Groudon

I don't care if it's uber, I feel like doing it:

Adamant Nature
-Bulk Up
-Flamethrower
-Solarbeam
-Earthquake

I like Swords Dance over Bulk Up. Flamethrower isn't exactly needed, except for Skarmory which could be killed by Rock Slide anyway (and I don't see it alot in the uber metagame), so take Rock Slide over Flamethrower. Solarbeam is nice, but he really should use his massive Attack to the max, so take a Physical move. Besides, you have Adamant nature, why use two Special moves?

Did you EV train it?

Overheat for the grass pokemon.

^ No, that isn't the best set. Brick Brake is horrible on Groudon, since super effective BB = STAB Earthquake. And Bulk Up is meh when Swords Dance is available.

Solarbeam is also horrible on it, since what will you Solarbeam against who won't get killed by a CB or a SD'd EQ, seriously?

Groudon goes like Earthquake/Rock Slide/[Body Slam/Thunder Wave/Overheat]/Hidden Power: [email protected] Band, or Earthquake/[Endure/Overheat]/Rock Slide/Swords [email protected] berry/Leftovers (Salac if using Endure, though it can also work with Overheat).
