Wow, pretty bad. And please type in a neater format next time. Vertically, not horizontally.

You’ll have to learn that giving Pokemon all offensive moves with no support moves (like stat-boosting, status, or recovery moves) is a bad idea. Also, another important thing to remember is never give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type.

Special attacking Groudon = NO. A Groudon without Earthquake is a sad Groudon.

lvl 95 rayquaza
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Extremespeed

lvl 75 kyogre
Surf
Calm Mind

thunder
Ice Beam

lvl 58 blaziken
fire blast
Sky Uppercut
Bulk Up/Swords Dance
Rock Slide

lvl 46 latios
Dragon Claw
Calm Mind
Recover
Safeguard/Thunderbolt

lvl 41 registeel
Earthquake
Curse
Rest
Toxic/Counter/Thunder Wave/Rock Slide

Registeel sucks badly. No where near as good as Regice or Regirock. But if you wanted to use it, go with the set above.

Also, avoid using Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza on the same team. It is pointless since not only do Groudon and Kyogre cancel out their Ability, but in 2v2, Rayquaza does too. Pick one and build your team around it. Groudon is the best uber in the game, imo.

awww

ok thanks for the advice ill use those. with regirock in place of registeel

Lord Mike June 14th, 2006 11:55 AM

Lol. That's how noobs feel all the time.

Adding a bit to aragornbird's post. Psychic can be used as a STAB on Latios. HP Steel for STAB if you want.

pikachu and tyranitar June 14th, 2006 12:05 PM

the regis are extremely slow . they are very versatile though. and powerful.

You assume that stinks then? Obviously you don't know that Regice is like the best special wall aside from Blissey and Regirock makes one of the best physical walls, with its Defense being about equal to Steelix except more HP. Sure Registeel might not be the best, but just because they lack speed doesn't mean Regice or Regirock aren't good or aren't used often.

Fr0st June 14th, 2006 12:33 PM

Snorlax is the better special wall but I agree and saying...

Lol, regis arent powerful, I cussed my brains out from Regice with Psyche Up, I use Regice more that any legend now, other than Raikou, Raikou is a beast :\

White Lotus June 14th, 2006 1:30 PM

Aragorn Bird speaks true. Always earthquake on Groudon - only poke who can sworddance + stabbed earthquake + ATT a gazillion. On top of that he can let his teammates take advantage of his sunny day - fires, chlorophyllers, rocks, use moves like synthesis and morning sun and now i wanna make a groudon team.

k.webb June 14th, 2006 1:59 PM

ok then

ok well u guys have good advice and um...ill use it thankx...plus its not a true crime to have regirock on my team is it?

Lord Mike June 14th, 2006 2:07 PM

You mean Registeel? No not a crime, it hasn't its advantages, but its not prefered. I tried it and it didn't last very long at all. This is obviously in-game so I guess it doesn't matter. :\

k.webb June 14th, 2006 2:12 PM

nooo i mean regirock

i mean regirock its up on the thing isnt it? lol i wouldnt use registeel.. regirock is whats up there LOOK

Lord Mike June 14th, 2006 2:18 PM

Regirock's Defense maxed out at level 100 is 548, which of course isn't half bad. You got Curse too, and I don't even want to think how high its Defense will be then. Its good, but maybe Explosion on the switch when your HP is so low that you just want to go BOOM!

k.webb June 14th, 2006 2:29 PM

naaaah

no i dont think i will put explosion..i alredy have a good moveset. no offense

Lord Mike June 14th, 2006 2:37 PM

I was trying to help you. I don't see many Regirocks with Rest instead of Explosion.

explosion is a decent move. rest may be useful, but if you are desperate towards the end of a battle, you will probably want explosion instead.

Dawson123 June 21st, 2006 3:07 PM

Regirock is a physical wall. What else is there to say?

Ifs your too slow then you will probably die beforehand :\

Dawson123 June 21st, 2006 3:22 PM

CurseQuakeSlide Regirock is coolest. The problem with Explosion is since Regirock has like no Speed at all and bulky water like Milotic can rape Regirock hand down.

Lord Mike June 21st, 2006 3:47 PM

Yes, it can. That's why there's a thing called "switching out".

Toothache June 22nd, 2006 1:20 AM

If you have speed issues with your Pokemon, there are plenty of ways around that. There's Thunder Wave/Stun Spore, or Thunderbolt/Thunder if you're feeling haxy, or there's Quick Claw if you're feeling lucky, or you can get someone to put your opponent to sleep (Spore/Sleep Powder/Hypnosis/Lovely Kiss).

that's not at all what we think. i just don't like using them ( except Regice, hit's pretty good )

k.webb June 29th, 2006 3:12 PM

thats a good idea

actually explosion is alot better than rest ill use it now
