This would be better put in GB Strategies and Movesets so I will move it there so the people there can help you better.

7/10

Only because some of the levels are a bit wide, you have a raikou at level 51 and an Articuno at 90, I'd train them all up to at least 85.
The moves are good though

Sorry for the wrong posting next time I'll check first if I will post on the right side
I'm just new so I hope you understand

Hope I helped, I'm still a newbie at this rating stuff.
Changes in bold.
BTW, don't use two pokemon of the same type with about the same role. Zapdos and Raikou do almost the same thing. And Articuno is fairly weak for a legendary bird IMO

Raikou Level 51
Ability Pressure
Nature Jolly

Thunderbolt
Calm Mind
Crunch
Substitute

I guess this Raikou hasn't been trained too much, which is all right. Your final moveset should look like something above. Crunch gives you a second special attack in case you're face a Ground type. Calm Mind boosts up your special power so you can potentially sweep entire teams. And Substitute is useful when you're Calm Minding to ensure that you won't get statused.

Blastoise Level 70
Ability Torrent
Nature Naughty

Ice Beam
Rest
Earthquake/Toxic

Surf

And why do you have a Blastoise with 3 Water moves? There's no way it can handle Grass or Dragon Pokemon with those attacks. Give it Ice Beam please.
Anyways, Blastoise is not meant to attack, it's meant to defend. Rest will help it out and let it last longer.
Earthquake is nice to help you against Electric types, but it's not totally necessary on Blastoise. Toxic may be a better choice as it lets you wear down other Water opponents that you may face since none of your other attacks would be effective.

Dragonite Level 70
Ability Inner Focus
Nature Naughty
Item: Choice Band

Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Thunder
Focus Punch

Since you already have a bunch of special attackers on your team, there's really no need for another one. Dragonite works better with physical attacks anyways with that beefy 134 Attack power.
Give it an Earthquake and Aerial Ace, those would be its main moves. Thunder is there to take care of things like Skarmory and Zapdos who would normally resist all of Draggy's attacks. Your final move in most cases would be Dragon Dance, but since that's only a bred-on move, you could always put in Focus Punch and give it a Choice Band as an item.

Mewto Level 70
Ability Pressure
Nature Serious

Flamethrower
Recover
Safeguard/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
Psychic

Well, since you just caught this Mewtwo, there's not much to rate. Psychic and Recover are obvious choices for the final set, and you have quite a lot of options for the other two moves. Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam...they're all good, but I'd choose Flamethrower so that Mewtwo can handle Steel types like Metagross.
Safeguard can still fit on there, although a better option would be Calm Mind. But since you can only get one Calm Mind TM in the game, I'd give it to Raikou instead since Mewtwo already has high enough special attack. You can fit another special attack over Safeguard if you wish.

Zapdos Level 70
Ability Pressure
Nature Adamant

Thunderbolt
Light Screen
Thunderwave
Drill Peck

This set is almost good, except for Fly which is a bad move in battle and is even worse compared to Drill Peck. Put Light Screen over it and you should be set.

Articuno Level 90
Ability Pressure
Nature Gentle

Ice Beam
Rest
Roar
Sleep Talk

NO. Don't use the Mind Reader + Sheer Cold combo ever. In game, it's cheap and against human players, it won't work because they'll simply switch out to nullify Mind Reader's effect. Like Blastoise, Articuno's job is not to attack but to defend.
Rest is even more important on Articuno since it needs to heal a lot, Roar is good against Pokemon who like to stat boost and you may encounter some of those in your battle. Finally, Sleep Talk is another important move, but it's only an Emerald move tutor so I hope you have trading access to Emerald.
