Anyone experienced this in sleep?~~ Sleep Talking / night terror

Yo! Talking in your sleep can be a funny thing xD. Perhaps you chitchat unconsciously with unseen associates at the midnight hour. Around 60% of human will have at least one episode of sleep talking xD

Sleep talking falls under the category of parasomnias, which are disruptive sleep disorders. Other parasomnias include sleepwalking and night terrors. No one really knows what cause sleep talking but how and when it happens is as follow

Quote:

Sleep talking tends to occur during two different stages of sleep: During stage two, when it's just a stream of thoughts not accompanied by a dream, and during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, when it's accompanied by active dreams. During REM sleep it's easy to arouse a person out of sleep talking, but during stage two, it's very hard to wake someone up, and they likely won't remember what they were talking about. And even during REM sleep, what a sleep-talker is saying may not be related to what's happening in their dream.
It's causing factors might be high fever, stress or any other sleep disorder c:

Other one is Night terror.... the person sleeping next to you suddenly sitting bolt upright and screaming wildly. You try to console them, but they don't respond. Then, after a few minutes, they fall back asleep as if nothing happened. No, they didn't have a nightmare. It's called a night terror.

I sleep talked a lot when I was 9-10 years old. My mom used to tell me I was always talking gibberish in sleep xD

I know one time I screamed after a nightmare and it woke my parents up, but maybe that's it? xD

When I got fever for 5 days back when I was a kid, the fever heightened after day 3 and when I slept, I can hear myself saying (translating from our language), "I NEED DR. OAK'S SIGNATURE!"

No joking. My mother was so surprised, she doesn't know who "Dr. Oak" is and she freaked out. She started to shake me frantically. Its actually funny if you think about it
