Is there a way I can set what abilities trainer Pokemon have in fire red?
In short, say i want to give Blaine a Ninetails, However, i wanted to give this ninetails drought.
Is there anyway I can set it where it will always have drought, instead of flash fire? |

Inserting ASM is not really hard. Man, I'm telling you that's the easiest and only solution. I want to help, but learn first.

Whenever I did the tutorial, I tried getting the .bin file and it never showed up. I ma sure i did the step before right.

If you have no objections with every enemy Ninetales having Drought, you could just put Drought in ability slot 1.
