Poliwrath@Salac Berry
Nature: Jolly
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Belly Drum/Bulk Up
Substitute/Return
Brick Break
Earthquake/Hidden Power Ghost/Hidden Power Rock
(Smogon moveset. A nice one at that. Nature will give you Speed in the range of 231 to 262, depending on IVs. I added Bulk Up as an option if you didn't want the risk of Belly Drum. Because if you Substitute, and they break your Sub, Belly Drum is a risk. If you aren't using Belly Drum, try Return over Substitute, if you want to.)

Venusaur
@Leftovers

EVs: 252 Sp Def, 252 Defense, 6 HP

Pikachu
@Light Ball
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp Atk, 252 Speed, 6 Sp Def

(Serebii.net's Moveset, with additions for Hidden Power options)

Aerodactyl@Choice Band
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Double Edge
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Hidden Power Rock
Aerial Ace
(Standard Aerodactyl.)

Snorlax@Chesto Berry
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Special Defense, 6 Attack
Rest
Curse(egg move, breed for this one.)
Return
Shadow Ball
(Typical Snorlax with Gengar counter.)

Gyarados@Salac Berry
Nature: Adamant
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Return/Hidden Power Flying
Taunt
(Standard Gyarados moveset. Special Attacking Gyarados strongly not recommended.)

Yea, in case you didn't notice, Red uses this team. :)

These movesets, natures, items, and EVs might just help you win a lot of battles. Hopefully so.
