16

That seems fitting.

FeraligatrMaster April 29th, 2018 6:29 AM

17.

The line is based on otters and samurais, after all.

Hyzenthlay April 29th, 2018 9:35 AM

18

It'd make a change from Fire starters getting it, at least!

FeraligatrMaster April 29th, 2018 10:27 AM

19.

Yeah, like Chesnaught being the first Grass starter to get the Fighting type.

XNaut April 29th, 2018 11:38 AM

20

Has awesome moves.

Samurott

10

FeraligatrMaster April 29th, 2018 11:41 AM

11.

Samurott will also go up.

XNaut April 29th, 2018 11:52 AM

12

When in battle, Samurott can stand on its hind legs and use one of its blades as a sword to fight.

FeraligatrMaster April 29th, 2018 12:51 PM

13.

It has little pockets in its legs, in which it hides swords.

XNaut April 29th, 2018 1:05 PM

14

It can silence foes with a glare or a howl.

FeraligatrMaster April 30th, 2018 12:11 AM

15.

It can't learn the moves Glare or Howl, though.

Hyzenthlay April 30th, 2018 9:51 AM

16

I was actually quite surprised by Samurott's design when it was announced. I like it, but I expected something different.

FeraligatrMaster April 30th, 2018 9:55 AM

17.

It went quadrupedal when its prevos were bipedal.

Hyzenthlay April 30th, 2018 10:07 AM

18

I lot of people seem to get sore over starters going bipedal. I really don't mind either way.

FeraligatrMaster April 30th, 2018 10:28 AM

19.

I really don't get why people would throw such a fuss when quadrupedal starters go bipedal. If anything, going bipedal would actually help those Pokemon.

Yay Samurott! We won one for China with the Tepig line, France with Snivy and now Japan is safe.

I think Patrat's up next. I'm neutral, will vote whichever way.

9.

I hate the Patrat line, so I'll vote them down.

VisionofMilotic April 30th, 2018 12:44 PM

8

Down he goes then. Its almost so bad its cute.

FeraligatrMaster April 30th, 2018 12:54 PM

7.

There are people who find Patrat and even Watchog cute, but I'm not one of them.

VisionofMilotic April 30th, 2018 1:05 PM

6

What can I say. Look at those stats... I'm not even able to remember its movepool.

FeraligatrMaster May 1st, 2018 12:40 AM

5.

Its stats are miserably low. I don't know why Game Freak always does that with regional rodents.

But at least Diggersby gets Huge Power.

Hyzenthlay May 1st, 2018 12:46 AM

4

I don't often say this about Pokémon, but Patrat and Watchog are pretty ugly, especially with those eyes.

FeraligatrMaster May 1st, 2018 2:10 AM

3.

I fully agree.

Hyzenthlay May 1st, 2018 3:00 AM

2

Even if they looked better, their stats are terrible.

FeraligatrMaster May 1st, 2018 3:11 AM

1.

Easily the worst of the regional rodents. Even the Rattata line is better.

Hyzenthlay May 1st, 2018 4:06 AM

Patrat has officially been discarded, so now it's Watchog's turn.
