FeraligatrMaster August 14th, 2019 12:02 PM

3.

There's a Discord bot named Pokecord. In that bot, I had a Yungoos that somehow didn't evolve, even though I leveled it up during daytime.

CF1994 August 14th, 2019 3:28 PM

2.

It is often compared to Donald Trump due to it’s tuft fur sort of resembling his hairstyle.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 12:51 AM

1.

Its evolution looks even more like Donald Trump.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 5:00 AM

0.

We’ve impeached Yungoos.

Time to give Gumshoos a small loan of a million votes.

10.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 7:20 AM

9.

I'm voting it down.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 7:47 AM

8.

If it’s gonna be slow, it should have good defenses.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 7:54 AM

7.

The only regional rodent that has ever been good in higher tiers is Diggersby, and that's because of its hidden ability.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 10:23 AM

6.

Although it’s supposed to be a detective, it wound up being memed on for resembling Trump even further.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 10:43 AM

5.

Meanwhile, Pikachu stole the detective role.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 11:18 AM

4.

It is the first Totem Pokémon in Sun and Ultra Sun, given that the line are diurnal species.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 11:36 AM

3.

I never had to deal with Totem Gumshoos.

XNaut August 15th, 2019 11:49 AM

2

I'm not too fond of this Pokemon.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 12:02 PM

1.

It’s possible to have a good fully evolved early-route Pokémon, but the stats and typing, along with movepools to an extent, are not often there for most to be viable.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 12:04 PM

0.

Gumshoos is discarded, on to Grubbin.

https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/xyani/grubbin.gif

10.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 12:08 PM

9.

It takes some noticeable time to evolve.

FeraligatrMaster August 15th, 2019 12:24 PM

8.

I'm okay with voting it down.

CF1994 August 15th, 2019 3:38 PM

7.

It evolves into another Bug/Electric-type, a combo that hasn’t been found since Unova.

XNaut August 15th, 2019 4:44 PM

6

It's a boring looking bug type Pokemon.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 12:21 AM

5.

A lot of early Bug-types are not usually that impressive, but they can evolve into badass and elegant specimen.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 12:47 AM

4.

Or they can evolve into weak things that can't even do stuff in the PU tier.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 5:42 AM

3.

The entire line is native to Galar, giving players the option to run Monotypes (Bug or Electric) for their playthroughs.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 5:44 AM

2.

No, they're native to Alola.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 5:48 AM

1.

I was meant to say that the line can be found in Galar, given that Grubbin was seen in one of the trailers if memory serves.

Only one more drop and we’ll be dealing with your most despised Pokémon to date, my friend.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 5:54 AM

0.

Grubbin has been discarded. Charjabug is next.

https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/xyani/charjabug.gif

10.

Charjabug has never been my most despised Pokemon. My most despised Pokemon is Watchog.

As for Charjabug, I don't hate it that much anymore, but I'm still voting it down.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 6:01 AM

9.

Some people do mellow out over time.

Regardless, Charjabug has the Battery Ability, which improves the special prowess of it’s Allies in Double Battles.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 6:12 AM

8.

When you said this line was native to Galar, I thought you meant that they were originally from Galar, but migrated to Alola.

Either way, Charjabug used to be my least favourite Gen 7 Pokemon, but that 'honor' now belongs to Brionne.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 8:33 AM

7.

We have our brain farts from time to time.

Anyways, this Pokémon, along with Crabrawler, take the entire main story of the original Sun/Moon to evolve. I don’t know what Game Freak was smoking, but at least their evolutions are obtained earlier around the midway point in USUM.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 8:54 AM

6.

I still wish Charjabug evolved by level.

XNaut August 16th, 2019 10:13 AM

5

Not really much of a Pokemon that catches my interest.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 10:27 AM

4.

I think it looks weird.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 10:28 AM

3.

It has higher physical Attack than it’s final stage, allowing it to run moves like Dig, Acrobatics, Crunch, X-Scissor and Wild Charge.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 10:51 AM

2.

I wanted its final evolution to have high Attack and Speed.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 11:37 AM

1.

Nearly there.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 11:56 AM

0.

Charjabug has dried out. Vikavolt is next.

https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/xyani/vikavolt.gif

10.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 11:59 AM

11.

While pitifully slow, it has massive Sp. Atk for a fully-evolved early Bug-type.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 12:00 PM

12.

If you ask me, it's a worse Galvantula.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 12:03 PM

13.

It has better special coverage, although it needs Hidden Power Ground, Fire or Fighting for handling specific Steel-types. HP Ice is also pretty good for handling Dragon-types, though there are faster special sweepers out there that can effectively utilize those types of Hidden Power.

FeraligatrMaster August 16th, 2019 12:10 PM

14.

I would've given Vikavolt higher Attack and Speed, and lower Special Attack.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 2:29 PM

15.

I’d personally settle for higher Speed, but I can see why some would want it to be a physical sweeper.

XNaut August 16th, 2019 5:19 PM

14

It's creepy looking.

CF1994 August 16th, 2019 5:45 PM

15.

It was compared to the Vic Viper at some point.

XNaut August 16th, 2019 8:15 PM

14

It is known to have a rivalry with Pinsir and Heracross and I prefer Heracross.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 12:51 AM

15.

Pinsir and Heracross > Vikavolt.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 5:50 AM

16.

It’s Speed is low enough to be useful in Trick Room, and Gen VIII is introducing a new Held Item to make it even slower to be deadly once Trick Room activates.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 5:56 AM

17.

I still wish it was faster.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 5:57 AM

18.

I wish base Speed was 100 or higher on numerous Alolan Pokémon.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 5:58 AM

19.

I don't know what Game Freak was smoking during development of Gen VII.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 6:00 AM

20.

Vikavolt is safe, in spite of it’s awful Speed.

Crabrawler is next.

10.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 6:08 AM

11.

I like Crabrawler.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 9:48 AM

12.

It is based on a coconut crab, a species of crab that cannot thrive underwater, hence why it’s a Fighting-type.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 10:16 AM

13.

It guards its weak points with its pincers.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 11:37 AM

14.

It has Iron Fist as one of it’s possible Abilities, which gives it pretty strong STAB Drain Punches and Power-up Punches.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 11:38 AM

15.

It evolves at Mt. Lanakila, and its evolution method wasn't changed in USUM.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 11:44 AM

16.

It can be found all across Alola under massive piles of berries.

FeraligatrMaster August 17th, 2019 12:07 PM

17.

Its pincers often fall off from overuse, but they grow back quickly.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 4:08 PM

18.

It can learn Crabhammer through level up, giving it’s evolution a pretty good move to use against Fire and/or Ground-types.

XNaut August 17th, 2019 5:05 PM

19

Many Crabrawler will gather around a tree to compete for the ripe berries.

CF1994 August 17th, 2019 6:01 PM

20.

Crabrawler is safe now. (Crab Rave intensifies.)

Crabominable is next.

10.

XNaut August 17th, 2019 7:28 PM

11

It can store cold in its claws which are capable of smashing ice walls or halting avalanches.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 12:57 AM

12.

I have no problems with Crabominable's design.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 3:31 AM

13.

It’s signature move is Ice Hammer, a powerful Ice-type attack that works similarly to Hammer Arm, where it lowers the user’s Speed upon impact.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 10:26 AM

14.

I'd rather use Ice Punch or Icicle Crash as a physical Ice type move.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 10:30 AM

15.

Fighting/Ice makes for a great offensive type combo, though Crabominable is very slow and sort of frail to effectively use it.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 10:37 AM

16.

Ice/Fighting may be good offensively, but it's not that good defensively.

XNaut August 18th, 2019 11:48 AM

17

In desperate times, the claws can even be fired like rockets.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 11:51 AM

18.

It could be a good Pokemon for winter wars.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 1:01 PM

19.

It should learn Mach Punch or Ice Shard in Sword & Shield if it is part of the Galar PokeDex.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 1:09 PM

20.

Crabominable is safe now, Oricorio is next.

https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/xyani/oricorio.gif

10.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 1:13 PM

11.

It’s signature move; Revelation Dance, varies in type depending on it’s form.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 1:20 PM

12.

The Pa'u form doesn't look that good, but the other forms look good.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 1:28 PM

13.

My favorite is the Baile Style, because it is a Fire/Flying-type and it has the best shiny out of all the Styles, IMO.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 1:35 PM

14.

I think I like the Sensu style the most.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 1:37 PM

15.

Sensu is also a majestic style, being another Ghost/Flying-type, which only the Drifloon line had up until Gen VII.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 1:39 PM

16.

You forgot to add the number.

CF1994 August 18th, 2019 1:46 PM

17.

Just updated my mistake as soon as I noticed your response.

FeraligatrMaster August 18th, 2019 1:49 PM

18.

I wouldn't mind not seeing it in the Galar Pokedex.

XNaut August 18th, 2019 3:47 PM

19

The Baile style form is my favorite.

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 12:18 AM

20.

Oricorio is safe now. Time to judge Cutiefly.

10.

FeraligatrMaster August 19th, 2019 12:29 AM

9.

I'll vote it down. It reminds me too much of real flies.

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 5:11 AM

8.

It can take quite a while to evolve into a decent Pokémon, though not to the insane extent of, say, Charjabug or Larvesta.

FeraligatrMaster August 19th, 2019 5:36 AM

7.

You can also catch a Ribombee in the Ula'ula Meadow.

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 8:40 AM

6.

Sweet Veil is a better Ability for it, though it requires patience and moves like Simple Beam or Entrainment to find one with that Ability.

FeraligatrMaster August 19th, 2019 9:28 AM

5.

Shield Dust isn't that bad either, as it prevents secondary effects from opposing attacking moves from affecting the user.

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 9:48 AM

4.

They can only learn Moonblast via breeding.

FeraligatrMaster August 19th, 2019 10:10 AM

3.

I wish Togekiss could learn Moonblast.

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 12:28 PM

2.

Moonblast should have been learnable by Move Tutor.

TheAlmightyBlaziken August 19th, 2019 12:33 PM

1.

I'm sorry Cutiefly but it had to be done

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 1:39 PM

0.

Cutiefly is down. Ribombee is next.

10.

TheAlmightyBlaziken August 19th, 2019 2:21 PM

11.

Ahh Ok I like it better than cutiefly

XNaut August 19th, 2019 3:04 PM

12

The pollen and nectar its collects is used to form balls called Pollen Puffs.

TheAlmightyBlaziken August 19th, 2019 3:08 PM

13

Ribombee hates the rain because it messes up its hair and the pollen gets damp

CF1994 August 19th, 2019 3:41 PM

14.

It’s signature move is Pollen Puff, which inflicts serious damage on the opponent. However, it also heals some HP of it’s Ally in Double Battles if used on the Ally.

TheAlmightyBlaziken August 19th, 2019 3:59 PM

15.

Ribombee is the fastest non-legendary/mythical pokemon of Alola

XNaut August 19th, 2019 7:29 PM

16

It looks like a fairy.

FeraligatrMaster August 19th, 2019 11:45 PM

17.

Ribombee has a much more pleasant design than Cutiefly.

CF1994 August 20th, 2019 12:03 AM

18.

If bred sufficiently in USUM, it can learn Powder to punish users that try to attack it with Fire-type moves, and Sticky Web to slow down the opposing enemy if they’re not Flying-types or have the Levitate Ability.

It can also learn Moonblast in both S/M games via breeding for stronger STAB.

FeraligatrMaster August 20th, 2019 12:07 AM

19.

In USUM, Ribombee was added as a new Totem Pokemon.

CF1994 August 20th, 2019 12:25 AM

20.

Ribombee is safe now. Time to judge the rock pupper itself; Rockruff.

10.

FeraligatrMaster August 20th, 2019 12:36 AM

9.

I'm not a fan of Rockruff TBH.

TheAlmightyBlaziken August 20th, 2019 3:28 AM

10.

I used Lycanroc on my team so why not
