Hey guys i was just looking for some help on my ous team.
Fedor (Gyarados) @ Lum Berry Ability: Moxie EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Aqua Tail - Dragon Dance - Iron Head - Outrage Serperior2 (Serperior) @ Leftovers Ability: Contrary EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Leaf Storm - Magical Leaf - Hidden Power [Fire] - Dragon Pulse Breloom2 (Breloom) @ Focus Sash Ability: Technician EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Bullet Seed - Mach Punch - Swords Dance - Spore Metagross-Mega2 (Metagross-Mega) @ Metagrossite Ability: Clear Body EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Hammer Arm - Bullet Punch - Meteor Mash - Zen Headbutt Sylveon2 (Sylveon) (F) @ Choice Specs Ability: Pixilate EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD Modest Nature - Hyper Voice - Hyper Beam - Echoed Voice - Shadow Ball Hydreigon3 (Hydreigon) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Draco Meteor - Dark Pulse - Flash Cannon - Earth Power |
Iron Head and Outrage don't let Gyerados accomplish much. Fairies are already hit fine by Waterfall, while a neutral unSTABed Outrage does as much as a neutral STAB Waterfall. Non-Mega Gyarados is better off using Substitute + Dragon Dance for easier setup opportunities without the Mega Stone:
-Substitute -Dragon Dance -Waterfall -Bounce Nature: Jolly/Adamant EVs: 88 HP/220 Atk/4 Def/196 Spe Item: Leftovers Ability: Intimidate Yes, we get that Magical Leaf doesn't miss, but it's not that strong, really. If Serperior must use an alternative Grass move besides Leaf Storm, that move has to be Giga Drain to replenish lost health: -Leaf Storm -Dragon Pulse -Hidden Power (Fire) -Giga Drain/Taunt/Substitute Nature: Timid EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe Item: Life Orb/Miracle Seed/Meadow Plate Ability: Contrary Heatran should replace Breloom, as you need a Talonflame check/counter: -Stealth Rock -Lava Plume -Toxic -Taunt/Protect/Roar Nature: Calm EVs: 248 HP/192 SDef/68 Spe Item: Leftovers or -Fire Blast/Magma Storm -Flash Cannon/Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge -Earth Power -Stealth Rock Nature: Timid EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe Item: Air Balloon Why, oh why, are you using Hyper Beam and Echoed Voice on Sylveon? The former is strong, yes, but it makes Sylveon a sitting duck the next turn, and that's bad, considering how slow it is. Echoed Voice takes a bit too much time to get going and Sylveon isn't meant to say in battle for too long. Hyper Voice is the consistent Fairy STAB to use; it has no drawbacks whatsoever and is still powerful enough to leave dents in anything. Sylveon also needs Psyshock to deal with Poison Pokemon on the switch: -Hyper Voice -Psyshock -Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fire/Ground) -Baton Pass Nature: Modest EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe Item: Choice Specs Ability: Pixilate |
