Yeah thanks, not quite sure when all of my electronic issues will be worked out, but i'm still here in spite of those setbacks, and happy to be here, and we're having good silly, wholesome fun.

I'm really glad organizers were able to make the get-together happen this year. It's been awesome.

So what events and activities has everybody been enjoying lately this get-together, or looking forward to?

Mind Read the Room & Paint & Describe.
Since my turn was up straight away for Paint & Describe I'm done for both. Bit of a shame as both are fun to do.

Participated in the VPP community event and finished that too =3

Participating daily in the Forum Games & Pokémon Trivia Spotlight and I try to improve my score in Eevee's Arcade every now and then.

The arcade event was fun last time round too, so I just entered it again straight away =P

I really like the Fakemon Design Content, and looking forward to the next prompt. The Custom TCG card creation looks cool too.

Funny you should mention it... I just posted my Custom TCG card for the TCG Card creation event :coolcat:
I did have a bday to attend today, but I finished drawing Grumpig and Spoink and making a background before that, so afterward all I had to do was use one of the template thingies and turn it into an actual card =3
Which was kinda hard for me as I don't think I've ever actually played the TCG, only collected it. I just browsed around on lots of different cards and made an educated guess at appropiate damage and HP numbers =P

Drawing the images for that card and making it was actually a ton of fun =D

So I'm participating in 6 Events + running 1 myself.

They are awesome, and PC forums are the best forums ever! I am also happy to see people here having fun!

Paint and Describe is one that I'm in as well. I entered as a describer, but I suspect that the painter has more fun, and next year, if the game comes back I might try my hand at drawing. I had to take a peak at Rekoil's trading card, he knows that Spink is one of my favorite psychic pokemon. So even though images load slow for me, it was more than worth the wait seeing Grumping jumping up and down in the bouncy castle. I love it! Fabulous. I hope that the birthday party you visited was a happy one as well!

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:17 PM

I saw ReKoil's card too! I didn't know my favourite Glaceon is so good at drawing art!

VisionofMilotic October 16th, 2022 12:23 PM

Though I am Team Guerreros that doesn't stop me from loving you two wonderful Team Arqueros members.

I've actually drawn quite some things:
https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=449660&page=2

Link leads to page 2, but there's drawings on page 1 too.
Though before I started drawing things again I did do some other things in there too, so it's not solely drawings.

I kinda draw infrequently nowadays out of a lack of time.
Though I do have days where I'm just not in the mood too =P

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:25 PM

Awww... We love you too, you awesome and charming member of Team Guerreros!
*Hugs*

Awesome! I will certainly have a full look at your showcase tomorrow, ReKoil. ^^

Ooh those are some cool drawings.

Also, what do people feel about math?

What specifically - mathematics is a large umbrella my good friend!

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:33 PM

I don't know how to feel about something in which I once managed to succeed at the supposedly more complicated part of the test, but failed at the supposedly easiest part of it!

I guess just arithmetic and numbers in general? Or maybe like the math courses one would have taken through secondary education?

EDIT: Though I mean this question is more open ended. If people want to talk more about niche and complex stuff it doesn't matter to me.

Arcaneum October 16th, 2022 12:35 PM

Oh those were pretty dull, defnitely got more fun when looking into things such as mechanics and the like, where it was used more for problem-solving. That said, trig is kinda neat too!

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:38 PM

Well, I could go on about polynomials, but I already did in a certain other thread and am not going to just copy / paste! ^^

Arcaneum October 16th, 2022 12:40 PM

Well that ain't no fun! Like is there anything in particular about them you like?

I also remembered thinking that matrices were cool the first I heard of them because lmao Matrix, now because of my job a matrix is one of the most annoying things in my work day...

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:43 PM

Though, I happen to have, right next to me, a book about sciences, including 23 pages about matrixes, logarithms, factorisation, the logic of the blur, etc...
Do you want some ? ^^

5qwerty October 16th, 2022 12:53 PM

I would definitely like some!

I did fairly well in math in high school but I started skipping class in university so I don't have a good fundamental knowledge of linear algebra nor calculus (the epsilon delta stuff). Though I did really enjoy enumeration and combinatorics!

Arcaneum October 16th, 2022 12:54 PM

I wouldn't want to do you the misfortune of parting with them - although of interest, why DO you have them?

Fact Checking Gardevoir October 16th, 2022 12:59 PM

I don't even know what combinatorics are! ^^
Here is one :
About the factorisation of 756 :
756 = 2 X 378 ; 378 = 2 X 189 ; 189 = 3 X 63 ; 63 = 2 X 21 ; 21 = 3 X 7 ; 7 = 7 X 1
So, 756 = 7 X 22 X 33

Where you asking this to me, Count Dracularc ?
I am nowhere near good at science stuff, but I am still pretty curious to read about it and how it works (even if I don't understand the half of what I am reading XD )!

It's ok I don't know it well enough to explain and I don't want to go on writing a super long yet not holistic description of it. But I did learn that from you that one could superscript using [SUP]!

I was yeah, wondering if it was to do with something like a job or something.

Pursuit of knowledge however is great! I used to dabble in Wikipedia articles until I realise 3 hours later I've just spent all of that time reading up on weird maths stuff lol

I learned about theses recently, you can access to these scripts with "Use Full Editor" option!

Hehe! ^^

It is getting late for me though. That was fun! See you later!

Arcaneum October 16th, 2022 1:17 PM

Bonsoir!!!

I guess keeping to the maths tangent - odds right now that the thread ends and our winner is decided?

Otherwise... hello... anyone there?

5qwerty October 16th, 2022 1:30 PM

I am here!

Arcaneum October 16th, 2022 1:31 PM

qwerty hiiiiii hru
