Posting current teams don't help much as far as rating since you are going to be changing the movesets constantly. You are better off posting what you would want your team to look like. Just posting a team like this is better off posted here:

http://www.theud.com/pokecommunity/showthread.php?t=38969

As for your team, there are some standard rules you should follow:

NEVER give the same Poke two attacking moves of the same type. (i.e. Ember and Blaze Kick on Blaziken) It is redundant and only makes your Poke less effective.

NEVER give Normal attacks to non-Normal Pokes. Give them attacks that will actually be advantageous against other types.

level 37 Flygon
Nature?
- Crunch
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

First off, please include the natures of your Pokes when posting a team. It makes a BIG difference. Also, putting THREE Dark moves on a non-Dark Poke when you have a Dark Poke on the team is bad strategy and makes your Poke here extremely one-dimensional. Since you don't have Emerald (I assume), you cannot give Flygon its best moveset, so this will have to do. FireClaw does damage to almost all Pokes in the game.

level 42 blaziken
Nature?
- Bulk Up
- Fire Blast/Overheat/Flamethrower
- Rock Slide/Aerial Ace
- Sky Uppercut

Again, without Emerald you cannot achieve Blaziken's best moveset. That is why Swampert is the greatest starter ever. Please don't use Blaze Kick. There are three moves that are better. Pick one. Rock Slide is an Egg move. Breed a Camerupt that knows it (Lv33) with a female Torchic. If you are too lazy to want such a great move (covers its HUGE Flying weakness), then I guess you could use Aerial Ace.

level 42 Mighyena
bite
takedown
takle
swagger

Bad Poke. Its low SAtk makes it not very effective.

level 40 snowrunt
bite
icy wind
ice beam
crunch

Without FRLG, you again are limited as far as a good moveset goes. Ice Beam, Protect, and a couple of weak moves. Not good.

level 41 manectric
spark
quick attack
bite
thunderwave

This isn't too bad, although I would HIGHLY suggest Gardevoir with Thunderbolt and Calm Mind. That can do almost as much damage as Manectric and has much better stats, Ability, and typing.

I would compliment your Flygon and Blaziken with a Dusclops, Gardevoir, and either Ludicolo or Milotic. I would provide movesets, but I don't have time right now. Maybe later.

I’ll do it:

Dusclops @Leftovers
Careful Nature
-Shadow Ball
-Seismic Toss/Focus Punch
-Will-o-wisp
-Pain Split/Rest

Gardevoir @Leftovers
Modest Nature
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Thunderbolt
-Hypnosis/Will-o-wisp

Milotic @Leftovers
Bold Nature
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Hypnosis/Toxic
-Recover

Ludicolo @Leftovers/Lum Berry
Modest Nature
Trait: Swift Swim
-Surf
-Rain Dance
-Ice Beam
-Leech Seed/Giga Drain

This Ludicolo relies on Rain Dance to sweep opponents. Make sure it has the Swift Swim trait.

Ludicolo @Leftovers
Calm Nature
-Surf
-Leech Seed
-Toxic
-Ice Beam/Protect

This is a more defensive Ludicolo that wears the opponent down. I prefer the first set if you’re playing in-game.
