Can't Open Advance Trainer

I was gonna start making my first rom hack and I download all the tools.
All of them were working fine but then I tried Advance Trainer and I found out that it does not open.
I mean it does but only for a second.
It opens the window for a split second and closes.
I don't think this is a issue with my windows version because I use windows 7 but this tool was updated last in 2011 so I think it should work with windows 7.
I don't know of a solution to this but If somehow I get a fix then that would be great.
Again I don't know he problem so I can't tell the exact details but I think there's a way to fix this.
If you can find a solution then please let me know.

This may be happening because Advance Trainer is known for being recognized by antivirus programs as malware (or so I've heard), so, you could try using a different trainer editor and try using that as an alternative. One of the trainer editors I've used was "Hopeless trainer editor".

You should use fire red 1.0 instead of fire red 1.1
If it doesn't help it must be something with the advance trainer or something else

He said it opens and closes, meaning he doesn't even get a chance to open the ROM. But yeah, Hopeless Trainer Editor would be better.

Well Here I have a problem with that editor too and that is like which file to open I mean like are a million files which one should you choose to open it.
I'm think missing something obvious and its kinda stupid to think I can't figure out how to use a single editor.

Actually nevermind I think I found that unnamed trainer editor works well.
