B/W Exp Gain

I'm aware of a few hacks/ROM bases that have attempted to add Generation V's Experience Gain System to the third generation.

However, try as I might, I have found nothing that could explain to me how to insert it myself.

Does anyone know of any guides to this? Has anybody successfully implemented this who would like to share their knowledge?

Do you mean getting XP even after capturing a Pokémon?

No. Black and White introduced a new formula for calculating exp. at the end of battle. The previous four generations used a flat formula which didn't take into account the level differences between the battling Pokemon, but Generation V introduced a scaled formula.

This basically means that if a lv. 35 Pokemon defeats a lv.40 Pokemon, they will gain more experience than if a lv.50 Pokemon defeats a lv.40 Pokemon.

There was a hack that had the updated Exp. System, but I don't know how the creator added that.
