Is this for Battle Spot or for standard OU? Mega Salamence and Aegislash are banned to Ubers.
Battle Spot: Your current Salamence set runs no Normal moves whatsoever. This is important in order to take advantage of its Aerilate ability, which makes said Normal moves Flying type. Fly is useless in comparison. Crunch gives Salamence little to no coverage and Salamence no longer needs its Dragon STAB as much since Aerilated attacks have good neutral coverage: -Dragon Dance -Double-Edge/Return -Earthquake -Roost/Substitute/Fire Blast/Draco Meteor Nature: Jolly/Adamant/Naive/Naughty EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Salamencite Ability: Intimidate or -Draco Meteor -Double-Edge -Fire Blast -Earthquake/Roost/Hyper Voice Nature: Naive/Rash EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Salamencite Ability: Intimidate or -Substitute -Toxic -Roost -Return/Double-Edge Nature: Jolly EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spe Item: Salamencite Ability: Intimidate Tyranitar doesn't have much use for Thunderbolt, as its Rock STAB handles Flying targets just fine; it still hits Water Pokemon reasonably hard: -Rock Tomb/Stone Edge -Pursuit/Stealth Rock -Ice Punch -Superpower/Earthquake/Crunch Nature: Adamant EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Assault Vest/Chople Berry/Lum Berry/Smooth Rock Ability: Sand Stream or -Stone Edge/Rock Slide -Crunch/Earthquake/Superpower -Pursuit -Ice Punch/Ice Beam Nature: Jolly/Naive EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Choice Scarf Ability: Sand Stream or -Stone Edge/Rock Slide -Crunch -Pursuit/Ice Punch -Earthquake/Superpower Nature: Adamant EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/4 Def/204 Spe Item: Choice Band Ability: Sand Stream If you're giving Empoleon physical moves, you're doing it wrong because its Special Attack is superior. Azumarill outclasses Empoleon as a Water physical attacker because of its better offensive presence thanks to its Huge Power ability: -Waterfall -Aqua Jet -Play Rough -Knock Off/Superpower Nature: Adamant EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/12 Def/12 SDef/4 Spe Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest/Lum Berry Ability: Huge Power or -Belly Drum -Aqua Jet -Play Rough -Knock Off/Superpower/Waterfall Nature: Adamant EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/12 Def/12 SDef/4 Spe Item: Sitrus Berry Ability: Huge Power Flygon is badly outclassed by other Ground Pokemon such as Garchomp and Excadrill. While 100 as a best stat isn't bad, it isn't good either. Excadrill is the better pick of the two in this case because it benefits from Tyranitar's sandstorm thanks to Sand Rush: -Earthquake -Iron Head -Rock Slide -Rapid Spin/Swords Dance Nature: Adamant EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Life Orb Ability: Sand Rush Hypnosis + Dream Eater is a bad combination because switching will render Dream Eater moot. I can't think of anything else to replace it other than Cresselia as a bulky supporter. Before you ask why I'm suggesting a legendary, this is because legendary status has nothing to do with competitive viability: -Psychic/Lunar Dance -Ice Beam -Moonlight -Lunar Dance/Thunder Wave/Toxic Nature: Bold EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef Item: Rocky Helmet If you still want to use Gardevoir, however, it can act as a backup Mega Evolution: -Psyshock -Hyper Voice -Focus Blast/Taunt -Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)/Focus Blast Nature: Modest/Timid EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Gardevoirite Ability: Trace Aegislash has better options than Swords Dance + King's Shield because this particular strategy is very easily played around: -Shadow Ball -Shadow Sneak -Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword -King's Shield Nature: Quiet EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef Item: Weakness Policy/Leftovers/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag or -Substitute -Toxic -King's Shield -Shadow Ball/Flash Cannon Nature: Modest/Timid EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef Item: Leftovers or -Iron Head/Shadow Claw -Shadow Sneak -Sacred Sword -Swords Dance/King's Shield Nature: Adamant/Brave EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy Smogon OU: Salamence's Mega Stone is banned to Ubers, meaning it can't be used in standard play. Regular Salamence is outclassed by Dragonite and Garchomp. I'd take the latter because the former's Multiscale will be broken in Tyranitar's sandstorm: -Swords Dance -Outrage/Dragon Claw -Earthquake -Fire Fang Nature: Jolly EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry or -Stealth Rock -Outrage/Dragon Claw -Earthquake -Fire Blast/Swords Dance Nature: Naive EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Focus Sash/Lum Berry or -Stealth Rock -Dragon Tail -Earthquake -Fire Blast/Toxic Nature: Impish EVs: 240 HP/176 Def/92 Spe Item: Rocky Helmet Ability: Rough Skin or -Draco Meteor -Earthquake -Fire Blast -Stealth Rock/Stone Edge Nature: Naive EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Life Orb or -Outrage -Earthquake -Stone Edge/Fire Blast -Dragon Claw/Fire Blast Nature: Jolly/Naive EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe Item: Choice Scarf What I said about Tyranitar above also applies here: -Stone Edge -Crunch -Pursuit -Superpower/Earthquake Nature: Jolly/Adamant EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly) or 100 HP/252 Atk/156 Spe (Adamant) Item: Choice Scarf (Jolly)/Choice Band (Adamant) Ability: Sand Stream or -Stealth Rock -Stone Edge -Crunch/Ice Beam/Fire Blast -Pursuit Nature: Relaxed EVs: 248 HP/80 Def/180 SDef Item: Smooth Rock/Chople Berry Ability: Sand Stream As I already mentioned, Azumarill outclasses Empoleon as a bulky Water Pokemon. On another note, it synergizes well with Tyranitar because it resists its Fighting and Water weaknesses: offensive presence thanks to its Huge Power ability: -Waterfall -Aqua Jet -Play Rough -Knock Off/Superpower Nature: Adamant EVs: 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spe (Choice Band) or 240 HP/252 Atk/16 SDef (Assault Vest) Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest Ability: Huge Power Flygon is still outclassed by its fellow Ground Pokemon in OU play. Excadrill also synergizes with Tyranitar: -Earthquake -Iron Head -Rock Slide -Rapid Spin/Swords Dance Nature: Adamant EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe Item: Life Orb Ability: Sand Rush Mega Gardevoir is better than its regular counterpart because of its Pixilated Hyper Voices: -Psyshock -Hyper Voice -Focus Blast -Taunt/Calm Mind/Will-o-Wisp Nature: Timid/Modest EVs: 16 HP/8 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Gardevoirite Ability: Trace You can also consider Clefable, as it has Magic Guard to protect itself from sandstorm damage: -Wish -Protect -Moonblast -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy Nature: Bold EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef Item: Leftovers Ability: Unaware or -Moonblast -Fire Blast -Focus Blast/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight Nature: Modest EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef Item: Life Orb Ability: Magic Guard or -Calm Mind -Moonblast -Thunder Wave -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight Nature: Calm EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SDef Item: Leftovers Ability: Magic Guard Aegislash is an Uber. Gengar is a better idea for a Ghost attacker: -Shadow Ball -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave -Focus Blast -Taunt/Icy Wind/Destiny Bond Nature: Timid EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Life Orb or -Hex -Sludge Wave/Substitute -Taunt -Will-o-Wisp Nature: Timid EVs: 8 HP/248 SAtk/252 Spe Item: Black Sludge |
I'd would suggest reading up on common movesets for the Pokemon you're using because what you have right now is either lacking in coverage or straight up redundant.
