Steelix
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Explosion
- Rock Slide

- Toxic
- Earthquake

Avoid neutral natures as they don't give you any kind of advantage. Breed for Impish and breed for Explosion. Geodude learns it at Lv41. Also teach it Rock Slide. Avoid Steel attacks since most are low accuracy and are only SE against Ice and Rock. QuakeSlide when you can, and Toxic when you can't. Explode when it is weak.

Nidoking
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb/Megahorn

- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Meh. Nidoking isn't really great at anything. Nice overall stats, but that is exactly what hurts it. You could go with the SubPunch set, but then you might as well go with Dragonite instead.

Ninetales
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray/Substitute
- Grudge
- Fire Blast

- Will-o-wisp

Grudge is a MUST, imo. I prefer Sub over CR, but that is your choice since the AI is so pathetic it won't switch out. You also need Fire Blast over Flamethrower since its SAtk pretty average. WOW is simply awesome.

Victreebel
Depends
- Sunny Day/Synthesis
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder

- Solarbeam/Giga Drain

Avoid giving two attacking moves of the same type to the same Poke. With its Chlorophyll Ability, Sunny Day makes Victreebel's Spd double so feel free to go with a +Spd nature. Synthesis can be helpful, but its defenses aren't that great to sustain it and it has no Ground resistance. NEVER use Solarbeam if you don't Sunny Day first. Two turn moves suck rocks. Having both SD and RD on the same team isn't a good idea though. You might want to reconsider Victreebel and go Venusaur which is MUCH better:

Venusaur
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Leech Seed/Giga Drain
- Sleep Powder
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

Similar moveset, but without SD and its defenses are superb. I highly suggest LS over GD.

and Shanecdavid suggested this for my Kingdra

Kingdra
Impish
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Toxic/Rest

Keeper.

Not a bad beginning. Not liking Nidoking a whole lot here, but it is your team. I don't have time to rate your other Pokes here, but none of them really should be added to your team.
