Hurricane Wilma: The 21st
Wow! 21st hurricane this year. Wilma was a Cat 3 upon land with sustained winds of 120 MPH. At one point it covered 70% of Florida. My grandma was in the eye of the storm. Wilma weakened to a Cat 2 with sustained winds of 100 MPH, but still was too much for Florida to handle. Six people died and over 6 million were left homeless.
Those are the facts. If you have more to say, add it to this thread. I bet we would like more information on where it stuck in Mexico and Cuba. Florida has experienced too much: Katrina, Ivan, Charles, and now this! As soon as I can, I will provide a hyperlink to a website to donate to relief efforts. |
I know this may sound crazy, but there is a TP Alpha out there O.o
