all this talk about food is making me hungry
|
enjoy your dinner 😊
|
what's your go to meal?
|
Does "go-to" mean "favourite"?
|
yes or something that may be relied on or is regularly sought out in a particular situation.
|
Usually just whatever we toss in the wok. Because its fast. Some random selection of wok vegetables from the supermarket. Add in some chicken or beef. Rice on the side.
Also like to eat Pizza or Fries when we feel lazy and want something even easier 😂 |
that all sounds great...I'm hungry now...
|
Haven't had good food in quite a while...
|
About time to go for some good food then =3
Restaurants still closed over there due to covid? |
They all open on May 17th here. Not sure when they open in Meganland.
|
They've already re-opened here =o
Just like, you gotta make reservations now (was optional in most restaurants before all this covid ****). The curfew is gone too. Who knows when those measures will return though, hopefully not for quite some time. |

There has also been rumblings about not letting people in to places like restaurants & cinemas without proof of vaccination... |
Gotta leave your details here too. Name and phone number in most places.
I've only heard about needing proof of vaccination to go abroad here. Then again I'm too busy nowadays to keep myself up to date anymore xD |
I guess they're not that confident in the vaccinations then if only vaccinated people are allowed in certain places. Vaccines are in theory suppose to 'jump start' the immune system by allowing anti-bodies to be made from a non contagious virus sample. Thus when the 'active' virus enters our bodies, the anti-bodies for that particular protein coat are made and find and encircle the harmful pathogen preventing Endocytosis and thus infection.
People that don't get the flu shot aren't prevented from entering these establishments so, why the difference when it comes to these covid vaccines? Shouldn't the vaccine 'protect' them from getting infected? |
i clicked on this thread, here’s my post
