Give it Sky Uppercut when Blaziken learns it. Then buy Swords Dance and Rock Slide from the Battle Frontier.

sceptile Lv53
nature sassy
moves:
leaf blade
dragon claw
Thunderpunch
Substitute

More trips to the Battle Frontier. Thunderpunch and Substitute are both Move Tutors from there.

swampert Lv47
nature:serious
moves:
Rest
surf
Ice Beam
Earthquake

Why are you only using 3 moves? Well, anyways, it learns Earthquake at Lv. 52, so add that on. And get a Rest Tm so that Swampert can survive longer. Finally, replace Blizzard with Ice beam since it is more accurate and lasts longer.

rayquaza Lv72
nature:dont no,i havent looked!
moves:
flamethrower
T-bolt
Crunch/Ice Beam
Dragon Claw

Since you've already spent your money on those TMs, lets make a special sweeping Rayquaza. Dragon Claw is better than Outrage since you aren't stuck using it and won't be confused from it. Choose either Crunch or Ice Beam. If you want Crunch, you're gonna have to get a Heart Scale and go to the move relearner.

You still need two other Pokemon. Seeing as how Ice attacks can give you trouble, you can use a Regice or Metagross (or Snorlax from FR/LG). You can choose whichever strong Pokemon to fill your sixth slot, as long as it doesn't add to any weaknesses you already have.

Substitute is found at the top of the Lilycove Department Store, a little girl is the Move Tutor for that. It would be cool if you could get infinite Substitutes.
