My Sapphire Team

OK my Pokemon may not be the strongest in level but to me it doesn't matter. I've trained a lot of Pokemon so I can complete my Pokedex so I don't have as much time as I'd like for my main team. But they're strong and never let me down so tell me what you think.

Mudkip male
Level: 67
Nature: Modest
Attacks: Blizzard
Iron Tail
Hydro Pump
Water Gun(Don't ask me why I kept that attack)

Ninetales female
Level: 65
Nature: Lonely
Attacks: OverHeat
Fire Blast
Flamethrower
Return

Altaria female
Level: 65
Nature: Bashful
Attacks: Sky Attack
Fly
Dragonbreath
Sing

Swellow female
Level: 60
Nature: Brave
Attacks: Ariel Ace
Wing Attack
Endeavor(I need to replace that with something)
Quick Attack

Kyogre
Level: 62
Nature: Modest
Attacks: Body Slam
Sheer Cold
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump

Crobat female
Level: 56
Nature: Quiet
Attacks: Poison Fang
Wing Attack
Mean Look
Air Cutter

(Some of the attacks aren't great I know. So tell me what you think.)

Mudkip male
Level: 67
Nature: Modest
Attacks: Blizzard Surf
Iron Tail Why even keep that? it sucks!
Hydro Pump Ice Beam
Water Gun(Don't ask me why I kept that attack) I dont need to know,it has the most pp of all the attacks!
Ninetales female
Level: 65
Nature: Lonely
Attacks: OverHeat
Fire Blast Confuse ray
Flamethrower Will-O-wisp
Return

Altaria female
Level: 65
Nature: Bashful
Attacks: Sky Attack
Fly Aerial Ace
Dragonbreath Dragon Claw

Crobat female
Level: 56
Nature: Quiet
Attacks: Poison Fang
Wing Attack
Mean Look Haze

You have too many power attacks and attacks with the same type, one for each is enough, you need more pp or you wont survive long battles

Mudkip male
Level: 67
Nature: Modest
Attacks: Blizzard I'd suggest Ice Beam
Iron Tail You should replace this one with... Endeavor, maybe?...
Hydro Pump
Water Gun(Don't ask me why I kept that attack)

Ninetales female
Level: 65
Nature: Lonely
Attacks: OverHeat
Fire Blast Will-O-Wisp
Flamethrower
Return

Altaria female
Level: 65
Nature: Bashful
Attacks: Sky Attack
Fly Don't use two attacks of the same type. I'd suggest replacing this one with Perish Song/Aerial Ace
Dragonbreath Dragonclaw
Sing Earthquake

Swellow female
Level: 60
Nature: Brave
Attacks: Ariel Ace
Wing Attack
Endeavor(I need to replace that with something) Replace this with Agility or Double Team.
Quick Attack

Kyogre
Level: 62
Nature: Modest
Attacks: Body Slam Kyogre has a low attack power. What you need is Calm Mind instead to boost up the other attacks.
Sheer Cold Although it can KO lower level pokemons for sure; it still has a low accuracy to pokemon around the same level as him. You should give him Thunderbolt instead.
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump It has a low accuracy. If you don't want to keep this attack, then replace it with Surf for STAB.

Crobat female
Level: 56
Nature: Quiet
Attacks: Poison Fang
Wing Attack
Mean Look
Air Cutter Don't use two attacks of the same type. Or replace Wing Attack or this one with Shadow Ball.

(Some of the attacks aren't great I know. So tell me what you think.)

Well, I see you have a good team, though they're dead to a strong pokemon with Boltbeam and Surf (like that Kyogre with the moveset I posted). If you would like to have a good team with an even a better moveset, then I suggest to replace some of those moves. Just a suggestion: Ninetales's fire attacks get lowered by Kyogre's Drizzle. You should switch Kyogre to a pokemon that has a resistance to Boltbeam and water attacks. Another reason is that people don't prefer to battle with other people who have an uber or more ubers in their teams...
I hope I could help you.

Curse
Ice Beam
Surf
Earthquake
If you can't get curse (you need to do a bunch of breeding), I'd recommend Endeavor, Substitute (move tutorable), Protect, Toxic, or Rest in its place.

Ninetails doesn't have an attack stat to speak of... Here's my favorite "Exploder" 9tails:
[email protected] Herb
Overheat
Sunny Day
Will-o-the-Wisp/Confuse Ray/Attract
Confuse Ray/Flamethrower/Attract

Quick Attack

I would keep Endeavor and replace Wing Attack with Return. This way, if/when you take a beating you can Endeavor and then follow it up w/ a lethal Quick Attack. Or replace Endeavor w/ Sub.

This is the only move set for Kyogre. Anyone who tries to tell you differently is a liar and a communist.
[email protected]
Nature: Modest/Timid
Surf
Thunder/Bolt
Ice Beam
Calm Mind/Rest

If you know your opponent is bringing weather changers, the 5 damage is neglegable for the accuracy guarantee (10 in super effective). Calm Mind and Rest is a matter of personal preference. I'd prefer having a giant tank that never takes damage from special attacks and deals more damage than is possibly calculable over a tank with narcolepsy. The only pokemon in the game that you have to 'worry about' with this set is Lanturn as he won't take neutral damage from any of your stat boosted, double STABd attacks (here's a hint in case you missed it- use Surf on him).

Crobat is one of those pokemon that has a pretty much static moveset for the most part as a sweeper.
[email protected] Band
Shadow Ball
Aerial Ace
Sludge Bomb
Return

Overall, your team is pretty cool. You have 2 1/2 tanks, so it's not like you're a big ball of all sweepers like most teams. I call ninetails a half tank because it can withstand almost any surf, but gets crushed by pretty much any physical attack/er. I'd go through your pokemon types to check for damage/attacking balance, but I've already spent a lot of time on it. I'm 99% sure your team has no weak uncovered.
