Rayquaza Lv75

- Dragon Claw/Fire Blast
- Ice Beam

Don't use Rayquaza. Using Ubers in-game is LOL. If you lose ANY in-game battle with an Uber, you need to throw away your cart and stop playing. There is absolutely no challenge involve. Rayquaza comes in, KO's the opponent, game. If you insist on having this kind of crutch, at least make it a special attacker since you have Groudon. Either that or get rid of Groudon.

Groudon Lv70(hey i just caught it,it still has the same moves)
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

See above.

Blaziken Lv60
- Fire Blast/Overheat
- Rock Slide
- Sky Uppercut
- Swords Dance

Standard Blaziken. Get rid of this if you insist on keeping Groudon.

Sceptile Lv57
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Thunderpunch

Sceptile is a good staller since Leech Seed + Leftovers makes Substitute virtually free. LP and Thunderpunch deal damage to most Pokes.

Swampert Lv57
- Surf
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest/Protect/Curse/Rock Slide

Pick one.

Salamence
- Aerial Ace
- Dragon Dance/Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide/Fire Blast

Blaziken also isn't needed if you are going to use Salamence.

Just because the AI is so stupid that you can beat it easily with a bunch of sweepers doesn't mean you should. With DP you are going to have the capability to play others through WiFi. Now is the time to learn how to round out your team or you are going to be continually embarrassed when you come up against someone who has a Blissey or Skarmory that takes your Pokes attacks without much damage.

Chesters_love October 11th, 2006 3:31 AM

well,i cant get rid of groudon, rayquaza, especily blaziken,he was my starter,oh and how do you get leech seed?

Actually you can. It is really easy. Just go to any Pokemon Center, go to the PC, choose 'DEPOSIT', select Groudon, and it magically places it in your PC, freeing up a spot that you can put a different Poke in. The same thing works for Rayquaza and Blaziken. LOL Just kidding. Seriously though, if you do keep them, Blaziken is useless since Groudon can do anything it can do and better and plus the fact that Groudon will never faint. The choice, of course, is still yours.

As for Leech Seed, if you breed a male Bulbasaur/Ivysaur/Venusaur with a female Treecko, the baby that hatches will know it. If you don't have them, you have to be more creative. You take a Lv10 male Shroomish that knows it and then breed it with a female Tropius until you get a male Tropius that knows it. Then you breed the male Tropius with a female Treecko.

Aw, whatever, let people use ubers in game if they want. The important thing is that they learn what moves to use on them.

Also your sig is too long, gold typhlosion. Make it shorter before a mod does that for you. Don’t get yourself banned again please.

i fixed abit more,i got rid of fly on rayquaza, and mypokemon grew some levels.i just caught kyogre an hour ago.should i use it in my team?

shanecdavis October 13th, 2006 4:27 AM

Sigh. You have already been given suggestions on your team. If you don't want to follow them, that is your choice, but they won't change.

Chesters_love October 13th, 2006 5:49 AM

what did i do????I FIXED SOME,and id wanted to see if i was right,i dod follow them,i dont know why you said that

shanecdavis October 13th, 2006 6:04 AM

The bottom line is that the team is yours. You can put whatever moves you want on it. You asked for suggestions and you were given some. You make some changes and then ask for suggestions again. Despite the small changes you made, it doesn't change the moveset suggestions that I offered in my first post. I guess I don't understand why you would want another rate when you were already given one.

Chesters_love October 13th, 2006 9:51 AM

i was asking to see if the fixes i made were right,oh and i dont think i can teach my groudon earthquake,i ran out of heart scales, snd i alresdy used earthquake TM on blaziken.

Krobelus October 13th, 2006 10:06 AM

Tsk tsk.. Anyway, Uber teams are too easy, Lol, can barely EV train them, anyway good luck on fixing your team, or keeping it the same,

Ash&pikachuarethebest October 13th, 2006 10:28 AM

if you have a kyogre put that in instead of swampert because it is one of the strongest water pokemon a put these moves on it if you can surf, ice beam, thunderbolt and rest ok

shanecdavis October 13th, 2006 11:32 AM

No, no, no. Putting both Groudon and Kyogre on the same team is extremely noobish. Choose one and then base your team around their strength.

gold, what you need to do is raise a team of Zigzagoon/Linoone to Lv91 and then go battling. Every few battles, check to see if they are holding anything. About 1-5% of the time, the item will be TM26 (Earthquake).

BTW - You can only do that in Emerald.

Ash&pikachuarethebest October 13th, 2006 12:04 PM

but you will have two elements giving you the ultimate fighting team i can't do it because i don't have both i only have kyogre at level hundred

shanecdavis October 13th, 2006 12:27 PM

Kyogre and Groudon are not the ultimate fighting team. They cancel out the other's ability. Having Kyogre and other Pokes that can take advantage of Drizzle, or Groudon and other Pokes that can take advantage of Drought is much better. Groudon and Ho-oh (if you insist on handicapping yourself using Ubers) make an incredible combo, for example. Kyogre and Kingdra do as well.
