Just asking for an ingame team.
Must contain Magmar
Apart from that go wild.

aragornbird May 7th, 2006 9:26 AM

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Well, Deen, we can’t make a proper in-game team unless we know what game you’re playing and whether you have trading access to other games.

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Ice demon May 7th, 2006 10:12 AM

Hmmm..This is a bit boring butttt
I'm requesting a mono-water team....NB style btw so u'll have to make it accordingly[ie no kyogre in a team full of the likes of seaking and whiscash].

Ichigo Flash May 7th, 2006 10:26 AM

Woops sorry about that? ^ - ^

Im on Fire Red and have access to Colluseum, Saph , Ruby and im sure I could persuade access to Emerald from my friend :)

And another friend has an AR if that helps...

Oh and please could you try and include one of those *points to PokePet*

This one seemed easiest, so I'll try this request, and get to you other guys later.

btw, ur welcome Paradise.

Here ya go Ice D:

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 116 HP / 88 Def / 252 SAtk / 52 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass/Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf / Hydro Pump

Obvious stuff. Feel free to kill Vappy with Toxic over HP.

Swampert (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 108 HP / 252 Atk / 144 Def
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Hydro Pump
- Rock Slide

Pyro's dirty little secret iirc. My personal EVs btw.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 84 HP / 180 Atk / 244 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Taunt

Lanturn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 228 HP / 228 SAtk / 60 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Surf
- Thunder
- Thunder Wave / Ice Beam

See your first pokemon? ;). I say get Pax to help out with the EVs. Ice Beam is an option because of Thunder's para rate, and because of your next pokemon:

Luvdisc (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Attract
- Substitute
- Sweet Kiss
- Toxic

lol, you'd be surprised. If you think you need Surf, put it over attract, but it's a waste of time IMO. On second thought, you might be able to lead off with this. Lots of Status........

Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Counter
- Psychic / Surf
- Rest / Flamethrower / Ice Beam

gfg.

Oh my, OUs and UUs on one team. Makes for an interesting mix though, IMO. You might consider Vappy for Wishsupport when Blissey walls the team and wears out Swampert.

edit: and it seems Aragornbird finished one before me.

Ichigo Flash May 7th, 2006 12:23 PM

Thanks Aragorn looks out be pretty amazing :)
Can't wait to get started on it.

Actually pretty good, just try some EVs, natures, and items next time. Light Screen and Thunder Wave are also common options over Substitute and Focus Punch.

Androman and Icy Lugia, your requests are still pending; I'll get to them as soon as I can.

I would need an ingame Fire Red team, starter Blastoise, must contain Exeggutor. No breeding, no trading, no access to anything else except Fire Red. And please, this team is for my little brother, who is not what you might call a pokemon expert. So if you can make it as simple to build as possible, and easy to use. Thanks in advance :)

Synchronize May 12th, 2006 5:16 AM

I'm working on an in-game (Emerald) competitve use team. My Dodrio just got Drill Peck for Skarm, so that'd efeintely my next project. I'm also training up Sceptile with Leech, so that's a must as well. You can suggest anything, but my current guys at level 100 are CBCham, T-Wave Bliss, Regice, CBHera, Donphan, Venusaur, and Mixpert's at level 91. There are a few others but my GBA's not in hand atm.

Shiny_golem May 12th, 2006 11:05 AM

Thanks, that's great!! *hugs Gligar*

flAmEquilava May 13th, 2006 6:51 AM

i need help, i have access to only emerald and on veryvery rare occasions fire red, but i have a team now and im still in the process of trainig them, they are... metagross 45, blastoise 58, jolteon 62, blaziken 64, salamence 56, and tyranitar 64. i was just wondering if that team is good if not can u tell me what pokemon i could use instead?
thanx.

PhoenixFluff May 13th, 2006 7:19 AM

Alrighty then, I need help very much.

Lesse, I need a team, all level 50's for battles when linking up with my friends on Emerald.
I have access to FireRed and Ruby...and Pokemon Box!
Team Pokemon:
Ninetales
Manectric
Tropius
Gardevoir
Milotic
Absol
If you think it's got flaws in it could you make me a moveset?

aragornbird May 13th, 2006 9:38 AM

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Synch:
Let’s see now…we have Sceptile, and Skarmory as your physical wall. Either Blissey or Regice for your special wall. Hmmm, I find Blissey to be more reliable with all that HP. MixPert works nice as a reliable bulky water. Either CBCham or CBCross. That’s a pretty tough decision. Cross pwns stuff with Megahorn, but Cham has Fake Out and can handle more opponents. In the end, I’d choose Cross since it’s faster and can take more hits.
Now you have room for one more Pokemon…probably another fast sweeper. Gengar maybe? Nice immunities and doesn’t worsen any weaknesses to your team.

Sceptile, Skarmory, Blissey, Swampert, Heracross, and Gengar.
That’s pretty nice. Good luck, Synch!

flAmEquilava :
You have 4 Pokemon on your team who are weak against Ground attacks, which is bad. You need another Flying or Grass Pokemon to resist those moves.

PhoenixFluff:
Tropius is a really bad Grass type and Absol isn’t too great either, since it doesn’t get any STAB off of its massive attack. And Manectric gets outclassed by stronger Electric Pokemon.

For a Grass type, you could try Ludicolo, Venusaur, or Exeggutor. I personally prefer Exeggutor since it totally rocks after a Sunny Day.
For an Electric type, go with Jolteon, Zapdos, Raikou, or even Ampharos. If legendaries are allowed, definitely use Raikou, but if they aren’t, then Jolteon is a nice choice.
There are plenty of Pokemon to replace Absol. Let’s see now, your team has a lot of weaknesses to special attacks, so a Snorlax will help you defend against those.

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Bite
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Ninetales (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 184 Spd / 208 SAtk / 116 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Flamethrower
- Grudge
- Will-O-Wisp

Exeggutor (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 48 HP / 208 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Sleep Powder
- Solar Beam
- Sunny Day

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 184 HP / 172 Def / 96 SAtk / 56 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hypnosis
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf

Gardevoir (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 96 HP / 144 Spd / 132 SAtk / 136 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Fire Punch
- Calm Mind
- Destiny Bond

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 160 HP / 188 Atk / 56 Def / 104 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rest

If you want to have a good chance of winning, then EV train your Pokemon. If you don’t know what EVs are, then read our handy EV guide here: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=64755
Natures are tentative. If you can find Pokemon with the same natures listed above, that would be awesome. If you can’t, then don’t worry. Just make sure you don’t wind up with something like an Adamant Jolteon, cause that would suck.
And finally, try to get as many Leftovers as you can (there is at least one in each version and you can buy more at the Battle Frontier).

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

PhoenixFluff May 14th, 2006 2:50 PM

Ooh! Thankkies! That sounds awesome! I'll go for it....I knew my sister was lying when she said I was doing good, why I did not listen to myself, I dunno. I'll go to that thread, I really am oblivious when it comes to EV's.

What would be a good moveset for Nidoking? Willing to breed for it, I have Leaf Green.
Who can I breed Rhyhorn with to get swords dance, and TTar to get DD?

aragornbird May 15th, 2006 10:25 AM

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Nidoking (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Earthquake and Sludge Bomb are TMs, Megahorn is by level in FR/LG only, and Rock Slide is a Move Tutor.

You don’t need to breed Rhyhorn to get Swords Dance. You can teach it by move tutor.

I don’t think Tyranitar can get Dragon Dance directly. You have to breed a male Gyarados or Altaria with a female Charizard or Lapras, then have the male offspring of Charizard or Lapras breed with a female Larvitar.

You breed Rhyhorn with a Lv10 Zangoose or a Lv26 Absol.

AB already covered TTar.

EVs: 252 ATK/158 HP/100 SD
Nature: Lonely (ATK+/DEF-)
Shadow Ball
Sacred Fire
Earthquake
Hidden Power [Flying]

Ho-oh has a base 154 SD, one of the highest available. Though Ho-oh's ATK>SA, CM can make a world of difference between CB and CM Ho-oh.

[email protected] Berry
EVs: 252 SPD/252 SA/6 HP
Nature: Timid (SPD+/ATK-)

EVs: 252 SPD/252 ATK/6 HP
Nature: Jolly (SPD+/SA-)
Shadow Ball

Hidden Power [Flying]

This is the other 386-E set. Using the same tactic as above, your choice depends on whether you need a physical or special attacker. Usually in ubers you will want physical because of the number of CM Mewtwo/Kyogre/Lugia/Ho-oh out there.

Togetic -> Pikachu-> Eevee works as well. The Day Care Man will say that Togetic and Pikachu don't get along, but they will make an egg regardless.

There really is no best team in any kind of way, but I can make you a good Bug team and maybe a decent fighting team. Dragon teams always fail so I won't bother with that.

EVs: 132 HP / 124 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Baton Pass
- Signal Beam
- Substitute / Thunder Wave
- Tail Glow

Receive the pass from Ninjask, then Tail Glow or Signal Beam then pass or whatever. Thunder Wave can help Armaldo or Heracross set up a few flinching rock slides.

Venomoth (M) @ Salac Berry / Petaya Berry
Trait: Shield Dust
EVs: 76 HP / 180 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Endure
- Giga Drain
- Psychic / Hidden Power [Ice/Fire]
- Sleep Powder

More pokemon should have this trait imo.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Light Screen
- Protect

No need to spike or spin here IMO. You can take a few more out of Defense and put it into attack if you'd like.

Armaldo (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Battle Armor
EVs: 244 HP / 236 Atk / 28 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Blast / Rock Slide
- Substitute

Pax will kill me for my horrible EVs, but this is what I got. I'll see if I can make a fighting team later.

Toothache May 23rd, 2006 2:27 AM

Lapras can breed Dragon Dance onto Tyranitar if you can't get Charmander (I believe the chain goes Altaria -> Dratini -> Lapras -> Larvitar).

Nice to know I'm still the breeding master.

BTW, ew @ Amnesialax. Did I forget to mention this was for in game (I fancied a different team for the Battle Frontier). Synchro, do you want to handle my request?

Lathspell May 23rd, 2006 11:34 AM

I need a team for NB: CMCune, Foretress (spiker, spinner) and anything else between.
If you could do that, please. I lost my old team, and i wanted to try something else anyway.
Thanks in advance,
Doom Hammer.

Resilient May 23rd, 2006 7:34 PM

I'm curious if anyone has an ultimate Blue/Red team. I'm just starting to get back into Pokemon and I don't even recognize any of these new ones! :). Anyone care to share some good movesets and teams for the older versions?

miloticmaster May 24th, 2006 3:54 AM

I need a good moveset and nature for these pokemon, Blaziken, Gardevoir, Aggron, Hariyama and Milotic and also can u fill in the last slot wif a good strong pokemon.

Thanks, dude, but I have two questions: 1: Is it oky if I lead with Forry?
2: I can't teach Zapdos Metal Sound, why? Could it be because of the version of the program? Don't think so...but stuff happens.

Rubberbandman May 24th, 2006 5:24 PM

1. No. Lead with Zappy

2. Metal Sound is an XD move, so unless you have XD, go with Rest over Metal Sound

Latias418 May 24th, 2006 6:31 PM

Errmmm....I would like to request a team. SUrprise me. No Ubers.

Maybe one of those Lightball Pikachu's I've heard can be on it.... How good are they?

Yeah, but this is the Team Builder for NB. Shouldn't it have all the moves possible for a pokemon?

remin May 25th, 2006 2:45 AM

G'day, just after a general team for use in FR/LG so not using NB or anything. I generally play using what I call elemental ranges ie this is the team I thought up for the first half of FR before being able to gain the nation dex and without trading:
Charizard
Golduck
Rhydon
Jolteon
Crobat
Exeggutor
Proberly extremely bad but meh :/
New team doesnt have to include any of these, but Charizard will be my starter. I dont mind what goes into the team, as long as they are all available in either FR/LG, and would also like movesets and EV spreads.
Cheers :)

You have to get the patch that allows XD Moves. iirc, Smogon has it

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Fix those EVs. All the EVs in Special Attack should be in Speed if you have no special attacks.

Could somebody please help me with a NB team? I've had 5 different teams, battled 100+ times, and won ... 7 times.

I would like the team to have a Gengar in it, and a Houndoom or Tyranitar.

Thanks.

~Barry

I'm in a bit of an on-off team building slump, but I'll do my best

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 172 HP / 160 Atk / 176 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Explosion
- Giga Drain / Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp / Hypnosis

I can't remember the exact EVs, but that's as close as I get. You'd be surprised that it works with those EVs

Houndoom (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Crunch
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Beat Up
- Overheat
- Pursuit

HP ice is for when you out run Salamence, while Beat Up let's you get to McGar behind the sub, then Pursuit it to oblivion.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 160 HP / 176 Atk / 16 SAtk / 156 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Focus Punch

Yea....needs more Cleric, but then you're succeptable to a Heracross onslaught I'm afraid. Just have it take Paralysis, and it'll be fine.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Counter / Protect / Explosion / Hidden Power [Bug/Rock]
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes

Yea,....this might be proof that i am indeed in a slump.

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Charm / Haze / Roar / Baton Pass / Toxic
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Wish

I'm always undecided on that first slot, so Charm just for when Hera or some lame sweeper comes in, Haze just because, Roar because you could use a phazer thus far, BP for that wishpassing thing, and Toxic because you like to annoy suicune.

So yea, after the first five I was stumped. I'd say a Swampert or Dugtrio would be a good addition, but IMO it would throw the team's somewhat shaky balance off. If anyone has a good idea, I'll throw in a moveset and complete the team.

burfle10 May 30th, 2006 11:37 AM

is anybody working on my team? I don't care if it's spectacular or not, just something that won't make me suck anymore, because i'm horrible...

Miroku Owarinai May 30th, 2006 12:59 PM

I'm in desperate need for a HERACROSS moveset for G/S/C game, wanting it to be a nice physical sweeper

Lord Mike May 30th, 2006 1:05 PM

Sure, I can do that.

[email protected]
-Megahorn
-Reversal
-Endure

G/S/C doesn't have as much choices as R/S/E/FR/LG.

G/S/C doesn't have as much choices as R/S/E/FR/LG.

ya i found G/S/C a hard game to get good moves, and im doing shiny breeding for the hera using s.ditto, got any other ways but TM for EQ?

BTW i never thought of the endure-reversal thing. stupid of me.....

and where do u get leftovers???

I think your request might take a while, as the majority of battlers here use OU, and can't always make a proper uber team

of course I'm probably speaking for myself.

Do you want it to be a good OU team, or purely offensive?

fine, 'll change my request, if I could just have a good team? because I'm truly horrible at making netbattle teams. If I could just have 5 pokemon that are good and type balanced that'd be okay. (sorry for the trouble, as I said, first time requesting, I didn't know what to ask) Oh yeah, AND I don't know what all this stuff means. like sweeper, phazer, OU, UU, and all that...

I haven't lost yet with this team!

burfle10 May 31st, 2006 3:25 PM

I'd like to make another team request, one that's NOT ubers. If I could have a nice, well balanced team with at least one phazer, that'd be really nice. (I'm aiming for a high est. power without ubers)

Pokémaniac May 31st, 2006 4:00 PM

Can someone please make me a well-balanced, and fairly easy to make team for Pokemon Emerald? I'm starting with Torchic and I only want to use Pokemon from the Hoenn dex (for the time being). And please, no Egg Moves.

More Like Explosion. Just take the EVs out of SDef, ad Gengar has no use for them, even with 236 HP IMO.

You can still use that Special Sweeping set, just use Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball or *gasp* PSychic where Ice Punch once was. Explosion and Destiny Bond work too.

Why does Ho-Oh have White Herb? It's not using Overheat or anything. Give it Choice Band, or use LEftovers and Give t Calm Mind, Sacred Fire, Thunderbolt, Recover.

And just about anyone here who knows me knows that I will be mad at that Umbreon for using Toxic. If anything, use Protect to cover your wish, or Taunt to stop things from phazing you. use 212 HP or 252 HP on Umbreon. Since it's cursing, it doesn't need any speed, so put that into your Defenses.

As for deen, I'd put that Shiny Crobat in a box and treasure it, as shiny pokemon (unless that's changed in the advanced generation) tend to have lower stats, plus a Neutral nature really isn't helping it. Otherwise:

Crobat (M) @ Choice Band / Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- SLudge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Aerial Ace
- Steel Wing / Substitute

you can use leftovers regardless of subtitute or Steel Wing, but obviously, dont use CB with substitute.

Blazemxx June 1st, 2006 1:42 PM

Thanks, can you make me one based off CB Cross and Mixed Pert. For NB OU

BarryManilow June 1st, 2006 5:04 PM

Thanks for the team, Synchronize. I won the most battles I've ever won with one team.

I posted a battle log about the closest match ever.

(I knocked out his last Pokemon, a Charizard. But before that, Charizard struck first, leaving my last Pokemon (Snorlax) with 2 HP. I was so lucky that my attack knocked it out.)

BTW, the last Pokemon on my/your team, is a Jolteon.

I'll get on it as soon as possible.

And Barry:

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 132 HP / 196 Spd / 180 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Great lead off IMO. IT doesn't need max speed because it doesn't need to flip a coin with Aerodactyl.

Insomnium June 2nd, 2006 2:01 PM

Okay, may I have team? The only specific Pokemon I want is Charizard, no ubers, and at least one Electric type. Other then that, go wild!

Lord Mike June 2nd, 2006 2:34 PM

I can help with that.

Charizard @ Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Aeriel Ace
-Earthquake
-Sword Dance
-Fire Blast

Standard SDZard.

Manectric @ Petaya Berry
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Hidden Power [Water]
-Thunderbolt
-Substitute
-Crunch

Speedy Special Attacker.

Gengar @ Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP/100 Atk/252 Spd/152 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
-Ice Punch
-Focus Punch
-Substitute
-Giga Drain/Thunderbolt

McIceGar.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
-Drill Peck
-Rest
-Roar
-Spikes

SpikePhazer. It works as a physical wall too.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
-Baton Pass
-Wish
-Substitute
-Confuse Ray/Toxic/Faint Attack

Umbreon can be a good passer. It works as a physical and special wall.

Sceptile @ Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Leech Seed
-Thunderpunch
-Substitute
-Leaf Blade

Standard Sceptile.

I hope this helps.

aragornbird June 2nd, 2006 2:46 PM

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

For Umbreon, give it at least 212 EVs in HP.

Is it a CB Metagross or a CB Heracross? The reason I'm asking this because sometimes when people said CB Cross they meant Metagross.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 100 HP / 100 Atk / 152 Def / 152 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
-Ice Beam

-Curse/Rest

Is that what you mean by Mixed Pert? I hope it helps.

Blazemxx June 2nd, 2006 3:40 PM

Heracross. Both are cool though. I do not make Syntax errors while posting.

Miroku Owarinai June 2nd, 2006 7:48 PM

im working on a crobat, maybe a toxi-trapper kind

it needs to have moves for G/S/C though.

and i came up with:

confuse ray
fly
toxic
mean look

plz change/help

P.S. where do u get leftovers in G/S/C?

Don't post something like that ever again those EVs are HORRIBLE.

Use this whoever asked for it:

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers ** MUDDY WATERZ!!1
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 156 Def / 96 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest / Surf

For Heracross:

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band ** REAGAN SMASH
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break / Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Megahorn
- Sleep Talk

Hope this helps.

Blazemxx June 3rd, 2006 4:51 AM

Thanks Mullet, but I like Hydro Pump > Surf

If this if for Netbattle, I wouldn't advise on using it. It is hard to set up because Crobat has no defense.

Lord Mike June 3rd, 2006 7:00 AM

Crobat isn't a Toxic trapper. CB Crobat with Aeriel Ace/Sludge Bomb/Return/Shadow Ball is much better.

Synchronize June 3rd, 2006 10:22 AM

Sorry it's taking so long Melee Master, but don't think I forgot about you, I'm just dealing with alot of stuff right now. If anyone else would like to fulfill Melee Master's request, please do so, as i might take a while.

edit: here

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 132 HP / 196 Spd / 180 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

I doubt a team of which you requested can really BP much, but you're the customer, and this is the best I'll be able to do. Second Best sub-passer in the game IMO.

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Curse
- Moonlight / Wish
- Taunt / Mean Look

Mean Look probably won't get you anywhere without Taunt, but it's still there.

Ho-Oh @ White Herb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 204 HP / 216 Atk / 88 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Sacred Fire
- Shadow Ball

You can always use Substitue with a 404 HP stat over Shadow Ball.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 144 Def / 64 SAtk / 60 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump / Roar
- Ice Beam / Rock Slide
- Rest

Tyranitar counter as well as a good Cursepass receiver. Roar is an option if you require a phazer

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 236 HP / 172 Atk / 100 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam / Return / Frustration / Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Shadow Ball / Fire Blast

Another Curse recipient :D. If using Fire Blast, use Sassy Nature and at least 16 SAtk EVs.

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

On the first turn that Umbreon comes in, baton pass to this, as stuff like Heracross pops up.
Actually on the first turn it comes in, just Baton Pass period.

You may have som Gyarados problems, so you can use Bato n Pass Zapdos ocer Jolteon to help out. No doubt you'll have Hera and Medi problems, which is why I suggest that you use Baton Pass more often than Curse on Umbreon. Remember not to get too greedy with Curse, just one or two should suffice for Swampert, and maybe 3 can help out Snorlax.

Trait: Inner Focus
EVs
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

you can use leftovers regardless of subtitute or Steel Wing, but obviously, dont use CB with substitute.

Thankies Synch :) I just wanna make it a decent fighter cuz well it's deserves more than to sit in my box like shiny Raticate does now :(
