Was/is just a muscular problem. Only did the renal ultrasound because I have had kidney stones in the past.

blue September 19th, 2017 2:06 PM

i'd hate to have kidney stones, they sound really painful

EC September 19th, 2017 2:50 PM

They were. I have a high tolerance for pain though, so I only needed Tylenol to keep the pain down.

Sothis September 19th, 2017 3:23 PM

My mom has one but its non obstructive so its just sitting there :/

Somewhere_ September 19th, 2017 4:55 PM

my grandfather had one... apparently it was very, very painful

Sothis September 19th, 2017 7:07 PM

Yeah when I had pains in my back the doctor was like "you'd be in the worst pain in your life if it was a stone"

EC September 20th, 2017 11:26 AM

I'm not sure there is anything tastier to the tongue than freshly brewed iced tea.

Somewhere_ September 20th, 2017 6:24 PM

lasagna

kinesis September 20th, 2017 6:27 PM

I dunno I could think of a few things.
Speaking of which I might treat myself to a cheeky Pot Noodle.

Sothis September 20th, 2017 6:44 PM

I had mcnuggets today, I know they're bad but I still like em

string555 September 20th, 2017 9:41 PM

I don't know what time it is for other PCers, but it's somewhat late here and I'm still awake, so I though I would tell a little bedtime story. :3

Spoiler:

This story has been passed down from generation to generation of ants. I have it in good with them, so they shared their story with me. :3

There was once a colony of ants. They only gathered enough food for what they really needed. But one day, they had an idea. If they gathered more food than what they thought they needed, they could live through the harsh winter with no problem. So they gathered and they gathered. By winter time, they had so much extra food, it started to spoil. They didn't want their work to go to waste, so they ended up producing more ants than normal. By next season, they had to gather even more food due to the extra ants. So they gathered and they gathered. Again, due to having even more workers gathering food, they ended up with extra food that was starting to spoil. So they produced more ants. And they gathered and gathered. By the next winter time, their land was so barren, they no longer could gather any food. They survived for a while with what they had, but in the end, they all died off.

So the obvious moral of the story is that you shouldn't take more than what you really need.

Although recently I've been going to Wendy's more if I'm hungry for burgers because I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and get some sort of quality in my food.

not going to lie, Wendy's burgers taste pretty good and you dont feel like crap for eating something horrible afterwards.

See, us from the UK don’t have this luxury and it’s literally a choice between McDonalds or Burger King.

The one thing i’ve always wanted to try is Taco Bell, is it as good as everyone says?

blue September 21st, 2017 6:21 AM

I prefer the burgers from Burger King but I still go McDonalds more often just because there's literally like 3 right in my area.

Taco Bell is NOT good. Idk about taste, but I've heard many reports of people feeling sick to their stomach afterwards. If you want a smelly bathroom, eat Taco Bell.

EC September 21st, 2017 7:20 AM

Taco Bell is going to start selling alcohol soon.

blue September 21st, 2017 7:31 AM

Never been to Taco Bell, had mixed feelings on what people have said about it. Might just try it when I visit the states this year.

Nick September 21st, 2017 7:34 AM

My eating out options for fast food has shifted to strictly fast casual, where the options are significantly more healthy and the majority of the ingredients are fresh. Panera Bread, Saladworks, Pei Wei, and Chipotle are staples in my lunch outings.

I still crave Whoppers, though. Those are the best burgers.

That’s disappointing to hear, althougha bathroom will always be smelly so why not! Haha.

string555 September 21st, 2017 9:25 AM

I've never had any real problems eating taco bell food, and it does taste good, at least to me.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in a long time, I wish I had one closer to me. :/

The thing I don't get is why so many people absolutely love In N Out. Don't get me wrong, their food tastes good, but it's just not that amazing (Not to mention overpriced).

And on a similar note, ever since minimum wage increased, fast food prices are ridiculous. :/

Why, how expensive is it over there? Burger King seems to be the most expensive for us, but in Maccies you’re only looking at 5-7 quid for a large meal.

Sothis September 21st, 2017 11:11 AM

McDonalds is on the expensive end here, Tim Horton's is cheaper.

EC September 21st, 2017 1:51 PM

Taking a break until next week from all potato based foods.

> only

£5-7 is a huge amount in my mind for one single meal which is supposed to be from a cheap fast food place. Many of my friends would agree too that while Maccies is convenient and maybe almost tasty at times, it's by no stretch of the imagination cheap. Then again I'm still kinda used to student budgeting and forget that I can splash out slightly more now so whatever, but I'd never associate Maccies with "cheap" in this country.

I'll agree with you though that BK is mad expensive, with KFC (the best of the three hands down) close behind.

Hahaha yeah I guess you’re right there, I was using it more as a point of reference they could use if they replied. I can’t remember the last time I actually bought a large meal from Maccies - everyone knows you just use those 1.99 Big Mac + Medium Fries vouchers you can get pretty much anywhere.

I usually chuck a double cheeseburger on top and it’s like £3.50 in total, which is probably why I think it to be so cheap.

KFC is the dogs doodars but the fries flop it for me every time.
