Make OWs passable
 
Is there a way to make an OW (Person event) passable through?

Yes, you just need to change the sprites level via amap, just change the sprites first unknown value to 04. What this does is it puts them on the movement layer equivalent to the movement permission 0x10(in amap).
Setting the unknown to 03 sets it on the layer 0xC. Play around with it and see what you want it to do.

Okaaay. And here's why I posted the question here. I can't get it to work. What I'm actually trying to do is create a ghost OW that I can pass through and talk to if I approach it. What you told me to do just made it like the person I'm talking to is above a bridge which is not what I'm not trying to do.

Simply put a signpost underneath the person event then.

Found this as a bug to my hack. Keep the talking level normal but make the movement permission on the map 3C. You'll need 0's wherever you enter that map.
