Both printed the same year, both Holo... but at different places. One its the illustration, the other its the card that is Holo. Is this a printing mistake? Is one of them more ''rare'' than the other?

Neither are a mistake. The one with the card itself as the holo is what is known as a "reverse holo". Most cards in most sets released since 2002 have a reverse holo version. Technically, the reverse holo version is rarer, but that really doesn't affect its value all that much because, for the most part, Pokemon TCG collectors aren't really fans of reverse holos.
