Animated Water overlaying on tiles - help?

So, I've been working on an Emerald hack on and off for around 5 months, but with winter break coming around I wanted to get some work done.

One of the main problems I have is there is animated water tiles over my original tiles in some places, such as stairs. Here's an imgur code: HHmG0lb.png (sorry, under 5 posts so can't post links xP)

Anyone know how to resolve this? Googling didn't bring up anything.

Thanks!

Search for tile animation editor, then you can remove the water animation. It's caused by having the stair tile over the previous water tile so the game still uses that tile for the animation.

Thanks! That worked perfectly!
