There used to be this Pokemon tool...

It was a script maker and editor for the 3rd gen Pokemon Games. But it had a neat bonus function: It could quickly create new scripts using buttons and drop-down menus, allowing you to quickly add new items, NPCs, and even trainer opponents to the game. What was that script tool called?

I know PKSV-UI, which you can quickly create scripts with, I think you mean this one. But if I were you I'd rather learn scripting than using the auto create script, but that's all up to you.

Poketronic is another tool which facilitates script addition, but I think PKSV-UI is probably the tool you are thinking of.
