Special 0x6
I don't know why it isn't working, I used most of commands that I know that will do it.
in JPAN Hacked engine, Special 0x6 is Pokedecrypt, and the value is stored in 0x8004, I'm trying to use Special 0x9f and 0x6 without compare 0x8004 0x0 and so on I used this script special 0x9f waitstate special 0x6 since both specials are using variable 0x8004, so imo I don't need to use setvar 0x8004 0xValue because value is given in special 0x9f, I also used this, special 0x9f waitstate copyvar 0x800D 0x8004 setvar 0x8004 0x800D special 0x6 and it still didn't work also special 0x9f waitstate setvar 0x8004 0x8004 special 0x6 does anyone know here the correct syntax? then I used copybyte 0x5000074 0x8b00074 but it didn't copy the byte from 8b00074 to 5000074 |
You're setting variables to crazy levels, so that wasn't going to work :(. Copyvar on its own would be your best bet - I haven't used decrypt myself, surprised there isn't an example of it used with the selection special though!
