Hope you enjoy it haha. I've submitted a ton of applications and hopefully I get some responses soon!

I'm someone who would probably never get a good job again. I have the fear of being teamed up with people who pick on me, and that's what made me leave the factory back in 2013 because I just could not get on with the really old workers.

Wicked3DS May 24th, 2015 7:31 PM

You'll find something good Hikari.

I'm a bit worried about getting a good job more because I don't have qualifications. I have a job that works for now while I live at home, but sooner or later, I do need to get out on my own, so I'd like to be able to support myself.

Sirfetch’d May 25th, 2015 6:33 AM

Wow for the first time in months, last night I actually slept for more than 4 hours X_X It feels so good

Also morning everyone 8)

Hikamaru May 25th, 2015 7:53 AM

For the first time we're actually ahead of the #bluebloods in the time capsule race, and I think Chase was the one who boosted us. Here's hoping we can still come out on top as the victors given this is the final week of Red Vs Blue events.

You should be very proud of yourself.

More than likely you'll never top it.

So joking aside good thing we're ahead... For now.

We just have to hope we get more submissions while hoping they stay lazy at the same time, because somehow their group isn't interacting actively as much as us. Our DCC is also ahead of theirs in total posts which explains it.

I feel at this point though, we do have more "active" people than the Blue team does.

I agree, looking at their DCC there doesn't seem to be much activity in interaction between them compared to us. And while they did get in the lead in the time capsule race at first, we did make a late surge and are now one submission ahead of them, but hopefully another #radred can get an entry in.

Here's hoping we get crowned the winners of the whole event, and I'm one who can't take a loss well so I'd be kinda sad if the #bluebloods win but we did put up a good fight.

Good, you just extended our lead. That puts us at 10 entries and the #bluebloods at 8.

Mostly I just mean that I don't have any actual certifications, degrees, or experience in fields that would benefit me. So I'm kinda stuck taking what I can get.

Still, we can't say much about the Daily Five Words. The Quote War had probably an equal distribution of point between the two, activity was a lot larger at that point at both sides. We might have a little lead in the Time Capsule, but I think Lucid scored as many points as our whole team at complimenting us.

Ah yes Lucid was the huge threat to us in the compliment challenge because of all the #radreds she was shooting quotes at, and if the #bluebloods are crowned the winners at the end of the week I'm blaming it on her. Thankfully the time capsule can give you double the points and we have like two more entries there than their side so we're still in with a chance, but the final results will be close.

You know, I'll still be extremely sad if the #bluebloods win. I can't take losses well.

Lycanthropy May 25th, 2015 10:21 AM

A loss wouldn't matter much. The worst thing that can happen is the whole Treehouse getting a blue forum style for some time.

Ah yes, we have a rugby league event here in Australia where New South Wales and Queensland duel for three games, and the team that wins forces the other state to fly a flag of the winner. I could imagine the Treehouse having to don a blue-colored splash if the #bluebloods win and I will be ashamed of myself for being on the losing team.

Losing matters to me a lot, because I always lost games every single time when I was younger.

Is it weird to think that losing often, gives you more experience with them and therefore being able to take them better? Or did some of them have real impact on you?

My losses always had terrible emotional impact on me, so if we lose this event I will be hanging my head in shame and say to myself "why oh why did you place me on the team that went down in nothing but flawless defeat" and I know why, because red is so not my color.

Hikamaru May 25th, 2015 11:30 AM

I always felt like taking the rivalry too seriously.

Please don't. Even if it's a competition, taking it way too seriously can actually damage your spirit and maybe your feelings.

I did take it seriously in the early days but that died out, but as you should know I am emotionally brittle and my feelings get hurt much harder than most people and that causes me to suffer insecurity. I had a very bad moment last Friday night when an abusive neighbor of mine kicked and damaged our security door, and I was like so scared.

It's often typical of my character to become a crybaby when I'm upset, it's what I've been doing since my childhood which has been very dark and troubled by bullies.

Well, at least I can brag about not getting any compliments from anyone. {XD}

Better being a good loser than an ass of a winner and always have backup if things go wrong; if you can't win the competition, think about what else you've gained from it and I'm not talking about experience, because that's lame. :)

Hikamaru May 25th, 2015 11:54 AM

I'm a sore loser, because of a dark and troubled childhood where I always found myself losing every single game I played. It made me want to avoid most competitive events altogether, because it hurts my feelings and I suffer it harder than most people.

In that case I have to wonder, why you're actually participating in this. I mean, you know that there's a possibility that we'd lose, but you participate anyway. Or did someone force you?

Sorry, but I'm just a little bit confused. ^^"

I had no idea it was going to be competitive, I went in totally blind. But if we see this event making a comeback I'll likely just be a spectator instead of a member in fear I end up on the wrong side again.
