TM names show /x after Dollsteaks
Granted, I have not tested in game because i would have to script since i am using a clean rom.
What i want to know is even if the name says /x will they still work? or should they have their names? |
/x is the string terminator byte 0xFF. So the name /x is the same as not having a name.

My only guess is that your ini is incorrect, because it's pointing to some free space (0xFF).
AFAIK MrDS's patch hasn't touched any TM data, so they should be at their default location. It's probably the location moves name table which needs to be adjusted in your ini (maybe). |
