I'll probably go for Litten and everstone him. Then bank him when I get to a PC and trade in my own starter. Not sure who yet. Probably a Magikarp. ????

Imperator161 June 6th, 2017 4:10 PM

I'll probably go with Popplio again. So far, I'm not feeling terribly adventurous, as I seem to be looking at using the same starter, probably some similar team members, etc.

Frozocrone June 6th, 2017 4:18 PM

Do I get Hidden Abilities? Litten.

No? Well...probably Popplio, it's the one starter I've not gone through the game with.

jombii June 6th, 2017 4:21 PM

Popplio now. I've already played with Litten and Rowlet and it seemed like a good time to try her out.

FireSnow June 6th, 2017 4:29 PM

Ill be picking Litten this time I think. I picked Popplio last time and loved it and I don't wanna make memories with any other popplio/brionne/Primarinas. So I'm gonna use Litten this time, especially since I plan on moving a Vulpix over to the new game, a perfect partner. Fire and Ice :)

Charlie Brown June 6th, 2017 4:38 PM

I chose Litten in SM which I had a lot of fun with. However I had massive issues lacking a Water-type in SM so I might go with Popplio since I don't really like any of the other new Water-types in Alola (unless we get new Alolan Forms for Water-type Pokemon in which case who knows)

So I'm not really committed atm to anything haha

Sheep June 6th, 2017 4:45 PM

I'll maybe try out Rowlet since he's cute, but this time around I'm considering not using any of the starters. Already used (and loved!) Popplio and not a fan of Litten's final form, leaving me with just Rowlet. But even then I dunno really. Never played through a main series game for the first time without using a starter, so perhaps this'll be the first!

Sean Flame June 6th, 2017 6:57 PM

It's always #TeamRowlet for me.

KaratGaming June 6th, 2017 7:37 PM

I'm going with Litten, it's got such an awesome final form.

PokeTrekkie92 June 6th, 2017 8:59 PM

Well I already picked Litten in Moon and Rowlet in Sun, so I'm picking Popplio in this one

BlissyMKW June 6th, 2017 9:37 PM

I've made it a system to always do first playthroughs with the water starter, and even though I haven't given Litten a try at all yet, I'm still going with Popplio.

Roaring Moon June 6th, 2017 10:16 PM

I picked Litten in Moon. This time, I think I'm going to switch things up and pick Rowlet.

Iceshadow3317 June 6th, 2017 10:24 PM

I picked Rowlet in Sun and I wished I had picked Litten as it became awesome over time for me, although I still love Rowlet.

If I can, I may try to start with all 3 because I really want to, and I might buy a new DS since I no longer need to worry about buying a Switch right now or just borrow my sister's.

But this time around, I think I am going with Litten. Unless something changed like we get new forms of the starters like thought by some. Even though unlikely, not impossible as we are probably getting the 3rd Lycanroc.

jombii June 6th, 2017 10:34 PM

Wow, a lot of people seemed to be going for Popplio. I think this isn't surprising as it was not the most popular among the three starters last generation and having a new game gives new opportunities for trying out new things.

L'Belle June 6th, 2017 10:43 PM

I am going with Popplio because I found it the most fun to use in SuMo

shadowmoon522 June 7th, 2017 7:46 AM

i got a litten before, this time i'm getting fancy bird

pkmin3033 June 7th, 2017 7:47 AM

Rowlet. Who else would I choose?

Absolitetion June 7th, 2017 7:50 AM

Last time I went with Litten, so I think I'll take Popplio next.

Starry Windy June 7th, 2017 7:52 AM

I'll be sticking to Popplio once again, because it looks cute, and it's one of my MVP in my Sun playthrough, as well.

LyokoGirl5000 June 7th, 2017 12:40 PM

Either Litten or Popplio. Probably Litten. Totally nicknaming it Skulky.

ShyRayq June 7th, 2017 12:42 PM

I picked Popplio in Moon, and Litten in Sun. That leaves Rowlet, which I'm looking forward to.

smocks June 9th, 2017 10:23 PM

#itslitwithlitten

Hikamaru June 9th, 2017 10:37 PM

You know what shocks me with this poll? The fact Popplio is actually leading.

I always expect Popplio placing last in Alola starter polls due to all the attention drawn towards the Decidueye and Incineroar designs, but I guess maybe people are starting to now realise just how good Primarina really is. Contrasting here to see Rowlet placing last at the moment, but I guess that's because it was the most popular starter choice in S/M and some of those players want to try a different starter.

Mawa June 10th, 2017 6:32 AM

I cannot decide yet if I'll pick Popplio or Litten. I liked picking Rowlet in Sun, but I want to make a change.

I want Litten for is middle evolution <3 But Primarina looks nice too...

BlazingCobaltX June 10th, 2017 9:08 AM

As much as I love Rowlet, it felt really weird to not grab the Water starter for once. So I will choose Popplio in USUM.
