Just go to sleep like at 12 or 1AM, works for me, I've been getting up around 8AM the last few weeks.

Even if go to bed around midnight or 1am... I still can't get up early in the morning. I am so lucky my earliest class isn't until 11... I'd never make it on time otherwise. Like... I set my alarm to go off at 9, and I'll wake up at 9 to shut it off. Then I go back to sleep. I woke up this morning at 10:40... and I need to leave at 10:45 in order to get to my class on time. <<;

But then again, back in high school class would start at 7:40 and I'd get out of bed at 7:25 and still usually make it on time~

Ryoutarou October 10th, 2006 9:22 AM

I used to never wake up late, during middle school and some of hig school, I'd always get up at like, 5...and school didn't actually start until 7:45. I don't have any classes right now, so I really don't have to worry about waking up late, I just don't like doing it.

Alex_ October 10th, 2006 9:33 AM

I have to be at school by 7:55 a.m. I usually go to bed at 11:30-12:00 p.m. and wake up around 5:15 a.m.

Drifblim October 10th, 2006 10:19 AM

I have to be at the shuttle stop at 6.30am, and I'm usually good at making it if I go to bed before 11.00pm the evening prior. Unless, of course, it's Monday and I haven't been working morning shifts. For some reason I barely make it to the shuttle but always come in work at least twenty minutes early. O.o

Loyal Arcanine October 10th, 2006 11:07 AM

My college starts at different times every day. Usually it's 9:00, sometimes 8:45 or 10:00. If I'm really lucky 11:00. I usually go to bed between 12 PM and 1 AM, and get up around 6:45 AM when I start at 9 AM. I get up so early compared to the starting time of my college because of the travelling time.

Kamui October 10th, 2006 11:10 AM

You arent working at weekends??

I allways wake up at 7:30 since school is starting at 9:00 am
and sometimes waking up 5 or 6 am and watching tv.

I worked at a super market for 2 years when I was in high school. I'll be going back to work there over my Holiday break. It's not a bad job at all for your age. It was nice because I ended up being one of the more experienced workers there and I did everything from cashier, to dairy, to stock, to freight, etc.

Drifblim October 10th, 2006 12:06 PM

I'm still in a supermarket. I've been there since May 2005 and I've been held to just the register although I contribute to produce a bit. I haven't called out once except in long advance and have worked even during the school year....

Ah, yeah. Forgot to mention that I did a little bit of produce. I worked 2 or 3 days during the weekdays in high school. Except when I was in sports seasons.

*~Ashley~* October 10th, 2006 12:23 PM

As of today, I've been working at a supermarket for an entire year~

I'm only a cashier though, I don't do any of the other stuff. Every once in a while I do have to bag and put stuff away though, but that's all I do there. I don't mind it though.

I don't really mind cashiering. I'd much rather do stock, freight, dairy, or produce though. Only because I don't necessarily enjoy dealing with people. They tend to be impatient, picky about their bagged groceries, etc. Just a pain in general. =\

Yeah... I hear you. <<; That's the one thing I hate about cashiering. Customers. They aren't so much impatient, but they complain a lot. And they like to blame me when things don't work out the way they want them too. I'm just a cashier... I'm not the one that prices stuff. I can't imagine having to work at the service counter though... THAT must really suck. They're the ones that get all the really annoying customers. ><;

But at least cashiering itself is easy...

Well, we hope you get the job. Kura.

My interview was....Not really an interview at all. I just handed in my application and two weeks later they asked me to fill out some forms and put down my preferred hours. It wasn't really an interview at all, rather a draw from the hat. XD
