I need help with my Emerald team and with HP stuff.

Here are some Pokemon with their movesets...tell me if there is anyway to avoid using HPs or explain to me how I can get the specific HP for that Pokemon.
It's very confusing!

Charizard @ Salac Berry:
- HP Flying (HELP ME!)
- Earthquake
- Overheat/Fire Blast
- Belly Drum

Jolteon @ Leftovers:
- Thunderbolt
- HP Grass/Ice (HELP ME!)
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute

Blissey @ Leftovers:

- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave/Toxic
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled

Tyranitar @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry

- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt

Sceptile @ Leftovers

- Leaf Blade
- HP Ice
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Metagross @ Liechi Berry/Leftovers

- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Agility

Help me out...I also know that there will need to be alot of breeding.
Can you tell me what Pokemon they need to breed with to get these moves.

I have 2 substituting Pokemon! I can only obtain one in game.

NOTE: I have access to a Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire and Action Replay.

What's wrong with the Charizard moveset..it's called Bellyzard.

I don't know how Jolteon can learn Crunch...I don't think he can.
Also I could maybe put Baton Pass somewhere.

I could do this for Sceptile:
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw/Thunder Punch
Leech Seed
Substitute?

Also a CB on an Agiligross?

Nyah, don't listen to Lugialord, half the time he doesn't have a clue of what he's talking about. =_=

It's also outdated and sucks outside of the G/S/C metagame, especially ingame, since it's so ridiculously easy to KO. If you have to go with it then Substitute is a must. Anyway, let's take a look at the team...

Standard Charizard (Works better than the Bellyzard set). Swords Dance or Dragon Dance to buff up and then sweep. Also, don't bother with Hidden Power ingame, the odds of you getting it as both the right type and high power are almost nil. Aerial Ace for STAB or Rock Slide to form a quakeslide combo. Also, usually Fire Blast > Overheat when it comes to Charizard since you don't want to end up switching out because of it.

You could also try a CB set:

@Choice Band
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide
Flamethrower/Fire Blast

Since all of your physical sweepers rely on buffing. Meh, just as a thought.

Jolteon @ Leftovers:
- Thunderbolt
- HP Grass/Ice (HELP ME!) Baton Pass
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute

Meh, ingame Jolteon...:\ Don't bother trying to get HP Ice/Grass, just let it pass instead. It prevents duggy trapping too, which might occur in the Battle Frontier.

Blissey @ Leftovers:

- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave/Toxic/Ice Beam
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled

Bog standard. Since it's ingame, though, I'd suggest the Ice Beam variant since it gives you some extra attacking power, not to mention that you don't have any ice attackers on this team (I have no faith in Jolteon's ability to do this) and there is always Drake of the E4 and Tucker, fairy princess of the battle dome, and their respective dragon pokémon to factor in.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers

- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt

There's no or here. What on earth made you even consider a Chesto Berry? <.< Leftovers on Tyranitar, always.

Sceptile @ Leftovers

- Leaf Blade
- HP Ice Thunderpunch
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Thunderpunch > Dragon Claw on Sceptile, it's also the standard Hidden Power replacement for ingame.

Metagross @ Leftovers

- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Agility

Again, Leftovers for the win. It's a standard Agiligross, what can I say?

Overall...this team's biggest weak is the lack of a bulky water. I'd suggest replacing Charizard, but considering your username I doubt that would happen, so maybe ditch Jolteon (Since you've hardly got speed problems with all the DDancing and Agility) or Tyranitar (Since it kind of complicates matters for Blissey and Sceptile who lose their recovery from lefties because of the sandstorm) and replace it with either Swampert or Milotic (The far superior Stalker set, mind you, not the standard one.).

Anyway, on the breeding issue, you can get Aromatherapy on Blissey from Roselia, Dragon Dance on Charizard and/or Tyranitar from Horsea, Seadra, Altaria, or Gyarados, and Leech Seed on Sceptile through a Cacnea - Tropius - Treecko breeding chain. If your resort to action replay, though, then you really don't have bussiness here since you can just cheat through the game. xP

*sigh* Lugialord, unless you read teams over more carefully, I’m gonna have to ask you to stop rating teams because it’s evidently not helping.

He hasn't learned yet even though you have told him he isn't good at rating teams.

I suggest he read the guides or at least the OU Metagame guide.

I should check my guide it's bound to be outdated.
