Who liked stadium more than colosseum?
I know i did.
Stadium- It had all those cups and modes, then even better there was a level two. It also had the mini games! Those were the best part... It also had that gym tower challenge, and you could get POKEMON rewards if you won, which was really useful... Colosseum- No mini games, RPG mode too short for my likes. No pokemon rewards... only a few johto pokemon, many of which could have been obtained normally. |
I go with this dude^. in Pokemon Staduim 1&2 you only battle and in Pokemon Colloseum you go on a dangerous quest to find the missing cupcake!!
|
What's a cupcake!!!!!
I voted Colosseum because of the Story, the moving mode, the graphism, the attacks, the characters, and the shadows!!! |
hmm.... seems to be tied... well at least i know im not teh only one :)
|
well mine is a simple answer i chose pokemon colosseum as i have never played PS 1 and 2.
|
I use P1&2 to store PKMN I caugh in R/B/Y/G/S/C to me it's only for storage
so PKMN COL is alot better. (I Think...) |
I liked Colosseum better, only because it had a great storyline, and was more like the handheld Pokemon games. Compared to Colosseum the only good thing about Stadium 1/2 were the mini-games. In Stadium 2, the trivia.
|
Wow, im one of da few... the fact that to battle someone else, you both had to have the game doesn't matter to anyone o_0... and the limited number of cups... only level 50, level 100, and the double battle variation... and i was the only one who thought the RPG was WAY too short... wow... they took out the rentalzzzzz..... =-o

I have not played Colosseum yet so I can not vote honestly. But I like both Stadium 1/2!
|
i havent played colluseum, but from what i've herad, i like pokemon stadium 2 better, i like adventure, but i get enough of that in the games so i take a break with tournaments, and plus, it's the only one with chansey's egg emergency (im so pro at that minigame, especially on very hard), and, the very best part, the library!!!!
|
meep
Yeh, stadium 2. It just is great, so much stuff on it...I don't care if there ain't no adventure, it's more the detail on the 3d pokemon which got me to buy it...
Has anyone else got an issue with how weird the pokeball looks like on S2 when the pokemon comes out??? It just annoys me, that's all. |
After reading this thread, I went out and killed a school bus full of young children.
|
i would say colosseum because i havn't played stadium
|
I'm normally all for RPG's but this time I thought Colloseum was a let down compared to Stadium 1 and 2. No mini games or nothing, I would ahev to go wtih Stadium 2.
|
I choose the Stadiums, because Colosseum is way too short and tends to get very annoying because you have to catch every single shadow Pokemon and with most of them you only get one chance.
|
No way, Pokemon Colosseum is way better, the stroy mode is cool, I'm not that kean of just battle after battle, that is what makes Pokemon Colosseum different.
And I think Pokemon XD is going to be even better. |
I love coloseum
its just great, i dont see y people are fussed cuz some of the stuff in stadium is in colosseum (the main stuff anyways lol) |
Colosseum's better, both S1 and 2 were way too hard, & Round 2, a trainer's nightmare. Heck, it took me THREE YEARS to beat the Prime Cup with rentals!
And the Pogeys in S2 were FREAKING OBNOXIOUS because of their incredibly high EVs, IVs, and almost perfect movesets. And the number of times I pulled the Pak out of the system due to frustration is astronomic. |
Kind of a toss up for me, I like them both equally.
|
wtf is with u people collesium sucked cus its like playing the gameboy game on a gamecube where they added 2vs2 and it wasnt compatible with any old games
definately either of the stadiums had mini games and all sorts of lil crap anyone who knows pokemon that the whole point of stadium was graphics and being able to use a lvl 100 that u wasted hours of time on making lol the only reason collesium wound up like playing the gba game is cus thats prolly they only way they could lazily use 1.35 gigs or w/e one of them disk stores the only reason im playin this next game to is cus of lugia and not cus i really care about pokemon anymore |

erm, well, for me the nintendo 64 as a system was great, not to go off-topic (again) but playing stadium being it the first 3d... besides snap... ewww... pokemon game, where you could battle, I was all for it, and I'm not a big fan of colloseum because of the "whole" shadow pokemon idea... but maybe its just me... |
Why do people keep on saying the rpg was too short? I have like 25 hours on mine and I still havnt finished, what makes it worse is I was trying to hurry up and beat the game. Anyways Colloseum for me unless I find out after I beat the game that I cant use it for storage, that would just suck.
|
Personaly i like Colosseum better and not just because i'm a rabid Wes fan but because of the many different things in the gameplay. Like the most obvious; stealing other's pokemon and the constant 2 on 2 battles... even if there is a way around that. Then there's Rui following you arond and boring into your back with her creepy eyes. And it's nice to see my pokemon in better 3D graphics among other things.
|
hmmm coloseum is okay but i'd definetly go with stadium 2.
