RMT Netbattle UU Team
Tentacruel (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Giga Drain - Ice Beam - Rapid Spin - Surf I start off with a heavy hitter. It causes a lot of switches to Water types, which I just Giga Drain. Primeape (F) @ Salac Berry Trait: Vital Spirit EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Bulk Up - Endure - Hidden Power [Ghost] - Reversal Ordinary Endure/Reversal. I like the STAB on Reversal... Bulk Up, Endure (Or another BU), and Reversal. Banette (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Insomnia EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Hardy Nature (Neutral) - Hidden Power [Fighting] - Knock Off - Shadow Ball - Will-O-Wisp Normal Resist. Will-O-Wisp causes a lot of switches. Knock Off is a pain for the other guy, especially if it's a Salac or whatnot. Linoone (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Pickup EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Belly Drum - Extremespeed - Hidden Power [Fighting] - Shadow Ball Whoo. Linoone is a beast if you can get the Belly Drum in. Sometimes I'll switch it in on something I know it can take a hit from. They'll get all intimidated and switch while I Belly Drum then sweep with Extremespeed. Shiftry (F) @ Salac Berry Trait: Early Bird EVs: 228 Spd / 250 SAtk / 32 SDef Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Explosion - Hidden Power [Fire] - Solar Beam - Sunny Day Hi UU Eggy. Nidoking (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Poison Point EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Focus Punch - Rock Slide - Sludge Bomb This is what I switch to if they switch a fast Electric in on my starting Tentacruel. Unless I suspect an HP Ice/Grass, I'll Focus Punch because it's pretty obvious they're going to switch. |

Tentacruel (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Giga Drain - Ice Beam - Rapid Spin( you could try mirror coat) - Surf I start off with a heavy hitter. It causes a lot of switches to Water types, which I just Giga Drain. Primeape (F) @ Salac Berry Trait: Vital Spirit EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Bulk Up - Endure(cross chop) - Hidden Power [Ghost] - Reversal (rock slide) You can't beat flying types easily because most of them have something to fix endure/reversal(QA,ect) Ordinary Endure/Reversal. I like the STAB on Reversal... Bulk Up, Endure (Or another BU), and Reversal. Banette (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Insomnia EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Hardy Nature (Neutral)(you should use jolly if you are all physical) - Hidden Power [Fighting] - Knock Off - Shadow Ball - Will-O-Wisp Normal Resist. Will-O-Wisp causes a lot of switches. Knock Off is a pain for the other guy, especially if it's a Salac or whatnot. Linoone (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Pickup EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) (or jolly for speed) - Belly Drum - Extremespeed - Hidden Power [Fighting] - Shadow Ball I agree with the earlier comment that you should put sub over HP.fighting Whoo. Linoone is a beast if you can get the Belly Drum in. Sometimes I'll switch it in on something I know it can take a hit from. They'll get all intimidated and switch while I Belly Drum then sweep with Extremespeed. Shiftry (F) @ Salac Berry Trait: Early Bird EVs: 228 Spd / 250 SAtk / 32 SDef Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Explosion(faint attack) - Hidden Power [Fire](extrazensory) - Solar Beam - Sunny Day Hi UU Eggy. why do you need explosions if it is modest? Nidoking (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Poison Point EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Focus Punch - Rock Slide - Sludge Bomb Its ok but I think that choice band is risky in this situation This is what I switch to if they switch a fast Electric in on my starting Tentacruel. Unless I suspect an HP Ice/Grass, I'll Focus Punch because it's pretty obvious they're going to switch |
Maybe Mirror Coat on Cruel?
Indeed Substitute on Linoone. I think you messed up Shiftry's trait ... Chlorophyll? Basically, Sludge Bomb only owns Grass ... So bring in Megahorn. You already have STAB from EQ, and Megahorn covers more types. You can also leave out the Rock-type move, but I wouldn't recommend that. |
