Well... the next choice will be very important.

Deaths: 0 Chapter 9: Surrounded! Location: Palegrove Road You feel as if somebody is stalking you, hidden beneath the thick shrubs of pale green foliage. Initially, you believe that you shouldn't bother to examine the source nearby. But in a world where audacity is the main trait for every Pokémon Trainer, danger is the least of your worries. So you turn to where the voice came from and warily steer the bushes clear. The first thing to greet you is a Houndour leaping at where you are with a gaping, teeth bared mouth. Unfortunately, you weren't fast enough to avoid the bite, leaving your right hand wounded with deep dot marks. You flail your hand about in an attempt to fend it off until a burst of water blasts squarely into the Wild Pokémon, effectively pushing it off as it falls flat onto the piled snow. You thank Cuddles for warding off the Houndour, but that's only a small part of the job when more of them come from various directions, until you know that the circle they make simply means you and Cuddles are already surrounded. Their leader, Houndoom, takes the front and snarls at your presence, while you and Cuddles take the remaining seconds devising a plan for a getaway. You find yourself surrounded by a pack of Houndour. A wrong move means things won't end well. What you should do?
|
Yass, I was hoping Houndour would show up. <3 (Even though the noise they made suggested a different canine Pokémon, haha.)
#4 it is! Cuddles's Eye Beam surely can wipe them out all at once! :D Quote:

4. I would confront them all. Battle Horde Style! Cuddles has the type advantage and when its hp goes down, I can use potions I bought at the Pokemon Center and catch a Houndour.

4. Let's show them who's boss!
|
For how much I'd enjoy experiencing horde battles and try something new(got stuck back in the 4th gen)
and despite the fact we have a type advantage as well as potions, a snowy terrain and nearby river, possibly making things easier, I'd say type the safest choice would be LEGGING IT! 2)Bye-bye à go-gòoooooo!!!!! 4)You know what? SCREW IT! TO BATTLE!!! (besides, wild pokémon tend to give higher priority to trainers' pokémon) Oh, Hypermorian... I just noticed the sky thingy looks a bit weird. Mmmmhhhh... we don't have compositions for Raoga... I guess we can go for RMXP stuff for a change! |

Deaths: 0 -> 1 Blacked Out... Location: Palegrove Road Your encounter with the wild Pokémon surrounding you and your Pokémon caused quite a disturbance in the forest. Not only you get your hand nibbled, their bared teeth tells you they mean business, and the only way to settle the whole mess is to display whose power is supreme here and now. Just like before this battle, you brandish your finger at them, telling Cuddles to unleash its strongest move directly at where you point at. Immediately, Cuddles' red eyes begin to burn and out comes laser-like beams, hitting the grounds beneath their stand. The ground explodes, clouds of dust envelop the target area of effect. You see two of them blasting away upon impact, and it just happens that the remaining Pokémon standing are making their move. The two Houndour approach to both sides and manage to bite on Cuddles' broad fins. Cuddles struggles to break free, but it's just enough time for their leader, Houndoom, to finish Cuddles off with a Crunch on the forehead. Instead of wincing, Cuddles lets out a human-like laughter as the shadowy aura enveloping it disperses into thin air. You see its body gradually graying in color to the point of becoming stone-like, then it crumbles like sand. You no longer see Cuddles, only remains that belonged to it and the other three Pokémon with jaws open. At this point, you realize that you screwed up. You don't have any Pokémon left to fight for you, let alone any money to drop in panic. Things becoming grim so quick, everything's turning black... ... Fortunately, it turns out be an unrealistic dream of yours. You must be spacing out while thinking about what might happen if you were to go confront them head on. Of course, how come Cuddles can disintegrate just like that? It makes zero sense, but the better part of the idea is that you're unlikely to win the battle. Discarding the troubling thought, you think about another way to take. You find yourself surrounded by a pack of Houndour. A wrong move means things won't end well. What you should do?
|
rip us ;__; After 3 years, we have finally gotten our first death in Choice Quest, woo-hoo!! :D
I still wanna go with choice #1 again! I have yet to see that tactic fail in fiction. =p |
I'll pick choice 3. We could use a Fire type. Maybe we could get lucky and catch that Houndoom!
|
How is number 1 a death kill? Throwing a poke ball at a Houndour with full hp will just break the ball and that will be more likely of a death kill.
I'll pick 2 and bounce to jump high in the air with Cuddles to escape and while we're at it, if a Houndour chases after us, it will most likely get hurt from the bounce. |
2. Now that my plan succeed, let's play this one safe.
|
Wow, we actually died.
But hmm, Wailmer aren't supposed to do that when they faint, are they? Somehow I have a feeling our dear Cuddles might not be a regualar Wailmer. I mean, those laser eyes were perfectly normal, right? I'm going with #3, I'd love to catch a Houndour. Or a couple. :D |
Well, throwing pokéballs seems a waste on full HP pokémon,
and reasoning might not work, since a pokémon's understanding of human speech is still dubious : apparently pokémon don't have a FULL understanding, despite they will unleash moves right on call. Lucario seem to fully understand human speech, but that's due to their faculty to see auras. Lapras, accordingly to some dex entries and Tracey Sketchit, also have a rather clear understanding of human speech. Actually, most of the time reasoning tends to fail even if you're a pokémon in the Mystery Dungeon world... Pointing a finger may or may not work, again I can't be too sure [the JJM TRio tricked a spiritomb that way XD(can't find the videogram... have Jessie mimicking wobbuffet instead)]. In synthesis, the safest choice would be 2) BYE-BYE à Gò-GOOOOOOO!!!! |
Well, it's finally time to make some progress after a little setback in the middle.
Vote Tally: 1. Point your finger at a direction and run while they're distracted! 1 Vote (this is how to not progress) > 2. Tell Cuddles to use Bounce to jump high to get away! 3 Votes 3. Throw Poké Balls randomly at the wild Pokémon while getting away! Who knows you can catch one of them! 2 Votes (well, too bad!) 4. Try to reason with them. It's just a misunderstanding, right? 0 Vote (nobody wants to be negotiator, I see) Pokémon https://i.imgur.com/iIalld2.png Cuddles (Wailmer) (♂) Status: Healthy Moves: Water Gun, Bounce, Growl, Eye Beam Inventory https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/8/8c/Pok%C3%A9monDollar.png0 PokéDollars A common currency accepted worldwide. Deaths: 1 Chapter 10: Bounce Out! Location: Palegrove Road First things first, one-against-many? Surrounding you from all sides? That's a very unfair situation! Though Cuddles might stand a chance against them, their superior numbers will overwhelm it regardless. Indulging their affair now is a lost cause, and since safety first is an important bit for anyone with common sense, you climb on Cuddles' back and tell him to Bounce away. However, at the same time, your sudden movement alarms the Houndour to leap at you! But fortunately, Cuddles is fast enough to spring up high, whereas they are inevitably tricked into stacking themselves altogether when they bump at each other. Then, as the gravity starts to apply, you and Cuddles plummets down to the snowy grounds below. Houndoom seems... terrified when it accidentally slips down, further pushed down when Cuddles gives the Dark Pokémon some taste of 'untimely healthy diet.' Weirdly, this isn't your intention yet it worked very well. With the group scrambling in confusion and disarray, you think it's best to quickly leave. When Cuddles moves over to reveal a silhouette of a comically squished canine with jolts of electricity sparkling about, another thought comes to you along with where you should go, as soon before they regroup. It's getting tiresome in the forest, but you're confident that a town is situated just ahead the road you're walking upon. What do?
|
4. a I feel like this one is so stupid and out of place that it MUST be the best option.
|
1a. The sooner we get out of here, the better! Catching that Houndoom couldn't hurt, though.
|
4a. definitely. I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Surely Hyper wouldn't poison us again? Right?
And yass, let's capture ourselves a Houndour! :D :D :D |
4a. for sure! At least the ice cream won't be melty, with all that snow around. :D And it won't hurt to capture that Houndour while we're at it!

O great Morian, please grace us once again with another serving of your sacred ice cream... #4a
|
4a....I guess....?
|
... And is nobody going to mention that our wallet is empty?
|
3.a Shiny thing? Do you mean the squished pokémon?
Actually, is that the houndoom or are they an other pokémon? Well, not all that shines is gold, but stuff that shines is attractive nevertherless! Still, if the pokémon giving electrical sparks is the very houndoom... WHAT? Holon pokémon?!? No, there aren't any houndour or houndoom in Holon... are they? Unless it's an other pokémon or the houndoom is a machine... |

I really should fix my sleeping schedule and be sure to be in time, like I'm supposed to be. Not like this.
One (probably mundane) choice throws all beliefs to think rationally. All I learned so far from this protagonist is that they're a glutton for ice creams. Then I'm reminded that this is PokéTrivia. Enjoy the randomness that it provides, so long as it can satiate your needs. Like usual, you may suggest a nickname for the newly caught Pokémon. So, here we go. Vote Tally: 1. Quick! Ride on Cuddles' back and step on the gas! - 1 Vote 2. Finish what you started. Defeat the remaining Pokémon! - 0 Vote (Why wouldn't you?) 3. Oh... shiny! Can I have this shiny thing? - 1 Vote > 4. Buy some ice cream...? Yes, the ice cream cart is there, the whole time, apparently. - 5 Votes (Seems like you can't have too much ice creams.) Should you throw a Poké Ball onto the felled Houndoom? > a. Yes - 7 Votes ("Never say no, never.") b. An ice cream received from a man in orange suit. It glows a radiant purple hue. Deaths: 1 Chapter 11: Travelers' Stop Location: Palegrove Road -> Shanama Town While the remaining pack of Houndour run about in circles, you take a Poké Ball and peer at the visible snow hole. You see their leader, Houndoom, presumably incapacitated by the Bounce attack from Cuddles. You toss the Poké Ball inside, red lights following the sequence of capturing said Pokémon. As you wait, you heard a sharp click. You grin at what you see - a Poké Ball that ceased moving after some time, sitting cozily on the snow bed. You bend your way to pick up the Poké Ball and raise it above your head. You just caught a Houndoom! An addition to be welcomed in your team! All that kinda makes you wanna buy some ice cream, and so you go celebrate by buying some ice creams on the cart that you don't recall being there, but it happened to be there. The vendor, who is apparently the same person who sold you poisonous ice creams, widens his eyes with perplexity in his expression. "Wha... what are you doing here?! Please, leave me alone!" He shooed, but his gesture doesn't seem to sync with his words. He is shivering, as if he is cold or perhaps, scared. Is there something troubling for him? You approach the cart and ask him what's the big deal and explain. "I have nothing to share! Not with you, at least! Just leave my stand! Go away!" However, he refused to budge. It doesn't seem that he will listen to what you have to say either, but to be true to your purpose for coming here, you request for two Casteliacones while...realizing a bit late that you don't carry any money in your wallet. Immediately, he hands you what you ordered, if smaller in size than the previous, then turns his back and sit down on the snow. You can hear his wailing after you received your ice creams, so you try to talk your way to him but he continued before you do, "No! I don't need your money either! That was a foolish goal I regretted ever since! Just scram already!" It seems that there's nothing you can really do other than bothering him any further, which isn't a good idea. You bid your farewell toward the man in orange uniform, a bit unsatisfied with the result you get. Doesn't stop you from munching your ice cream though, or at least Cuddles does warn you that you shouldn't be eating these, twice. You tell Cuddles that it's alright, After all, what's the worst thing that can happen from eating a purple, glowing ice cream? So you take a bite, which tastes really great but causes your vision to blur once more. Good thing that you bought some Antidotes to prevent that, so you drink it whole and cure your poison, then munch on it again... ...Oh no, you get poisoned again! This time, you eat the ice cream whole then repeat the process again. Now that you're cured from poison twice, you're left with another ice cream that hasn't gotten any attention yet. The urge to eat it draws to you, but you manage to hold it off by putting it inside your bag. You wonder why you eat the ice cream anyway when you're aware that they're clearly poisonous, and putting said thing inside the bag. You don't want to think about it too much, though Cuddles seems to be not amused by your weird way of action. With the whole disturbance coming to an end, you find yourself stepping on snow-covered cobblestones. Ahead lies more houses made out of stacked stones and wood, curved roofs of wide eaves blanketed by snow yet leaving the grounds below bare. People and Pokémon can also be seen interacting with each other, in a lively place known as Shanama Town. History speaks of this civilization being the result of two different yet closely situated towns conjoining into what you see right now. As fascinating as it may be, you don't deter yourself from visiting the Pokémon Center first. As you leave the Pokémon Center you visited just now, you think for a moment. There are many things you can do, aside from buying anything since you're likely to not get a good response for it. Now then, what are you going to do?
|
As much as I'm tempted to eat more ice cream, I get the feeling we should save it as a deus ex machina tool for later. Especially since we don't have our supreme fishing rod yet. =(
Let's sit on the bench! (#1) Maybe something will be randomly given to us? :D Quote:

After all that happened, I think we earned ourselves a bit of rest on that comfy bench there: #1. Might be a great opportunity to get to learn our new Pokémon as well!
Also, we really ought to find that ice cream vendor again later, he is probably plotting for world domination or something. |
2. Let's have a tour of the town with our fellows : we may find something while enjoying ourselves

What purpose could it serve? Deaths: 1 Chapter 12: The Light from Above Location: Shanama Town After a long trip, people'd usually take a rest and enjoy the scenery before going somewhere else. Well, said person is certainly not you, who decide to be as active as ever. Sitting on one spot isn't the way to go, so you think about looking for dropped items for you to use, assuming they no longer wants it. Where to begin? Obviously, you don't walk and take out the trash can expecting to get a Leftovers or more Antidotes, but some people say that following a hidden path in the forest is a good start! You look across the paved road, pitted in between the white bonsai trees, finding any gap that might lead you into some kind of path. You manage to find one, so you force yourself inside the bushes and follow the road till you hit the end of the path, where you find an entrance to a small grotto standing short below. There wasn't any trace of footsteps coming from and toward it, but you can't be too sure that nobody hasn't been here before. To prove that, you place your legs inside and drop on the piled snow blanketing the rocky surface. Upon reaching inside, you give a good look of your surroundings once more. There isn't much aside from stalagmites jutting out from both grounds and ceilings, and a shiny object your eyes darted upon just as you take notice of its presence. Staring at it only piques your curiosity, you don't hesitate about approaching it and taking hold of the sphere. It glows a faint pink color and shows transparent reflections of your grip. You don't know any better about myths and legends behind most objects, but were you to sell them, it could fetch a high price! Still, is that a wise thing to do? You leave the thought away by keeping the orb inside your bag - besides, nothing seems to be out of ordinary even after you take away the orb from its place. Climbing out of the grotto, you return to meet the same place where you began to wander about looking for things, only to end up with an orb of unknown name and origins. As you walk your way back, things get a bit brighter than usual. It's like the sunlight shines a brighter light today, an unimportant detail of nature which is soon followed with a sudden tremor that floors you down onto the snow. The trees are creaking their leaves intensely, the grounds keep shaking on with no breaks. You couldn't really make your footing in this state! A tremor is occurring! What should you do?

3. From where I live, I get earthquakes often and learned to take cover but since none of those options mention to take cover, then I would go back in the grotto and take cover in there.

What purpose could it serve? Deaths: 1 Chapter 13: Elevated Location: Shanama Town -> ??? While you try to hang on, the tremor only becomes stronger as time goes too. Several trees start to unearth their roots, falling to the side of the clearing, causing a loud thump that would've crushed anything that would be hit. There's no room for doubt, you have to move! But to where? You try to survey your surroundings, but the blinding light hinders your sight. The only probable course of action would be to move away from the light, so you close your eyes, crawl through the snow forward until you bump yourself on a tree trunk. Ouch! But hey, you manage to regain your vision, and the tremor seems to have stopped! ...Until you feel a downward gravitational pressure pinning you down still! It seems things hasn't quieted yet, even more worryingly when you notice what was previously a path became the edge of a fissure. You peer downwards, but immediately tug yourself backwards, afraid to look twice. While it's apparent that you're sitting on a flying part of Raoga, you have the slightest idea of how this can happen. You rest yourself free, facing toward the skies thinking that there might be answers behind these cause. Somehow, clouds look bigger this way and you have one coming straight to you. That's weird, for it to land on your hand, you can feel how damp and cold the clouds can be. An exhilarating experience anyone would crave for! But truthfully, they're no different than the snow you're used to walk on. To the point where the ground makes a jump, it ceased to move any further, making it possible to stand steadily. The winds are oddly calm, enabling you to hear a tapestry of confused voices from local townspeople just ahead. As there isn't anything particularly eye-catching within your surroundings, you decide to return to the town. As you move, you start to get hungry. What should you do?

Who needs apples when we have ice cream? #3, for sure! By this point, I have no shame anymore, haha.
As for the nickname... gah! Hairy Arachnid Nanoscopic is tempting, but I'll probably stick with Cuddles 2.0 for now. It's possible that I might change my mind later, though! Quote:
However, there's still another mystery to be answered. In the first iteration of Choice Quest, there was a suspicious character—a Sandshrew, to be specific—who was operating an ice cream machine. (You can click here to see what I'm talking about.) Considering this takes place in the same world as Choice Quest 1, I'm wondering if that Sandshrew has any connection to the ice cream vendor who gave us those Casteliacones. There's still a lot of evil lurking around, it seems! :o |

3. Eating it sounds like a plan
d. Helga, for Houndoom's name. It's pretty funny, the name Helga, like the unibrow girl from Hey Arnold, on a fierce powerful hellhound like Houndoom |
3c. I'm sorry, I can't resist this time! And Hairy Arachnid Nanoscopic is too much fun, so I'll go with that. :D

I promise it was only supposed to be a joke, Lycan! xD Also, if that name does win the vote, can we please address him on a full-name basis? ;) |

The Houndoom, haha. =p |
2. We don't have any denarii, and thus cannot get ourselves even a measily crackers package,
besides picking up an apple shouldn't take away much time... We could have the castelia cone back at the town's center, thus the poisoning wouldn't bother us much but again, that would be a good way to earn sermons from the center's nurse/lady and possibly other people... Let's analyze the nicknames... Hellfire That sounds... boring and mispropitiatory... even if it's probably the most fitting, since he and all the houndour almost roasted us (also, accordingly to a dex entry pain from a houndoom's burn never fades... but that's just a dex entry). Cuddles Already taken, our new fellow deserves an identity of his own (even if he led a pack of houndour against us). Hairy Arachnid Nanoscopic He does, have a coat, justifying the hairy part, but he's rather large and... okay, what's the arachnid part for again? However, han might be fitting... well, in Chinese anyway, since it means corageous, brave or violent. Helga That's a chapette's name -.-""... oh, and Helga is a variant of Helge, now THAT is a name for chaps, problem is, it comes from heilagr, aka holy, blessed... and he almost blessed us with the flames of his associate houndour, didn't he? Still, am I late for the wall of nomenclature proposals? Spoiler:
By the way, why in the world do we get XX names for pokémon that are XY? :deepthonk: |
Hmm, I wonder if the Sandshrew will be there at all. Or...could it be that? We'll find that out later, maybe after 'Hairy Arachnid Nanoscopic' gets a lot of mentions more than Cuddles could get.
And surely, I'm not surprised that the 'kick the bucket' choice is almost always effective to throw away other boring options, lmao. Also, you should've suggested before I choose the nicknames, and ambiguous names for the win. Anyway, here we go. As you move, you start to get hungry. What should you do?

It glows a radiant purple hue. https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/a/ae/Bag_Lustrous_Orb_Sprite.png Mysterious Orb A translucent sphere found inside the grotto near Shanama Town. What purpose could it serve? Deaths: 1 Chapter 14: "Why not?" Location: ??? The sudden temptation simply beckons you to satisfy hunger. Anything goes, as long as it's edible! And the closest thing you can have for a temporary feast is the Casteliacone itself. You recall Cuddles warning you to not eat any of these anymore, thinking that it's clearly dangerous to consume and thus shouldn't be eaten for your safety. How thoughtful! But what's the point of keeping a melting ice cream? And since Cuddles isn't nearby to see, a bite surely won't hurt, right? That's what you thought as you chomp down the purple ice cream, tasting a sweet and chilling flavor, later regretting the choice after throwing up the feeling of dizziness and nausea. Whatever comes out is a monster that will probably claim your life for 247 steps after, and while the poison remains, you also get hungrier this way. However, without thinking much about how many steps you've taken, you're already inside the town. Hooray! But wait, who are those people in lavender uniforms? Are they street performers? Ice cream vendors? Both sounds likely since they're holding trombones and you also recognize their outfit being not dissimilar to the one from hours past, except he's not present and they're standing like statues. What do?
|
omg I loved this chapter, haha. This is why I can't get enough of the game! xP
Anyway, I'm going with #3. I don't care if our wallet is empty! >:D Though I was sooooo close to picking the fifth option, admittedly! |
Oh, wow! We got poisoned from eating the casteliacone. I was one of the few who refused to eat the cone.
1. Trombones are not threatening so I would say "hello." |
Wow, we got poisoned by eating the poisoned ice cream. How unexpected.
#5 sounds like fun.~ |
2. Who knows what they might be up to?
|
Hmm, I'm detecting something shady about these mysterious lavender characters. Better act inconspicuous! #5 it is. xD
|
How could I skip one chapter? That terrible!
Anyway, 5. because... reasons. |
No. 4.. I want a bit of money to buy some food, not just ice cream..
|
2. Uh... hello? We're poisoned

Whew lad, seems like it's almost a week of sitting still in the meantime. It's just that I was having finals for the from four days ago and today, I'm back to make sure it will get anywhere depending on what you chose. Ergo, please forgive me for the wait. What do?

What purpose could it serve? Deaths: 1 Chapter 15: Singing Location: ??? If they're street performers like you guessed, they should be playing something for you and the town. Well, but simply listening to them playing music might be a bit boring when anyone could appreciate every of their effort, when you're simply not on par with them. Hence, you want to prove that you can also be as good as them, by confidently singing a song... about ice cream. After what seems to be a lazy presentation of the invisible lyrics, the group takes notice of your voice and in response, beckons you to play music together. Enthusiastically, you and the group sing the same song you came up with, one by one joining with their trombones that play differently than anyone would expect, eventually taking attention of the townspeople who happens to pass by even in confusion. They throw their money in appreciation, clap their hands with the rhythm, the cheers from the enclosing crowd pressure you to more than just amaze them. Upon reaching the end of the song, they let out a big applaud, throwing confetti scattering the melting white grounds because they liked your performance. It doesn't take long for them to disperse, where the group takes count on how much money they got from the show and share it evenly to everyone who took part in it. Well, that was fun, even if the poison is no longer to keep you in company. Meanwhile, what to do next?
|
2. Hopefully there will be a hospital or help will come.
|
2. There probably still is stuff to do... not to mention that we need to get rid of the poisoning...
Hm, perhaps we could find out about other kind of pokémon-related activities aside gym and cup? Or maybe we can learn something about the settlement's backstory, name origin and symbols... |
2. If we want to recover from the poison, we're better off staying in this town for now. Also, who knows what else this town has?
|
2. This town looks ineteresting, so why not stay in there for a while.
|
2. Now we have money we can buy some more ice cream useful items. :)

I say we go with 2; maybe we can afford to get a fishing rod after all! Or perhaps find information on our Mysterious Orb...? |

On a related note, people seems to have chosen one sole option that turns the others into mundane crap. Uh. I'm bad at this. Moving on! Meanwhile, what to do next?

What purpose could it serve? Deaths: 1 Chapter 16: A Voice from Somewhere Location: ??? -> Shanama Town Deciding to linger a little longer, you exit from the Pokémon Center to take another look of the town. For some reason, you feel as if you've seen this scenery before. Was it because you have visited this place? The details don't matter that much to you, but as a restitution of one's luxury, you decide to sit on one of the public wooden benches. As you are about to sit, a pretentious voice calls upon you, interrupting you. "You, the one who made quite the spectacle of talent. Head back to whence you come and seek for the bridge of golden. Know that you are permitted to enter the higher lands, where the queen requests of your attendance." As the voice you've just heard ended in a jiffy, everything seems to be in place. As if nobody really bats an eye, was it telepathy? You shrug at the thought and try to relax on the bench, thinking about the next move you should be doing instead of actually lazing around on a bench only to get a cryptic message from an obscure source. What do?

3a. Maybe the antidote's will cure the poisoning.

2b. If we get that hammer, we don't need to teach any of our Pokemon Rock Smash!

2c. Maybe we can get to better storyline... And Rod is always good to have.

2. Telepathy? Could either be a pokémon with telepathy or a psychic trainer, the first being more likely.
b. A hammer? ... yeah, why not? Obstacle clearance withoutthe need of HMs, TMs, field assists or anyhing like that! I was going to complain about the prices, but again, it's the Pokédollar, there aren't any cents so... think about it like 50€! Nope, that's the medium price of a sledgehammer... Quote:
wood we can easily find around the woods... By the way, I know this is sudden and unrelated but... are we going to hug any legendary pokémon? |

3c, naturally. Gotta have my rod, yeah! Imagine the absurd plot twists we could fish up. ;)
I'll admit that those antidotes could prove useful, seeing as our protagonist—like any true #TeamTrivia character—never seems to learn from eating purple ice cream... xD |

Just a few more and maybe we will start to resist the effects. It works with alcohol, so why not with our rare purple ice cream? :D

Ordinary looking but durable. Deaths: 1 Chapter 17: Fishing Location: Shanama Town Lounging on the bench, lost in thoughts. At one side, you might have to go, to where the voice told you just before. It was ominous sounding by content and speech, telling oneself to return back to a certain mysterious part of the world through an indescribable method is indeed suspicious. ...However, deciding about it is already a drag for you. Nothing is yet solved, and it's weird that you're already holding a wooden pole, its pointy end tied by a string connecting the water edge nearby. You do realize that you're currently fishing for something, but it's weirder that nothing is biting. Are there no wild Water-Type Pokémon living in the pond? Then, as you're about to withdraw the line, a familiar voice echoes to you. "Hey, what's taking you so long? The queen requests your attendance immediately. You must return back to whence you come and seek for the golden bridge." The seemingly impatient voice then disperses, almost as if it's nagging you to go somewhere. It's uncertain if you can really trust what it says to you, so...
