Status of my comic: still not off the ground *grumble grumble* I've been so lazy!
Also, as quite the surprise, I realized that my goal to get to the Pokemon World Championships...NOT gonna happen next year. London England is a big stretch to begin with, and training to be #1 is just not gonna happen with my schedule...so if I AM going to get a Switch, it'd be a Switch Lite and as for games....idk.
EDIT: Also, I can't change my avatar or siggy until I get a new laptop. Told you these school computers are b****s.

Ah man, that's the sentence I've been looking for. "Status of my Comic". Or more importantly, "My Comic".
I always wanted to write one growing up, but I never knew enough to really make it good. Now I understand Stories, and how they flow. To learn Stories, you've got to see things in Life. Way beyond just memorizing patterns of Escalate Escalate Climax, Drop Drop then Escalate again & so forth. You have to know all kinds of People, Languages, Beliefs, Animals, Cultures, etc. You've got to base everything from
SOMEWHERE right?
Now luckily, I know so much more about Creature Anatomy also from studying Paleontology! (Archaeology is a little side Career I've been a bit slow on) The only key is, trying to use my hand to make it look good. It really is just a Brain Chemical release, once I fix up some stresses in my Life; I'll get all that Endorphin to face the struggles ahead, and all of the Dopamine to get super jacked up to start busting out the paper.
I'm sure it will happen for you too! The key is to always set up the scene right. NEVER just take out a random piece of paper onto a cluttered table. You have to dress it all up right. Get quality paper, get a nice light, a nice set up room; a perfect Mantra-like Ritual that you can completely immerse into for your Craft. Top quality Pencils and all, just like setting up Breakfast. If you don't start each day with a proper big-sized plate (never get a small snack plate for a Bagel lol! Big Hormone killer!) for the main Meal, with a few little things on the plate, a nice little bowl of Fruit, 2 or so Napkins, a nice glass of Juice, a little plate with some crackers or something; your day is going to be all off. You have to do this for ALL Meals, which means getting up on time and freshening up accordingly with the different key times of the Day. This will restructure everything you do in your day; it's just a nice therapeutic way to view something as simple as the Morning. Do
NOT stand hunched over the countertop holding a Toast in your hand, gobbling it up as fast as possible in a hurry to get out the front door for School with crumbs on your face!
As for your Trainer Goals, you've got to pick Pokemon you connect with. If you don't feel you can use one of the standard "High Power" ones, try to work to your Personality's advantage! Try something like Victrebell. It's a
DEADLY lethal Pokemon. You can completely overwhelm your opponent with a well trained Muk like Koga had I believe. You can go for the standard Lance and ??? Build, which is to jack up your Pokemon's Health Stat the most! Do it with Vitamins and fresh stuff, not that Mechano Machine crap people use now! You'll see that that natural training will release everything in your Mind correctly, and you will be able to control your Pokemon better in Battle against your opponent.
Remember, Battle is 95% Psychology.
