Happy New Years! Spoiler:
|
240 927
Sadly both Christmas and New Year's Day were on days I already don't have to work... give me some days off already! D= |

sounds like a fun time to me |
240 930
I wouldn't call that "fun", but interesting, why not. |

And apparently I live in a country full of work addicts as there's too many people who side with employers that we shouldn't make it more employee friendly... |

Most holidays tend to fall on days that are weekend for me. I generally only have like 2-3 days a year off due to holidays, if at all. Potentially a downside of Monday being a weekend day for me I guess, as the amount of holidays that have been on a Monday is pretty substantial xD |

Anyways, with the global warming, we'll probably see an apocalypse soon. |
240 935
We probably won't, at least not the really bad stuff. But the next generations definitely. ^^" The older generations in particular (the ones who still make the rules) aren't really concerned with it. They have enough resources to live through the changing climate without worry. And therefore they don't see the need to change anything. |
240 936
and that fact frustrates me to no end!!! how can they be so short sighted ;; |
240 937
Gotta love when the uni is open during a holiday week so nothing happens :’) |
240 938
It has been increasingly windy over the last several years when I'm working outside. More frequent strong winds and storms that is. The summers have also generally been getting hotter. |
240 939
I can agree with the hotter summer. Albeit in contrast the fall & winter here is a bit funky. Just these past few weeks we suffered pretty bad drop in numbers, colder than we’ve normally had in previous years around this time, despite being sandwiched between normal hot weeks. It’s a wild ride. |
240 940
Summer was definetly a lot warmer... and I honestly didn't mind it. Then again I rather have the heat than the cold :'D |

At this point I just blend fall and winter together. Early December already feels like winter. To a lesser extent, spring and summer. |
240 942
Usually in December, we should have one snow storm every week, with 30+ centimeters of snow. We had a few days with 6°C so there is no snow anymore right now :O |
240 943
Oh man, I remember the blizzards we would have back when we still lived in the colder, northern USA state. I honestly don’t miss them, now as an adult. |
240 944
Having 15°C during Winter is definitely not normal. That's what we usually have in the later half of Spring. <_< |
240 945
It was abnormal I literally was confused why it was so warm. But it was a welcome suprise to be sure, not having to walk around wrapped in 50 layers is always nice. |
240 946
Oh yeah there's some weird weather here too. For me it's kinda how Megan said. |
240 947
Can’t wait to see the weather that 2023 will bring, then. |
240 948
Hail in June, that’s what it’ll bring for sure |
240 949
Sweden actually barely gets any freak weather. Yet. I'm blessed to live in a country without much dangerous natural disasters or animals. So far. |
240 950
The temperature is kinda high atm for January, it was 12 degrees Celsius today. The Cold stormy wind still makes it feel cold though. |
