Day 30: What are you hoping the next main series Pokémon game will be? |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
My fave Pokemon games (at least out of what I played) have been Black & White and its sequels, Black 2 & White 2. Unova is a region that stood out to me, not just with breaking the Japanese basis tradition, but this also opened up so many new possibilities and that's where these games truly showed it. I hadn't been replaying them lately but I may come back to them one day. Least fave? Maybe the Kanto games, especially when you consider that I started to get sick of all the Kanto shoutouts in both X/Y and Sun/Moon. I never even played a game where Kanto was the main region, so that adds to my further disinterest in that generation. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Sun and moon are my new favorite games. I really liked some of the characters, and new pokemon. Least favorite is kanto^ Sure, it's the original, but oh my goodness it's sooooo overdone. Not to mention, I don't get why people can't give up their nostalgia for a game that's clearly better. I gave up Soulsilver as my longtime favorite for Sun and moon, I don't see why others can't do the same. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favorite: I'd have to say Pokemon Platinum, it expanded and fixed a lot mistakes that came with DP, and it introduced many of my favorite Pokemon. I also found the region very interesting and diverse, especially the post game sections. Also, the Pokedex was the right size for me, not too big or not too little. Least Favorite: Pokemon X/Y, the introduction of 3D was very nice, but a lot of things were poorly executed. The broken EXP share made the games too easy, they had a bland storyline with bland characters, and it had very little post-game content. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Emerald is my favorite Pokemon game, with Heart Gold coming in a very close second. I kind of fell out of Pokemon for a few years, and would only pick up the games once in a blue moon, only to shelf almost as soon as I started. Then I had the chance to borrow my friend's Emerald cartridge, and instantly fell in love with the Battle Frontier. Even though I wasn't great at the facilities, I spent way more time than I'd like to admit challenging them, and I was very disappointed to see they didn't make a return in OR/AS. My least favorite game is Platinum, though I'm sure it would've been either Diamond or Pearl if I had a DS sooner. Overall, I liked Sinnoh as a region, but I felt so disconnected from the story that I had a hard time finishing it. Can't say I'm super pumped for a possible Sinnoh remake, but I'll keep an open mind going into it if they do come. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favourite is Sapphire. I liked hoenn a lot and haven't played the remakes yet. Least favourite... Red. Too glitch. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favorite Pokemon game is still Platinum. Great region, great additions from Diamond/Pearl, plus a damn Battle Frontier. What more could you want? Least favorite Pokemon game is one of ORAS. I loved seeing Hoenn again, but it felt so neutered compared to Emerald. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
My favorite was originally Platinum cause it was the first I ever owned but it has become my second favorite after I got Emerald and started playing it. BEST EVERYTHING!!!! Well except that I couldn't catch a Caturpie. I prefer Butterfree over Beautifly. My least favorite? I would have to say X cause it was to easy to defeat. I mean seriously? I literally use the Elite 4 and champion as an easy means of getting money and EXP. I mean Pokemon Black was harder that X and I actually completed the Black story in a day. Gamefreak put little to no effort into X and Y. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Platinum is my favourite as it takes place in the Sinnoh region and pretty much expands on the already awesome games that are Diamond & Pearl. I feel like fourth gen introduced the best mix of Pokemon designs, a lot of which were down to the cross-gen evolutions of existing Pokémon. While there weren't too many new Pokémon so to speak, the new evolutions that we received were handled fantastically well in terms of design and choice. Amongst all that, we got a great storyline with awesome characters and I really can't fault those games if I'm honest. Lagging was an issue in DP but Platinum fixed up on that, even if it was just slightly faster. Least favourite is Red/Blue. I don't have much to say about these games but to me they're just too outdated to enjoy. Kanto is my least favourite region which doesn't help, but everything just feels so limited and linear in those games. I get that's a given considering how they're 20 years old, but when compared to other titles, these are the games I feel least inclined to replay. |
DAY 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Does that mean main core games only? If yes, my favorite would be Emerald, just for the sheer nostalgia it had on me. I loved the Hoenn region when I played Sapphire, and Emerald made it all complete. The two regions villain in one, Battle Frontier, incredible soundtrack, getting all three legendaries, just to name a few. My least favorite? Probably Diamond. Mainly because at that moment I started to drift away from Pokémon and I was not too keen on it. But that was 10 years ago, I need a little refreshment on it. :P |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favorite: Black and White/Black 2 and White 2. Unova is great, (most of) the characters are great, but I always felt like the originals were not only trying to force you to use the new Pokemon but also expected you to use certain Pokemon at certain points in the game, forcing you to have to stop and grind up an entirely new team at every Gym, with said teams likely being almost the exact same in every playthrough. B2/W2 didn't have those problems and kept what made the originals so good in the first place...but they did have Hugh, which the originals didn't, so they tie for my favorites. Least Favorite: Diamond/Pearl/Platinum surprise surprise. Boring region that I can't be bothered to drag myself through on later playthroughs and an awful PokeDex. I'm probably going to get destroyed for this, but I feel like Sun and Moon have a lot of the same problems and I have a feeling they'll end up tying with D/P/Pl for my least favorite once online activity dies down. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favourate: Heart Gold will be my most favorite Pokémon Game, Because it has received tons of improvement from Gen 2 Gold/silver, it contains Cool looking graphics (especially able to travel world first Pokémon Region in NDs graphics), follow me, battle frontier, great Post-game And many more... Least Favourite: Pokémon diamond, pearl and platinum like many has already said, little Confusing storyline which takes ton's of time to complete, some ugly things like have to seen every Pokémon for continuing Story and many other wrong decisions by Games freak in this sinnoh series, which isn't a good experience for me while playing these game. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Small edit: I forgot all about X/Y. It's honestly a tie between R/B/Y and X/Y. I feel like X/Y tried too hard to be like R/B/Y and that's probably what brought it down so low (also those "friends" ugh) |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Pokemon SoulSilver, I started it today since Aether, Raffy, Rika, and me started a playthrough together. |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Last one I played was Pokémon Sun. Did not do much, just played it to see Pokémon Center's birthday surprise. |
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favorite, I really don't know. If you asked me before 2016, my answer would definitely be Black 2 and White 2, but ever since my biggest adventure ever took a gigantic drop in quality at the worst possible time after so much work on it, that caused B2W2 to drop hard out of my top spot. I did do a Blue Mono-Color on Black 2 back in the winter that did allow me to grow back into them to a degree, but not quite enough to make them my favorites again. Maybe they'll become my favorites again in time, maybe not. We'll see. So that aside, I guess X and Y? Mainly because of how many Pokémon there are to use in those games. The game feels more like a "have it your way" kind of game than any other to date. Least favorite, I would have to go with the original Ruby and Sapphire. I don't think they're bad per se, I would just rather play the other games in today's day. The characters weren't that good, training stinks in these games, I wasn't big for Team Magma and Aqua, and the post-game is shit. So yeah. |
Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game?
Favorite: I would say S&M, XY and Gen5 it's fun and have interesting kinda of story, sometimes it's exicting on it's own way. Least: I'l think it's Gen3 especially remake of original gen one, nothing too exciting around due to lack of post-game and not big fan of magma or aqua |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Soul Silver. Doing a Blue Mono-Color, and I literally just finished training my team to Level 75 for Red. But now I have to get Heart Scales to reteach the moves I want for him... God bless. |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
I think it was Sun version and I progressed to the third island and the Aether Foundation. I haven't had much time lately to sit down and actually play, but I'll get back to it soon! |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Pokemon White 2. Grinding to take on the 8th gym leader. Farthest I've been in this game since I first beat it when it came out. |
Quote:
Mine was probably sun a while ago, trying to finish up the UB quests. Haven't been in the right mood though |
I'm a big fan of these
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game? - Emerald is definitely my favourite, it was the game that truly made me fall in love with the franchise and I spent countless hours playing it. I loved the Hoenn region and the Pokemon that inhabited it and actually (for the one and only time) managed to catch all of them. My least favourite is Yellow (sorry fans of Gen one), I just don't have the nostalgic attraction to it and as a game, it wasn't that enjoyable tbh, I felt like I had to make myself play it, I know it's outdated but I just didn't enjoy it. Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing? - Last game I played was Omega Ruby and I just defeated the fourth and fifth gyms and ready to explore the rest of Hoenn! |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Haven't played any Pokémon game in a While, maybe last game what i have played is Pokémon Red For checking Cute missingno's. ^_^ |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
Pokemon BWBW2, I really like the mix of 2D and 3D used in certain parts. I also like the theme of more 'western' or city-like Pokemon designs. |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Right now, Moon. I feel Alola is like the new Unova, a very interesting region design (and sadly, both their corresponding anime series suck) and very unique Pokemon designs. I've been trying to grind some Pokemon up to Lv100 right now for Hyper Training, which is hell. |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
The most recent game that I played was Alpha Sapphire about 2 weeks ago. Just had the random urge to beat up Hoenn's Elite Four, so I did, and that was that. Will probably try getting back into my Moon Nuzlocke next, though I'm not very far into it. Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style? I really enjoyed how HeartGold and SoulSilver turned out. I still think that Bellchime Trail is one of my favorite places in any Pokemon game, even though there isn't much to it. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
I'm with Ben and Brendan who are praising HG/SS for their vibrant use of colour (Bell Tower's outside says it right) but I also appreciate the nice colour used in the Hoenn games, along with Sun & Moon. The Unova games may not be as vibrant, but they fit with the theme those games were going for. |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
Moon, and I was training my pokemons especially tapu ones Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style? HGSS and SM the quality so vibrant and colorful, can't say about unova it just weird prescriptive |
Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing?
FireRed. In Lavender Tower. Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style? Black/Black 2. I'm not a fan of 3D graphics. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
Emerald. Especially everything new they added. The Battle Frontier is such a gorgeous area. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
For me it was XY. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
HG/SS. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but I've gotten over most of my nostalgia after replaying it, yet I still like the art. Most notably the attack animations (magical leaf stands out, idk why) |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
It's HGSS because of beautiful graphics and cool animations like appearance of Ho-Oh... And Black/white has gorgeous graphics too Because of 2d+3d styles, which fits great in industrial Region theme... |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
I think I'll go with the Generation IV games. While I do like Gen V's pixelated sprites, I think the outer world was best done in DPPt and HGSS. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
Nope. Absolutely none at all. I do not like it. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I have done it on Showdown before (which is an online battle server) but anyone who has seen me battle back then knows I'm not the best at competitive play. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
No. I feel like it is a waste of time and effort, it's very confusing, and the community that is into it is too hardcore to try and break into. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style?
BW/B2W2 are my favourites in terms of artwork. The trainer models look great, the Pokémon sprites were at their best, and the city designs are top notch. Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not? Nah, I've never seen the appeal to play competitively. I have thought about it once or twice, but I've never had the real urge to get into that sort of battling. |
Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style? - Definitely HGSS, the use of colour is amazing and the graphics style was the best of the Pokemon DS era imo, before they tried to get too fancy in Gen V which resulted in a few weird looking graphics.
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not? - Nah not anymore. After I completed X I started getting into it but I eventually stopped and haven't battled competitively since. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I did a little bit in the days of Gen III and DP, but not today. Mostly because it's too much to memorize and consider, and I'm really not good at predicting. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
No I never had the interest or the time to spend on it. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I sometimes battle, but I'm sort of mediocre at it haha. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
Not too much, but sometimes in Showdown. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
Not really sure how, it was 16 years ago :P It was either when I saw the TV show or when I received my GameBoy Color. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
I recall first hearing about Pokemon in 1997, which I think was when the series really started to arrive in my home country of Australia. I didn't get into playing a Pokemon game of my own until Ruby & Sapphire, two generations later. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
My sister and my friend got Yellow and Red versions respectively, so I got given Blue! This was back in about 1998 iirc. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
My brother was a fan before I was. He couldn't beat Brock so I took the game and decided to have a go at it. I eventually did it with a Pidgey, abusing Sand-Attack and Potions long enough to whittle Onix's health down with not-very-effective Gusts. I've been a fan ever since. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
Found Pokemon Yellow in a drawer on vacation. Took it with me, fell in love very quickly. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
My school had an event where people would bring used toys and stuff to sell. I saw a Pokemon Blue cartridge and thought "I like blue", so I bought it. I still own that copy today. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games? - On holiday I made a friend who was always playing FireRed, I used to watch him all the time and remember I really liked the look of it so when I got home, the first thing I did was get myself a copy.
|
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
I were introduced by Pokémon game's because of Internet (google search) and First Pokémon game of my life is Gold, after playing that i have realized it is something what i really wants? to play more and more. :-D |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
Diving. I think it really fits in S&M somehow. |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
I'd say the field move usage for moves like Sweet Scent and Dig. It was stupid to see that 7th Gen overhauled Pokemon so much that it got rid of this long-running hidden feature. |
Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games?
When I was 9 or 10 I was excited to receive a gameboy colour and Pokemon Gold for xmas, my first game. Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? Day/night cycle. |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? - Definitely Pokemon following the player, that is one of the best features ever to grace a Pokemon game.
|
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
Difficulty Key System from B2W2. It really does beg the question why this wasn't made a permanent feature from the moment it was introduced. |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
Is the Battle Frontier a feature? If so, that. Bring it back. We need something that isn't the same old boring standard battle area. I think it's insane that GameFreak doesn't listen to fan feedback. |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
6v6 WiFi battles. I loved those in 4th Gen, and am disappointed that I can't do them anymore. |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I do Showdown now and then, but all these overwatch updates have just been consuming my free time xD Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games? Idk how I found out about the games, but when I was in Second grade my friend gave me a Goldeen and a Dunsparce card and I thought they were so cool xD Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? Oh what, just one? dangit... I can't decide between the PWT or battle frontier. If we could have the PWT be one of the attractions that would be nice xD |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
The battle frontier, I miss the special challenges brought by the different types of battles there. |
Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be?
Hoenn battle frontier, Because in frontier we have to do tons of task for batting frontier brain's. Also collecting of symbols. :P |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I try building teams that would do well for things like the Battle Frontier, but I don't battle competitively, no. The few times I've dabbled in it didn't turn out well for me, so I'm perfectly fine being more of a casual Pokemon player. Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games? I cared about the anime and TCG wel before the games, but when I had the chance to play my cousin's Yellow version, I was hooked. Didn't get my own Game Boy Color until a few years later though, with Gold being the first game I owned. Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? The VS. Seeker, please. It was the simplest way to rebattle opponents, and I always liked abusing it both to train, and to get lots of money from rich trainers, haha. |
Just saw this thread so I'm gonna do a lot of catch up...
Day 1: Your favorite and least favorite Pokémon game? My favorite would probably be Crystal, mostly for nostalgia. Least favorite is Black & White. I hated gen 5 Day 2: Most recent Pokémon game you played? What were you doing? Playing Pokemon moon catching pokemon in beast balls Day 3: What Pokémon game do you think had the best art style? As in character and pokemon designs? I really liked gold, silver, and crystal for that. X & Y were also gorgeous Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not? Eh, not really. I just do the fun online competitions. I like it when they have quirky rules and stipulations because it makes me use pokemon that I normally wouldn't, which is fun to me. The typical competitive scene I find to be rather boring, rigid, and has too many legendaries, which I just don't use Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games? When the anime first came to America, before red and blue even arrived, I saw my first episode of pokemon and fell in love because it had a samurai. We'll ignore the fact that there was also a metapod vs. metapod battle as well...which I may or may not have recreated while playing my copy of blue several months later... Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? I'd like follow pokemon to be a thing again. They would go nicely with trainer customization. However, I do miss secret bases and contests already. They were a fun variant in the games. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
Nah. I'd like to try to keep them organised, but I never get round to actually sort through them unless I've got absolutely nothing else to do in the game. It usually gets to a point where I've caught so many Pokémon that it gets past the point of actually wanting to organise them accordingly. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I actually used to. Organized by the leading type. Now I really don't, especially since I don't play the games much after I beat them. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I do. I sort Pokémon by their primair type (except Flying). Sometimes I combine types, but only at the beginning when I have little amount of boxes. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I put the Pokemon which I find good in certain boxes, while the rest are random. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I usually tend to sort them by which Pokemon would look good with each other. Nothing really special to begin with, though in X I did put all my shinies in their own box. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I used to organize them by type, but then things started to break down in 5th Gen when I could no longer fit most types' members into a box of 30. So now I organize them by the Pokédex number of the first member of the line to exist(ie. Raichu is with the Kanto Pokémon because of Pikachu, and Steelix is as well because of Onix). So the first slot in my Box 1 is Venusaur, the second slot is Charizard, etc. right up to I think Box 15 where my Magearna is. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I kind of do, but my organization has morphed to having boxes for my main team, useful pokemon for catching/hatching eggs/etc., current breeding projects, and pokemon who I just keep around for their lotto ID number |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
I'd say Cynthia from DPP. She's a really developed characters with her background in mythology. She also helped you in the distortion world in Platinum. She has one of the best teams to battle against is quite the challenge. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
Mostly random, but sometimes legendary in separate box and high lv pkm (team Pokémon) in their sperate box... |
Day 4: Do you battle competitively? Why or why not?
I'm just a casual player, and competitiveness is way too much work Day 5: How were you introduced to the Pokémon games? Wayback when the shop stores certain game that I found bit familiar to RPG ones Day 6: If you could bring back one feature from the older Pokémon games, what would it be? Walking with pokemon |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
I'd probably say it's a tie between N and Lillie. N is a very mysterious trainer and the fact he realises the protagonist is the other Hero of Unova was a huge event foreshadowed, while Lillie is cute and I love the dark story surrounding her and Lusamine, on top of learning the secret of Nebby. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
I think I should go with Sabrina. I've always been a fangirl of hers, and I'm still not sure if I started to like Psychic-types because of her or if I started to like her because she used Psychic-types. xD But if gym leaders don't count, I'll so with the rival from 2nd Gen. He was the last interesting rival, and he actually had a cool backstory unlike literally every "rival" since. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
Lillie is my favourite. I just think they did a fantastic job in developing her character throughout the entire storyline as she goes through many changes strength to strength. I felt like I grew attached to her right from the start and I was sad to see her leave at the end which shows for something in terms of character depth. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
I did a couple of times, sorted by type. Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why? Red from Gold/Silver |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
No particular favourite for me. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
Looker. You always know shenanigans are afoot if he appears. Master of disguise, and all that. |
Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use? - I only organise boxes on the game where all of my Pokemon are kept, it's usually organised with legendary, shiny, powerful and my favourite Pokemon. The rest are just kinda scattered tbh.
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why? - Mr Briney is my favourite, I love the whole saga with him and Peecko and always enjoyed sailing to Dewford and Slateport with him. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
I'm gonna go with Nanu. He uses dark types, acts like he doesn't care about anything, and cracks me up every time he does the dark type Z pose |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
Not really. Every time I battle a Legendary/Mythical I try capturing it via any other Ball I have. I have a bit as a last resort if capturing constantly fails (incl. soft resets). |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
Usually yes. |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
I do, usually on a Legendary of some sort. Even if it's one that it's not really necessary for. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
Red because he's quite mysterious + Final boss? in jhoto games. :D |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
I didn't used to, but now I use them for the cover legendary. I'm thinking I should start using them for the "third" legend(Rayquaza, Giratina, Kyurem, Zygarde, etc), but I still end up using Ultra Balls on these. Though I'd never do what my brother did, and use a Master Ball on a Grimer. Haha |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
Not as of recently. I never really know which Pokémon is best to use it on so I usually end up saving it. I might have caught Lunala in a Master Ball, but only because it matched the colour scheme. 8) |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
I do, yes, usually on whatever the box legendary is so I can get on with the story faster. In ORAS I saved it for Deoxys though. |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball?
No, never used Master ball in any core series ._. |
Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball? - Sometimes, it depends how I'm feeling tbh. When I do use it however, it's usually on the rarest legendary in the game, like Mewtwo for example.

Day 7: Do you organize your PC boxes? What kind of layout do you use?
Spoiler:
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why? Earl from the Johto games is the best NPC. Not only is he a teacher that speaks like Yoda, but when walking you to his school in Violet City, he just stops to pirouette from time to time. Hard to find a better NPC than that. Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball? The last time I went into a battle planning to use my Master Ball was on Kyogre in Sapphire. Ever since then, I save my Master Ball for random shiny encounters, on the chance that it's a Pokemon I'm well over-leveled against, or one that might try to flee. So far, I've only used the Master Ball like this once, on a shiny Swanna in White. |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Tough one but I think I'd have to say Team Galactic. I just love their whole theme they've got going on, their hideouts are really fun to explore, and they're definitely the most stand out villainous team for me. The Commanders are memorable as they're each given a defining role in the storyline and it actually feels like they have personality and some character development when compared to other villainous teams that don't show that off so well. Plus, Cyrus is a badass. Team Skull & Aether Foundation are worthy mentions too. |
Day 8: Who's your favorite NPC from the Pokémon games? Why?
Lillie, I'm intrigue by the dark story related with her family Day 9: Do you use your Master Ball? A LOT I use masterball to catch mascots, but I realize certain roaming pokemon gives me a hard time and I just always wasted on dem mascouts |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Team Plasma, not just because I'm biased but they have so much mystery surrounding them. The fact they split into two factions as of B2/W2 makes them fit even more into the themes that the 5th Gen games were going for. Plus, it has so many memorable characters like N, Ghetsis and Colress. |
Day 9: Do you use your Masterball?
No, I just keep it for the perfect Pokemon...still waiting. Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best? Team Plasma, they had a good plan by fooling the public by telling them something else. They had very good characters like N, Ghetsis, and Colress. I also really liked Neo Team Plasma from BW2. |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Team Plasma, as they have more realistic motives than other teams. |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Galactic. Cool uniforms. Cool mission statement. Cool names. |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Either Team Rocket for nostalgia, or Team Galactic because they were the last team to at least make sense with their take-over-the-world scheme. |
Day 10: What villainous team did you like the best?
Rocket or Plasma. |
Day 11: What was your first Pokémon to reach level 100? How long did this take you?
My first ever Pokémon to reach level 100 was my Typhlosion in Pokémon Gold. I have no idea how long it took, it was 15 years ago or so. |
