Looking for spriters, mappers and scripters

Hello everybody, I am Frostblade, I've been a member for a long time but I've only made a few posts.

To begin with,
I had this idea when I was at school this morning, I thought of hacking FR but making it harder and better for others.
Some of my ideas include:
Changing/Replacing some of the sprites in certain areas
Increasing the level of Pokemon you can fight and encounter
Increasing the number or kinds of Pokemon you can find in an area
Changing the layout of an area to make it harder (e.g. Replacing some trees in Viridian Forest with grass and increasing the encounter rate by up to 10 percent)
Adding held items to more Pokemon that are owned by trainers
Giving your rival's starter a held item that would boost its primary attack (e.g. Charcoal for Fire, Mystic Water for Water, Miracle Seed for Grass)

And I had some progress in Changing Route 1, Viridian Forest, and Pewter City.
PM me for pictures because I want to keep it private

So here's what I would hope to get from you, the people:
Mappers willing to patch up my mistakes and edit Kanto Maps,
Spriters willing to make sprites for maps and maybe Pokemon
Scripters willing to make scripts for the game and teach me in their spare time
And a co-story writer and co-manager to help me.
NOTE: You can have two or more positions as long as you have enough time to do the job.
