How is TM/HM learnset data represented in an Emerald ROM?

I'm looking at the Emerald disassembly here, specifically TM/HM learnsets - https://github.com/pret/pokeemerald/blob/a793e62d8364996a276c048bc55ae072a285053a/data/tm_hm_learnsets.inc

I thought this was going to be obvious, each flag for a species would represent either TMs 1-50 then HMs 1-8, or HMs first then TMs. The order does not seem to fit either of these, however, and I was wondering if anybody could help me out with finding out which flags pertain to which TMs/HMs.

Thanks!

Well, I wrote a script to answer my own question given some known examples...

The flags, as shown from right-to-left in that disassembly, appear to represent TMs 1-50 and then HMs 1-8.

Here's a link to the script I used to determine this: https://gist.github.com/pineapplemachine/80053cd70cb5c4a275edd3464a6d7818
