I think I've been hacked...

My location changed a while ago, and it wasn't me. And now I have a response PM from someone, and I never made one to them.

And now my sig is changed.

Alex_ March 24th, 2005 2:44 PM

What? Can you use proper grammar?

Alex_ March 24th, 2005 2:56 PM

I know his grammar is horrible ill translate it:There is a hacker againn like last time.Oh no!Ins't the upgrade supposed to prevent this.I hope it stops soon.

Shinin March 24th, 2005 2:57 PM

Oh, OK. Thanks for the translation.

Porygon March 24th, 2005 2:57 PM

Mwar, nobody'd better hack me. I don't want to redo my siggy or anything else…

MegaDitto March 24th, 2005 2:58 PM

This is not the time for that and I know.Mabye you cookies must have load up and somebody got free acess to your account. That happens when your cookies load up.

Brittany March 24th, 2005 4:21 PM

I doubt that you've been hacked...
What was your avy/sig before this happened?

Shinin March 24th, 2005 4:28 PM

My sig used to be "The admins at JellyNeo are assholes. Don't go there."
And my avy wasn't changed.

Then an Admin probably edited it.

MegaDitto March 24th, 2005 4:34 PM

You swear in your sign so thtt must have been the reason like Brit said, the admins must have donr it.Swearing is anginst the rules.

mvtm March 24th, 2005 4:35 PM

Yea true , i think that whats happened 70% sure.
Go Britt

Shinin March 24th, 2005 4:37 PM

Well it was my sig for over a month and no one noticed.
And why would an admin change my sig to something so random?
And why did they use a ` instead of a ' in they're?
And why do I have a PM that I never knew about, yet it says I replied to it and then they replied? And how was my location changed? (my location was actually changed a while ago)

Lust March 24th, 2005 4:38 PM

Yeah, I think that's what happened. You had an innappropriate sig.

That's just it, perhaps someone didn't notice. I can't really tell you why small punctuation attributes are changed, and we can't check PMs.

Unless there were posts that you didn't make, there's nothing I can do to help you(that is, if you were really hacked)

Alex_ March 24th, 2005 4:53 PM

Hmm,could be an admin,or IMO could be the staff at that PokeJelly or w/e who hacked your account to change your sig so they wouldnt lose visitors.

I highly doubt that. Chances are, they don't even know who he is on PC, and considering the consequences of such a stupid action, it just doesn't make sense.

Arcanine March 24th, 2005 5:09 PM

With a sig like that I would say it was most likely edited.

But just to be on the safe side I say change your password (if you haven't done did it).

Kylie-chan March 24th, 2005 5:13 PM

Well, that's a mystery, what was your location? O.o

Aaron5367 March 24th, 2005 5:14 PM

You have brothers, sisters, family, or friends that like to cause problems? It may be that, or dose anyone else know your password? Admins usually leave behind a message of some sort. They never make P.M.'s on someone elses account, and they don't change locations often, us it was inappropreate..

Large sigs gets edited when the time runs out. And even then the IMG tags of images are removed.

Kyogre-chan March 25th, 2005 1:19 AM

Guys, guys, it only needs to be said once. ^_^;

Anyway, no need to repeat what everybody said way too many times, so I'll suggest trying to change your password. If you can't, chances are that you've been hacked, and I'm already getting a haunch as to who did it...

Shinin March 25th, 2005 5:04 AM

I'll change my password and see if they made any posts.
