I think you may need to reconsider your first 4. You put Abomasnow and Weavile, and that is called redundancy, which is bad. Fire would demolish half of your team. And Torterra would demolish the other half. But Rhyperior is a good Pokemon to use, I'd say go for it. Replace one of your ice types with Milotic or Gyarados (or Starmie, Octillery, Swampert, Empoleon, ...) and put in either a Fighting or Dark type.

Gliscor? Is he good as my last pokemon? (Ok, it isn't a dark or fighting type, but i thaught it's good...)

I will put Rhyperior in my team now. ;)

Also i think it's best to hold abomasnow in my team...

And Gyarados will come in the team...

Thank you very much for the tips NutriSweet!

I thinks this can be closed...?

You may as well leave it open.
And I've never been a huge fan of Gliscor anyway, but if you didn't notice, you already have a Ground type, a much better one. And your Gliscor is very succeptable to Ice. But choose asb you may, either way you'll end up with a 2x weaknesss and a 4x weakness, one to Water, one to Ice.

Okay, okay what about gallade?
I really thrust you if you say a pokemon isn't good in my team...
So Gliscor won't be in it, but i think that gallade is a pretty good choice?

You need a good anti-fire. Vaporeon, Starmie, and Lapras are all good choices. Rhyperior would probably make a great addition as well, but I have never had very good luck with Rhyhorn or Rhydon. It would look like they would be pretty sweet but in reality their Spc Defense sucks monkey titts. So all I have to say with Rhyperior is to be careful with him, dont let anything get a special water or special grass attack on him.

Why don't you head in more of the Htimonlee/Hitmonchan or Houndoom/Mightyena direction?

I'd say go put it in your team. =]
