Questions about Overworlds
Hi,
Does anyone know how is calculated the offset of the image of an OW ? For example, how can I find the offset of the image of the sprite #20 on the map ? Also, is it possible to move a NPC from a map to another one ? Thanks ;) |
Why don't use nameless sprite editor 1.7.5? It must be 1.7.5, becouse with it you only edit overlays and their palettes, nothing else, and to move npc from one map to another i think you need advance map (1.92 - working good, 1.95 - buggy, but perhaps has more functions), you have to make a new npc on map, and set it like was setted npc you wanted to move from one map to another, on net you propably would find good tutorial about advance map
http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=161616 - that's a good one, search in sprites (person event) section |
Oh, sorry, I'm silly, I was talking about the offsets in the RAM, not in the ROM...
And moving a NPC dynamically with ASM for example ^^ |
Nobody can help me ?
