planned ^^"

Incinermyn May 30th, 2014 11:20 AM

Twenty in all of the regular Battle challenges. I can't manage anything past twelve in the Super Battles this gen. I'm actually starting to hate the Battle Maison trainers because the AI starts making them counter your team after you win ten battles. I used to manage far longer streaks in the previous gens... >.>

Nah May 30th, 2014 1:12 PM

My longest streak in the Super Singles is 81, with a team of Mega Kangaskhan, Aegislash, and Togekiss. Was kinda annoying when I lost....I wanted to make it to at least 100. The only other battle style I've tried is Super Rotations, which I've gotten about a 30 win streak in. For that I've been using Talonflame and Rampardos, and have been playing around with the other two pokes (right now its been Greninja and Mega Venusaur). I can never make it past ~30 for some reason....

I thought that it did that last Gen as well?

But I swear that the game sometimes reads your commands.

No, not really. The AI was actually set to work on an escalating difficulty. In Black and White, the difficulty between the pre-ending Super Trains and post-ending ones was set to intensify, though. This made it seem like the AI was adapting to your strategy, when it was really just set on the proverbial "hard mode."

In X and Y, the AI actually does adapt to whatever strategy your using. You wouldn't notice it in the first ten or so battles in the normal battle modes where the Chatelaines appear. After battle 10, the AI smartens up and starts using countermeasures. It gets even worse in the "super" battle modes, wherein the AI is on "hard mode" and adapts your strategy the longer you play. I'm actually embarrassed that I haven't gotten past Battle 12... But then, my team doesn't use mega evolutions since I haven't been able to come up with a strategy that uses them without basically putting a bunch of attack moves on them (which is tempting, but I've always favored strategic gameplay in the "Battle Towers" of each gen).

43 in super single battle.. wanted to get to 50 so badly :P

Psywing May 31st, 2014 11:18 AM

My longest streak so far is 51 in Super Singles. I have not lost yet, but I am taking a break. I am kind of nervous about continuing, haha. I am using the Gliscor/Chansey Poison stall method with Mega-Kanga as backup. Chansey with Eviolite acts as my Special Defense wall and Gliscor acts as my Physical Defense wall and a counter for those Earthquake spammers. Mega-Kanga just destroys everything that is left behind with Fake-out/Return. I will continue my streak soon, just breeding some Pokemon for Super Doubles.

SnowpointQuincy May 31st, 2014 11:36 AM

I got to 42-43 and lost. So close yet so far.

Major Logan June 2nd, 2014 9:31 AM

Currently on a 60-Win streak with Hanzo (Male Modest Greninja), Priscilla (Female Adamant Dragonite), & Charizard holding the Charizardite Y.

Cyclone June 2nd, 2014 2:30 PM

18. I just want to get to 20 even once. Then any Berry rewards would be brilliant if I get them later.

Oh yeah, the BP as well. I want the TMs.

janejane6178 June 4th, 2014 8:13 AM

Kikaito plush June 5th, 2014 3:04 AM

12 is my longest with Palarazzi the Togetic,Nicko the Lucario and Freezeon the Glaceon.

SnowpointQuincy June 22nd, 2014 2:22 PM

Made it to Battle 46 in doubles. KILLED BY LAX INCENSE!!!! Causes 100% accurate moves to miss the one time it matters and cost you your streak.

Made it back to battle 27, Lax Incense Pinsir dodges 3 attacks and sweeps me.

Cyclone June 22nd, 2014 2:39 PM

So, in other words, you need a can't miss Feint Attack or something in Doubles. Duly noted.

Meanwhile, I got my Berries from someone, so I'll just grow those and challenge the singles again once I have a strong and high-IV team.

Dragon June 23rd, 2014 3:15 PM

I got up to 47 in singles! Well, I kinda stopped because I was getting bored with it, haha. Though, I think I was gonna lose anyway because my luck is pretty bad there. I nearly lost to that girl who had a grumpig and a purugly because of hypnosis and sleeping, ugh. But still, it's pretty fun. My team? Well, I don't remember it much, though I think it was on the lines of Gardevoir, Pyroar, and Flygon, because I didn't have much to go on back then, so, I concentrated my efforts on those three. Still, it was quite a challenge, I must admit.. Flygon wasn't exactly the strongest dragon out there, and, all the time I used Mega-Gardevoir, which was strong, but slow. Pyroar wasn't really the strongest fire type out there too, but, they all had pretty diverse moves to handle multiple situations! It was pretty cool to utilize. C:
