Just finished Fast & Furious 5

tokyodrift September 10th, 2016 2:56 PM

The New Daughter. I've seen it before, but I thought it was a really nice movie.

HamtaroTumin September 13th, 2016 3:25 AM

Disney's Tomorrow Land.

I saw this second time and I don't have anything today with my mouth....💕💕💕💕

Star Wars: The Phantom Menance

Since TNT is airing them all week, I'm gonna watch every Star Wars movie. I really liked the Phantom Menance back then, I still don't get the dislike for this movie to this day.

Yesterday I watched The Great Gatsby :) I really liked this movie, very impressive, atmospheric and interesting! :) Also I think that actor's play of Leonardo Di Caprio became much better through the years, I think that he really deserved His Oscar later :)
And I really adore that retro-atmosphere in this movie, it's smth amazing! I have an interest in that times so watching this movie was an additional pleasure for me :) Besides I adore that retro-fashion for clothes and hairstyles like on these photos http://machohairstyles.com/best-great-gatsby-hairstyles/ , look so handsome, rich and stylish, I think that I'll try to make on my head smth like that too :)

And now I also want to read the book original! :)

I just watched Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (for the millionth time), I think it's my favourite HP movie, I just love the humor in it and how it's before the films start to get dark. Don't get me wrong, I love the other Harry Potter films but the Chamber of Secrets will always be one of my favourites.

The Great Gatsby is amazing ^_^

Deadpool (2016)
Enjoyable but tries to be edgy like something like Spawn.
Corpse Bride (2005)

Pretty boring outside of decent animation.

Zootopia <3

Seriously, I'm like in love with this movie right now! It's so amazing.

Yesterday I watched the Tim Burton movie 9. Course I watched it on Blu-Ray so I could test out the Blu-Ray player function on my Xbox One.

The Nightmare Before Christmas

'Cuz, you know, it's October. It's a movie that everyone should see at least once. Now's a great time if you haven't already.

NohBuddy2016 October 9th, 2016 10:07 AM

House of 1000 Corpses

I love me some Rob Zombie, good times.

tokyodrift October 9th, 2016 11:06 AM

Paranormal Activity 4. Probably one of lessor films in the series.

Mark Kamill October 10th, 2016 3:46 AM

John Wick, or what happens when you kill the wrong mofos dog.

Sektor October 11th, 2016 9:42 PM

The Wicker Man. I don't know why I watched it, but it always made me mad what happens in that film. Poor Cage. Just a guy that wanted to help, but they killed him anyways.

Ooh yes, I remember watching this years ago...{:3}

Watched Alice Through The Looking Glass the other night. It was...good, just not in the same league as the first film. It didn't have as much in the humour department, but, all in all, it was a pretty good film - a good sequel

Alan Rickman -_-
Lovely man....

Rune October 12th, 2016 1:46 PM

Sonatine and HANA-BI. I recommend everyone to watch these movies (in order) at least once in their lifetime. Words can't describe how good they are.

Margot October 12th, 2016 2:49 PM

I'm fairly certain the last new movie I saw that wasn't a re-watch was Old Boy. I had been meaning to watch it for ages. Really good, really gross. Would watch again :)

Esper October 17th, 2016 9:14 AM

The movie was called The Age of Adaline and it was something of a whim that I didn't really know about when I watched it. It's got an interesting premise - a woman who stops aging - and overall it was a good movie, but there were just little things that bothered me like the one character who gets introduced early on who I just didn't like. It was also a surreal experience because the movie was partially set in my own area (though, of course, filmed in Vancouver like everything movie is).

Watched Bridget Jones' Baby a couple of weeks ago and it was sooo good. Definitely recommend watching it, and that's coming from someone who isn't really into rom-coms.

Kiki95 October 18th, 2016 5:34 PM

9 lives - it's good comedy. I cannot understand why it's underrated on IDMB :(

Sektor October 19th, 2016 10:34 PM

I actually need some help. I've tried figuring out the film, but I have no clue who's in it. I know it's a comedy and it takes place in the late 70's. It either came out earlier this year or isn't out yet. It's a crime comedy where it looks like it's just one long shoot out between two sides that think the other side betrayed them. For the life of me I can't figure out what it's called.

CF1994 October 20th, 2016 3:39 AM

I've just seen Tron almost a week ago.

It was certainly a worthwhile experience to witness bits of CGI in it's olden days.

We've come a long way since those days. Although the movie may be a little dated, it certainly deserves it's status as a cult classic that shaped numerous computer animations. If I am correct, without this movie, Toy Story would not have been possible.

Free Fire, maybe? It's played at various film festivals earlier this year but hasn't been generally released yet.

One thousand kisses will befall you for the honour you have brought upon my family.

Thank you, like, alot. I couldn't find this at all and this puts one more brain itch away where I don't have to worry about scratching it any longer. Thanks!

Mr Cat Dog October 20th, 2016 1:59 PM

Cool. I'll take a thousand kisses. Glad I could have been of help!
