Swampert or Ludicolo?

I'm still trying to decide whether to use Ludicolo or Swampert in my Wi-Fi team. I know that Swampert is resistant to Electric moves whereas Ludicolo can use grass type moves which gives it a double edge over ground pokemon and an edge over other water pokemon. So, which should I use in my team?

I have nearly every TM so suggest move-sets too.

Well, it depends on the rest of your team really. I'd suggest Swampert. Higher stats and better type combonation along with a good bulky water - esque movepool.

Unless you have 3 other poke's that are 4x weak to grass, go with Swampert.

Swampert, you get a STABed Earthquake and surf

I like Swampert better. He has better moves and I think he'd do better than Ludicolo.

Ok, thanks for your help guys. Now, what moves should I teach him other than Earthquake? :D

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Avalanche / Ice Beam
- Waterfall / Surf
- Protect / Rest

The physical/special shift made me unsure. I don't really know what the standards are, but this looks pretty good.
