Iron Head and Outrage don't let Gyerados accomplish much. Fairies are already hit fine by Waterfall, while a neutral unSTABed Outrage does as much as a neutral STAB Waterfall. Non-Mega Gyarados is better off using Substitute + Dragon Dance for easier setup opportunities without the Mega Stone:
-Substitute
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Bounce
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 88 HP/220 Atk/4 Def/196 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

Yes, we get that Magical Leaf doesn't miss, but it's not that strong, really. If Serperior must use an alternative Grass move besides Leaf Storm, that move has to be Giga Drain to replenish lost health:
-Leaf Storm
-Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Giga Drain/Taunt/Substitute
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Miracle Seed/Meadow Plate
Ability: Contrary

Heatran should replace Breloom, as you need a Talonflame check/counter:
-Stealth Rock
-Lava Plume
-Toxic
-Taunt/Protect/Roar
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/192 SDef/68 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Fire Blast/Magma Storm
-Flash Cannon/Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge
-Earth Power
-Stealth Rock
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Air Balloon

Why, oh why, are you using Hyper Beam and Echoed Voice on Sylveon? The former is strong, yes, but it makes Sylveon a sitting duck the next turn, and that's bad, considering how slow it is. Echoed Voice takes a bit too much time to get going and Sylveon isn't meant to say in battle for too long. Hyper Voice is the consistent Fairy STAB to use; it has no drawbacks whatsoever and is still powerful enough to leave dents in anything. Sylveon also needs Psyshock to deal with Poison Pokemon on the switch:
-Hyper Voice
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)
-Baton Pass
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
