Burned Tower/Brass Tower

So I know alot about pokemon but this has always been one question in my head.

Whatt were suicune, raikou, and entei originally before being reborn.

I think they were the three eveeloutions jolteon, vaporeon, and flareon

Hmm, so iirc Ho-oh was supposed to reside in The Burned Tower, and many people follow the theory that the three Pokemon trapped inside of Brass Tower (the name before the burning), and Ho-oh saved them. It would make sense that Ho-oh's powers turned the original three eeveelutions into Suicune, Raikou, and Entei
This was always one of my favorite theories

NOTE: I nominate this thread get renamed to: "Burned Tower / Brass Tower theories"

Yeah, I want to believe this theory too :3 it fits well with three pure elemental types that both trios are.

But I think Tin Tower was the name before it burned down and Brass Tower is the one still standing, right? Brass for Ho-oh and Tin for Lugia.

I was going by this which said:

That's why I suggested the specific name

I've seen a theory already that the legendary beasts were Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon and it was supported with the fact that the Kimono Girls use the Eeveelutions, and that they had similar stats (Raikou and Jolteon have high SpAtk/Spe, Suicune and Vaporeon are bulky, and Flareon and Entei have high Atk) but that's all theory. I do like it though, as it makes sense to me, especially since you first see Bill in Ecruteak and he later gives you an Eevee. Just little stuff like that.

But there are other Entei, Suicune, and Raikou in the Pokemon world.
Would they be different?

I wouldn't believe that there are. Raikou, Suicune, and Entei were originally Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon once, supposedly, and they had transformed into what they are thanks to Ho-oh, which was more or less accidental. Unless others were also involved in this accident, there likely isn't any other Pokémon out there that are like them.

Of course, some of us could argue that Swords of Justice are similar and whatnot, but that's only appearance-wise; their back-story is much different.

What about Entei's Pokedex entry? An Entei is born every time a new volcano appears.

This would lead me to believe that there's at least more than one Entei.

And if Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon were revived, why not any of the other Eeveelutions?

I'm not sure how accurate the Pokedex entries are. A lot of them say things that contradict what we know the Pokemon can do. Also Looking at the Silver entry it says, "A Pokémon that races across the land. It is said that one is born every time a new volcano appears." Having it worded as "it is said" makes it sound more like legend than fact, but who knows. I'm pretty sure there have been multiple Enteis in the anime, but I'm unclear if the anime acknowledges that they have encountered multiple ones.

As to your second point, in the games it is stated only three Pokemon perished in the fire. Entei represents the flames that burned the tower, Raikou represents the lightning that struck the tower, and Suicune represents the rain that ended the fire.

That makes alot of sense because there would have to be a fire electric and water pokemon and the evee line has things similar to dogs or foxes (in my opinion).
